Great hotel and fantastic amenities. The rooms are really lacking in charging ports. I only brought my USB charger for my phone and had to use my laptop that I luckily brought to charge my phone. Great space but needs an update in that area.

It was one of the best stays that I had in this year as a mom of a toddler. The rooms are spacious with not too many clutters around. It is very close to all the attractions and the staff is very friendly.

Great location! Very disappointed with the lack of services- both in relation to food/drink (non existent Dec. 25th and 26th), and during the course of the 5 nights spent there, there was NO room cleaning/clean towels! Our floors and some walls were dirty, upon arrival.
I have never experienced this before, and if (as we were told) they were scaling back services for the holiday season, that should have been indicated on their website! We were informed upon arrival- with no option to change our location, and without penalty.
Breakfast buffet was very expensive, at $23/ per person, when it was available.

We stayed 2 nights on a weekend in a King suite, Absolutely loved it. The rooms are very clean. Staff is friendly. It was a very pleasant place to stay.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Four Points Sheraton, during which I encountered several concerning issues that have left me with a negative impression of the hotel. The problems I encountered include subpar housekeeping, unprofessional behavior from your director of operations, Mr. Dhruv Mukherjee, and non-functioning washing machines and dryers. I feel compelled to share my experience to help address these issues.

Firstly, the state of housekeeping during my stay was far from satisfactory. The room was not cleaned to the standards I expected from a renowned establishment like Four Points Sheraton. This made my stay far less comfortable and enjoyable than it should have been.

Furthermore, I had the unfortunate experience of interacting with Mr. Dhruv Mukherjee, the director of operations, whose behavior was nothing short of unacceptable. His attitude towards guests was unprofessional and discourteous, which is not in line with the hospitality industry's values and standards.

To add to my concerns, the washing machines and dryers at the hotel were out of order during my stay, causing significant inconvenience for guests like myself who rely on these facilities.

Regrettably, my overall experience at Four Points Sheraton was deeply disappointing. I believe that it is essential to provide honest feedback to improve the guest experience, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Our stay at Four pints was absolutely disgusting, and very unpleasant. We stayed for 10 days no cleaning at all, terrible house keeping and guest services. The worst out of all is there direct of Operations Dhruv Mukerjee. I am surprised he still has his job. He is so unprofessional and does not know how to treat his guest. Dhruv Mukerjee does not belong in hospitality industry, as he has no manners and ethic's.

Our entire family stayed in four points by Sheraton and we had an absolutely terrible experience, on the name of policy we told our room won’t be getting cleaned four days. When we went to speak about it to their Direct of operations Dhruv Mukerjee he handled the situation very unprofessionally and told us don’t stay if you don’t want to. Dhruv Murkerjee should not be allowed behind the desk as he unethical and very arrogant. For the property to succeed he needs to be gone.

First time visit but was very impress. Even with a hockey tournament in town I was still able to get some well needed rest. Good job by the staff.

False advertisement on Bonvoy site etc.you cannot advertise and accept bookings and payment THEN notify the customer that there’s renovations. It was New Year Eve so i decided to stay in a hotel to eat and enjoy a drink, NO services after 7pm, ruined my night.
I always use Marriott and in fact have stayed 5 times in the past 10 days for buisness I’ll be rethinking my loyalty if this is the treatment. Also a barking dog in next room.

They do not clean rooms or toilets or garbage bag on a daily basis. The operation manger is rude and non-cooperative. Washing machine dryer is not working. They simply don’t care about you. This hotel is not cheap

Overall it was good, the buffet breakfast was a bit expensive 23$ for 8 yrs or above, me and my son had breakfast cost us 60$ with tip, I thought it’s a bit expensive, pool was small but that’s fine, check in was super easy and fast

The hotel seems nice enough.but. NOBODY serviced our room during our 3 night stay. We had to take towels from the pool. It isn't our job to chase staff for amenities. We got a 2 room suite and the bathroom is literally in the private bedroom. So I can't even have private time because my kids have to come in to go potty. The beds are HORRIBLE! The pull out couch had bars that would destroy a contortionists back and the bed in the private room felt like they put padding over some hay. Definitely will not return

This is an average hotel. The location worked for us since we are at Brock but overall the hotel is on the way down not up.

It starts with the landscaping which is appalling. Inside you can see that at one time this was a very nice hotel. However, maintenance has obviously slipped a considerable amount. It is not filthy but it is approaching dirty.

At the prices they charge there are better hotels nearby at a better price point.

**Onsite restaurant is open from 5pm-11pm. They will take last order at 10: 45pm and allow you to be seated in dining area until mid-night.

Customer service was 10/10. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

The rooms very very clean, cozy and comfortable. Gym happened to be busy whenever I went and Sauna was closed.

I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location to anyone who is planning to visit.

Fantastic hotel for visiting friends in and around St Catherine and Niagara Falls. It is cheaper than the hotels directly in the Falls area and allows for you to access the restaurants that are used by and priced for Canadians. It has everything you expect in this style of hotel. The bar has local beer and wine, it's a relaxing environment.

Such a nice hotel. Great rooms. Large space. Restaurant on site. Quiet. The parking lot is my only complaint as it is not too far from car to lobby, but far enough away that hauling any amount of luggage is a pain. You can unload at the front door, but then you still have to bring your stiff in and then go back and park your car.

I booked a two queen beds room. Very basis, two queen bed with a microwave, one mini fridge, one small wall mount tv, one small closet. A coffee table and a coffee mechine. Approximately 200sqft plus a bathroom. Room I sulation is not good. We can hear next room guest talking. No coffee station in the lobby which usually most of the Four Point Hotel has it. Front desk staff is not friendly, seem he doesn't like his job much

I went to the Four Points by Sheraton with a large group of people this past week. To say the least it was extremely disappointing. Visually the hotel is nice but the customer service is terrible! We had to wait 2 hours past check in time for our room! The check-in time was set for 3pm and we arrived at 3: 30pm, we were told it would be a small wait of about 30 minutes.we got our rooms at 5pm. We asked to speak to a manager because at this point we were tired and just wanted somewhere to put our luggage. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, he did not listen to what we were saying and kept interrupting me. He essentially blamed us and said it was our faults we showed up so early.even though check in time is 3pm. He ended up walking away without resolving or giving accommodations, and without saying a word he left. Once we got in our room there were stains all over our pillows. Not impressed! (Cole at the front desk was kind and patient.)

Just stayed the one night here as I was moving my son into Brock. The hotel is easy to find, super convenient to Brock and has tons of parking. The front desk staff were really friendly, efficient and polite. Our room was huge - with a separate bedroom and living area. Perfect as son wanted to watch hockey playoffs and I did not! I think it is an older hotel but it has been upgraded nicely. Sadly no dedicated phone charger ports so had to get a bit creative to charge our phones near the beds.
Room had a fridge and microwave as well as coffee and coffee maker. Only issue I had is a minor one - I really wish hotels would put in comfort height toilets when they renovate. People with mobility issues may struggle with this.
