We stayed here for two nights and I might be back next time I'm going to the casino. It's a pretty standard hotel, nothing special and nothing horrible, just a couple minor inconveniences. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Since we spent all our time in the casino complex and only went back to go to sleep, having a comfy bed is very important. The best thing about staying here is the location, you don't have to step outside to get to the casino, just take a quick walk across an indoor bridge.

Now the inconveniences. They use those wall mounted heaters/AC units and ours was loud. At the end of the night I tried to watch some TV before passing out and for some reason the cable wasn't working at 3am I wasn't going to call the front desk. We asked for glasses so we could make a couple of drinks and all they had were plastic cups, they should have glasses.

Take from this what you will. I'll probably be back just to give them a second try. If the heater issue is the same, then I might not be back.

I had a 'deluxe room' with 'city views'.
The view we had was a small window looking out at a parking garage across the street. The room was dark and not at all what would be considered 'delux'.

Our friends had a basic room and they had a view across the city with two large windows.

The king bed was comfortable in the room. The shower had mold along all of the grout on the floor and some on the wall.

We come to this area every year at this time and had a better stay last year in the Hilton.

Had a hole in bathroom above the shower head and shower head was leaking, could Not take shower went and complained the manager tried to pin it on me. Didn’t apologize and said she will send maintenance. Horrible experience. I wasted my money. She said she will $50 back (really after messing up my whole vacation). I paid a lot more for that room.

It's an ok hotel, but overpriced due to its proximity to the casino.
Don't bother paying for a "fallsview" room, there is a good chance you'll mostly be looking at the above ground parking lot across the street.
Rooms don't look like the pictures at all.

Room given was NOT what we paid for. Front desk gave away all King bed rooms and did nothing for us. They made some excuse about third party booking when we made our reservation through the website itself. Washroom had mould and tiles were very damaged and chipped on ledge so did not use shower. Very outdated which we could overlook if it wasn’t in as bad condition as it was. The elevators were a nightmare and possibly were broken.took 20 minutes to go down from 3rd floor. It took us to the wrong floor 3 times trying to get up to our room. My husband always chooses this hotel but now we will never be coming back after this stay.

Bonne expérience! Nous sommes arriver sur les lieux nous avons été servis instantanément. Nous nous somme fait donner une chambre qui nous convenait pas vue la propreté. Cependant, nous somme allez a la réception nous pleindre et aussi tôt nous avons eux une nouvelle chambre! Bonne expérience je vous conseille! Le prix est résonable si vous avez les moyens!

I stayed overnight with a few friends - a guys'week-end getaway. We really enjoyed our stay - very spacious well-appointed rooms, comfortable beds and extremely convenient to all the attractions. A personal note of deep appreciation to the excellent hotel staff: I inadvertently left a gold chain on the tray near theTV and only realized it was missing after I got home. I called the hotel the next day and spoke to Eric on the front desk who contacted Lost and Found to find out if it had been recovered. He called back and delivered the good news that it had been found by David in Housekeeping. I was able to go and get my chain back - unfortunately Eric had left by the time we got there. I very much appreciate the kindness, honesty and integrity of the staff (especially Eric and David) at Four Points and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

I went there with my grandparents 2 years back it was a ok place view was on the back side could only buildings but yea didn't mind it at all but when we were checking in some women made a seen because she wanted here deposit after that was handled with we where given a discount or something like that!

I only passed from here, I didn't go here from 3 years ago, I decided to not visit this place any more. My previous experiences with this hotel all ended up in a bad way. They have a very, very bad service as well. This hotel barely has any good rooms.after they check you in no chance to get any extra thing from hotel service. I would rather take a 2 hour drive home than stay at this hotel once again.

Our first room was on the 3rd floor where we had a view of all the ACs in the hotel. The smell was atrocious and the AC in our room had a horrible rattling sound. They moved us to another room where we realized that the King size bed is actually a Queen size bed and unfortunately my husband tends to move his arms in his sleep so I have to be a distance away for safety lol. So apparently four point has renamed its 60 inch Queen size beds to King size and their 2 Queens room is actually 2 doubles. How on earth they thought this was ok is beyond me. Oh and how can I forget the window was cracked and had duct tape over it. Now we are in a third room where it sounds like the AC has a jet engine it's so loud we can't hear each other from our seperate "Queen" beds. So far we have not had a good experience and at this point I don't even know how I'm going to sleep. Wish me luck.

The front desk staff rude over price adding extra charges for nonsense and off site parking, the bathroom is nasty need an upgrade all they care about is making $$$$, only thing that was good about it is bed, will never stay here again or recommend it

Checked in today and the sheets were gross. Disappointed. It’s clear that the sheets aren’t changed between guests. In the current environment this is unfortunate. The chair in the room has stains. The least they could do is steam clean the chair. Maybe they didn’t notice it because they don’t clean properly? !

Overall the hotel room was clean. No breakfast included. No mini fridge. They only clean every three days due to covid. The most annoying part was the fact that they only have a set of elevators and only one family at a time so you have to wait to take the elevators to and from the room. Parking on the lot was like $60-70 a night and $25 for across the street. Just a heads up. We didn’t get a view of the falls from our room.

Starting off the experience we had the front desk clerk who was extremely impatient and impolite. I couldnt find my ID matching the credit card and the lady named Deeya was snappy and kept speaking over us- really rude.
The hotel room was pleasant, but there was a bug in the bathroom which was weird. The elevators don't have working signs.
I got the no view which comes with no fridge or microwave but the room was spacious and nicely lit. Mostly clean sheets.
Thanks to the front desk clerk Eric who allowed an extra 30 minutes to check out complimentary even on a busy day as Friday on a long weekend.

Room was so basic and unclean. No refrigerator. No city view (paid for). Noisy everywhere. Valet were the most aggressive and rude people. Only one light in room. Shower head was moldy and shower wall very unclean. Pool was closed although told it was open prior to booking. Housekeeping was so very unprofessional and rude. This was the most disappointing and ridiculous hotel I have ever stayed at in the Falls. Stay away. This is a waste of your money.

Room clean and spacious but we paid extra for a "Falls view". Their version of that is " see the river and that cluster of trees? Well the Falls are just behind that.use your imagination please". Was. Very disappointed

I booked online for a room that came to $415, there was four of us staying in the room for my friends bachelor party so I went with the size up to give us the extra space. When we got there they put us in the smaller room and I was told CAA members don't qualify for the bigger room and that I couldn't have booked the room. I have the confirmation email but it didn't matter. My bill came to $389 so obviously the room I got wasn't the one I booked.

The room had obviously not been vacuumed, there was a used coffee pod in the machine, no coffee cups us to use, hair in the bathroom.it obviously hadn't been cleaned. I spoke to the manager at check out and she told me she'd tell house keeping so it wouldn't happen in the future. We're in a 4th wave of a pandemic, it's absolutely unacceptable that a hotel room is not properly cleaned between guests. I guess CAA members don't get cleaning either? If I had known we would be treated so poorly I would have paid the extra $30.

The stay I had was what I would expect from a $100 motel not from a $400 room at the four points. I was very disappointed, and am very unlikely to return to this hotel or recommend this location to anyone. This is not my first time staying here, but it may be my last. The difference between the last time I stayed here and this time is black and white.

Most recent experience a few weeks ago was not the best.
A) Found a used sports water/shake bottle under one of the beds the night before check out.
B) The morning upon checkout, found a used tea bag in the percolator.
C) Yes 1 day of parking was taken off my 2 night stay because of my experience.
D) Even though I submitted a survey to the hotel regarding my experience, it would have been nice for either a customer service representative or a manager to contact either myself or my wife to have a better understanding of what transpired.

When checked in no one at that point told us that no one will clean the room, remove the garbage and no mention of this in the room too, and we have to do this by our selves. After spending first night went out and when came back found this surprise, called the front desk then discoverd that we are going through pandemic so no worker is allowed to enter the room.what? You have workers at front desk, workers at valet parking and parking site and people everywhere else why not the cleaning people? This is pure abuse of pandemic situtation simple.

Il manque deux étoiles et j'explique pourquoi à la fin.

Lors de la réservation nous étions supposé avoir une vue sur la ville. C'était une promesse non tenue.

Le nettoyage dans la chambre laissait un peu à désirer. Soit il ma que du personnel, soit le personnel manque.

Si non, les lit très confortable et chambre bien dans l'ensemble. Par contre pour le prix et la bannière Four Point, je m'attendais à un standatrd plus élevé.

Les deux étoiles manquante sont pour ces deux manquements:

1 pour la chambre pas représentatif à la réservation; et
1 pour la qualité de la propreté à notre arrivée.

Mais attention. La chambre est très belles et confortable.

Le stationnement n'est pas inclus et est de 25$ de l'autre côté de la rue ou 50$ sur le terrain de l'hôtel. Et le prix est par nuitée.

Overall stay was ok. There was a hole in our washroom just above the toilet and it leaked water and was nasty as that could be the toilet upstairs. Staff said it was fixed but it was not.
We did nention at checkout and they did apologize but they should have discounted our room instead. I thought that was poor customer service.

Service is bad when you book the hotel they don't tell anything. Parking 70 dollars in room TV channels 25 dollars no one help you to carry bags rooms are not that great for the price when you book. Book for one day and you can find better motel half a price

I am writing this review because a room 316 needs improvement! This room was too unpleasant to stay.
First, a bathroom shower curtain needs to be replaced or washed as it smells so bad. It made the whole room stinky too. Second, some blood (or red) stains were still on the right side of a sink which was not cleaned before the arrival. I assume it was there for a long time based in the colour. Third, water drain at the bath tub is seriously slow. Showering will make your feet submerged.

Worst experience ever.their was one extra guest came to drop is there but they asked us to evict the room.we had to evict it eventually.and we paid $600.especially, the manager behaves very rudely.will never recommend anyone.

I don't need much from a hotel: an average room with an average bed and bathroom. That's what I got. I had trouble with parking (mostly because I wasn't sure of myself), but I was helped out by the valet staff. The main lobby is a bit of a maze, but a small one; doesn't take long to figure out (though I didn't expect to have to "figure out" the lobby). Found the lower lobby more convenient during our stay, as it led out in the direction of all the entertainment.

$60 dollars parking plus tax = $73 even though we're guests staying at the hotel. Raked over coals like it's nothing.

Guys everyone's had a hard time with COVID and we've all lost money so you have my empathy but only to a certain point. "City view" also sucked.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. We had a fridge in our city view room but no microwave, which would have been nice. My only complaints about the room would be that it could use another chair, and we could hear music from the restaurant across the street until late at night. Check in was easy and staff pleasant. I booked through Groupon but only used the Fun Zone coupons, not the food. The off site parking was across the street and very convenient. I like that we were so close to the Falls Incline Railway to get down to the Falls. I would stay here again.

The stay at this hotel was great.

However, due to covid, they do not clean the rooms. The cleaning lady showed up to our room and I was thinking she would clean it but she did not. Upon my return, I found my room without being cleaned. I just did not understand the need for her to come inside if she wasn't gonna clean anything.

Additionally, there is a 20-minute walk from the falls which isn't too bad. And, the hotel gave us vouchers upon our arrival allowing us to save money.

My husband and my self had a bad experience with this hotel, we stayed 2 nights, we shopped and purchased valuable goods to take home. We checked out on July 23 and we realized an hour later that we forgot a bag full of our valuable goods in our room. We kept calling the hotel but were met with a lack of concern and were told the following afternoon that there was nothing in the room.

We used to stay at this establishment three to four weekends a year, but will no longer be giving them our business or recommending them to our friends and family.

I was not overly impressed I'd have to say. I've stayed there many times before and for some reason it seems to be getting worse. It all started with the extended long check in which might be in part due to Covid, none the less not the way to start a Minny Vay Kay. The room was pleasantly clean and the bed and pillows were above par buy after that it was all down hill. The showers are designed to accommodate people under 5'5". The toilet hardly flushed at all. Housekeeping pounded on the door next to our room at 8: 15 even though the rooms are empty. Not the nicest way to be woken and if that wasn't enough the fridge was sooooo loud that I eventually had to unplug it. All this can be yours for a mere $235 a night. Certainly opens your eyes as to why more and more people are choosing to stay at air B n B's

I called the evening before to request early check-in which they were able to accommodate. It was awesome to have the extra few hours in the room before dinner.
The hotel lobby and amenity areas are beautiful. The rooms are a bit dated but for the price I definitely cannot complain about that; they were clean, bed was very comfortable, pillows also very comfortable.

Would definitely go back!

Ants in room carrying food. Ordered breakfast from IHOP came with a hair, food replaced with nothing I had ordered
Bathtub had synthetic rose petal in drain from last use. Yuck!

There was not alot of guests when we were there but the room was very clean! If you stay more than 1 night a maid will not clean your room. But if you need anything front desk staff were willing to help asap If your garbage was full you just had to call the front desk and somebody would pick it up right away The restaurant was closed but the pool was open. The vending machines and ice machines were also available
The beds were super comfy but the public couch needs work!

Hotel staff and security came to my door at 12: 25am and threatened to evict me for a noise complaint. We were simply talking and laughing. Please tell your security to calm down and stop with intimidation techniques. I would like to discuss with a manager as well about this situation.

I have stayed at this property on numerous occasions. It is simple and has all the requirements but nothing spectacular. The pool area is nice. As a platinum loyalty member they gave vouchers to local dining establishments that was nice of them. They also provided a shuttle to the Embassy Suites hotel which was nice. They main reason I rated it a 3-star and not higher because at one time this property was considered a category 2 for loyalty members and now is has a category 6 rating. So for a category 6 rating it is not worth the value. This should be corrected.

Rooms are dated and need renovation. DO NOT purchase the packages, restaurants and games are overpriced, and you still have to pay extra for the activities.

You got better options at other hotels, for the same price.

To be fair, the front desk customer service was not bad. But that's about it.

Four Points by Sheraton Niagara Falls Fallsview - The hotel is located right at the heart of the Niagara Fall Fallsview location, has easy access to lots of restaurants, bars, shopping and transportation walking distance to the fall. We booked the room on the other side of the hotel, so we dont have the falls view from the room. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. However, the hotel is a bit old and need some renovation.

It's a good hotel. When the rates come down during the winter I like to go there and stay a night. But check in is really late at 3 pm and check out is really early at 11 am considering the late check in. You don't even get 24 hours. I know the check out can't really be changed but you should be allowed to check in at about 2 pm at least without having to pay extra.

We got a great deal through groupon, including dining and attraction vouchers but were expecting a decent hotel since it is a Sheraton. This hotel is fairly shabby looking on the outside but the rooms are well kept, spacious, and clean. Both valet and self-parking are available and the lots were located close to the hotel entrance. The hotel is across the street from the casino and a short walk (or an even faster ‘incline railway’ ride) to the Falls. Many arcade games and attractions (eg haunted house, mystic mirrors, etc.) are connected to the hotel, which is very convenient in the colder months or when you have smaller children. A great hotel/deal if you are looking for lots of interesting things to do, on a budget.

Staff was friendly and helpful and very professional even when my son threw up at 2 in the morning room service was able to come and clean it up for us within minutes. The only thing that should be changed is the parking cost if anything make it a little less then $21/day customers are already staying there and everyones coming with a car this seems to be a money grab but other wise good stay clean place and friendly staff on site IHOP makes it better

This was a really nice hotel! My only concern was you could hear into the hallway and if people were playing loud music in the other room. It was only a 10 minute walk to Niagara Falls. It had Starbucks, IHOP, a souvenir shop and an arcade located in it as well as the Casino. I loved how everything was walking distance. It makes everything really convenient. My overall stay was amazing and I hope to come back.

The rooms are great and is overall the best hotel in Niagara Falls if you want a modern experience. The hotel is on par with today's standards of a good hotel.

Love this hotel! Had a great weekend away. Rates were quite reasonable, and it was conveniently positioned near attractions/amenities to boot. The only drawback was the $35 onsite parking, which I opted not to take. Instead I parked at the fallsview casino for $5/day (note: this rate fluctuates depending on season, or event). It was so convenient to park there, and just take the indoor walkway over to the hotel. I'll definitely be staying here the next time I go to Niagara Falls.

Very clean rooms, friendly and professional staff. Loved the vouchers and little promotions that helped us have fun. The hotel doesnt have toothpaste though, so we had ti pay $5 for one at the convenience store.

Room was dirty. Breaker tripped to the bathroom. Pictures Are mis leading for the view. They depict your 10 feet away with no obstructions. You are 3 blocks away with a line of trees. I'll stay in the US next time.

Room was nice but we were over something on the first floor wing that played loud music day and night. Pool was only accessible by walking through the main lobby. Pool room was suffocatingly hot, water way too warm. Jacuzzis we're empty. I wanted refreshing. Took a warm shower instead. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed overnight at the Four points and the room was perfectly as expected. The staff were friendly and helpful when checking in, and checking out was extremely easy.

My stay at Four Points was not a pleasant one. My family and I went to Niagara for Christmas and were absolutely disappointed with the services we had received. My daughter has several allergies and is only able to eat homemade food, so we requested for a microwave. The hotel had told us that they could not provide us with a microwave, and that we should take our food to the Casino to heat it up. A disappointing way to end the year, definitely do not recommend.

2 of the 4 rooms not ready by check-in time (4pm!), But front desk lady was patient and polite, dealing with changes from original reservation. Also offered a good reason why it is better to book with hotel directly rather than through travel sites such as Expedia

The restaurants are over priced, but the hotel staff.awesome. Came for my birthday and I was alone, so the customer service was important to me, and they nailed it. I was on the 9the floor over looking Niagara falls.breath taking. The hotel prices are reasonable. This was my first trip to Canada I will come again. Four Points Staff, you ALL were awesome. Thank you for making me feel special

Recently stayed and had issues with a nearby guest. The staff were able to move us to another room and offered a complimentary bottle of wine as well. Very professional and attentive. Above and beyond!

Hotel is good and location to the Fallsview Casino is excellent with inside access. They have a few food options but as everything in Niagara Fall overpriced and not exceptional. I do take exception to paying for parking when room rates are so high but I guess this is the norm as well as the overpriced food.

I stayed over at the hotel last night and I was happy with the room and the service. Unfortunately on my departure things took a turn. They charged me $22.00 for parking and I didnt park at the hotel. When I explained I parked at the casino and had free parking using the casino players card, the manager of the front desk said I needed to prove I didnt park at the hotel. I told her she could come with me to where I parked the car and she said she couldn't do that. She told me to send her my receipt for the free parking and even though I tried explaining you dont get a receipt when you leave (they just swipe your players card) she said there's nothing they could do. I felt bad, they are scamming people and making people pay for parking they didn't use. I would never recommend somewhere that treats customers like this.

The front desk agent AL was great at check in. Being a front desk employee myself, I can surely say that he went above and beyond to make our stay great
