Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Airport

Basic human necesscity is to be able to warm up some food from the comfort of your room and eat it there. However, this hotel doscriminates. No microwave in the room. And the rooms were so disgusting. Motels look better and they even have a micro. Very dissapointing and disgisting.

Very close to the airport. Rooms were comfortable. I did not like the fact that they charged us for parking.

There were brown stains on the comforter and sheets when we got into our room. We were able to get the room exchanged but the next morning we found stains in the bathroom as well. The air conditioner was also very dusty and noisy, and there was no lock on our bathroom door! I don’t recommend coming here, they do not pay attention to the room cleaning.

I would not stay there ever again.
At 6: 15 am leaving the hotel, stepped on feces in the elevator. They put the sign up afterwards, but it was not being cleaned for a few hrs. Talked to the front desk about it as it was all over our shoes and luggage. This is exactly what the man at the front desk said “ It is not our fault, we put the sign up when we were notified” He was rude and offensive.
I felt disgusted, undervalued as a customer. I did not know four points by Sheraton had such low standards. Great customer service.
Would never stay there again.

We hosted an offsite company meeting here. Food, service, attentiveness, friendliness and professionalism of all the Four Points team members that supported this event was great!

Can I go lower. I wish. Not worthy of the Sheraton brand.
Rooms.bed like plywood.pilows absolutely useless. HVAC system was louder than the jets taking off.decor very dated.bathroom shower tiles all cracked
The hotel itself was like dressing up the outside when the internal was terrible. Acoustics of the room were terrible. The shower from either side room where like i was joining them. Large group present on the floor was incredibly loud even after asking for the doors to be not slammed.
Service. A manager will call you later is not problem sloving.
I would have been better off sleeping in an airport chair.

Very clean. Decent value. They did screw up my wake up call which could have been disastrous as I just happened to wake up on my own.

Location is great for flying out of Toronto Pearson. Staff are friendly and polite while rooms are pleasant and clean.

The reason for only a 4 star is the parking gates are a confusing mess that tells you to insert your room key but also has a button and a touch sensor. Nothing worked and we had to go in to get help. The system should have a call button that signals the front desk.

Très bel hôtel, rien à dire sur les employés qui s'y trouvaient, mais l'organisation était décevante. Nous avons appelé pour connaître le prix d'une chambre pour la nuit et l'employé nous a dit 180$/nuit. Nous avons donc réservé pour 2 nuits et la facture que nous avons reçu était de 650$. Nous avons donc rappelé le service à la clientèle pour leur expliquer qu'il y a du avoir une erreur lors de la confirmation de la réservation. Ils n'ont cessé de nous répéter qu'ils avaient une politique sans remboursement (alors que ce n'est pas ce que nous voulions. Nous voulions savoir ce qui s'était passé avec le 300$ supplémentaire sur notre facture. Nous sommes finalement allé quand même et nous n'avons eu aucun rabais, aucune solution. En arrivant la bas, l'employé au comptoir nous a dit que le stationnement était gratuit, alors nous l'avons utilisé. En partant 2 jours plus tard, on nous a chargé 50$ de plus pour les frais de stationnement (qui étaient supposément gratuits). Notre hébergement de 2 jours nous a en tout couté 700$.
Si vous êtes prêts à payer cher, l'hôtel en vaut la peine: brunch au matin, piscine 24h, chambres propres et insonorisées et bel hôtel

Our truck was stolen out of the "secure" parking lot. Long story short we found it and took it back. Hotel refused to give any camera footage unless the police were there, but the police were called and said that they won't help if we have our truck back. Staff was unhelpful and rude, will not trust them or their parking lot again.

Advantages: hotel near the airport, 24/7 reception, helpful staff at the reception, they also take a deposit in cash. The reception has a modern impression, like a new hotel.
Cons: The rooms didn't look as good as the reception, they looked older and shabby.
Attention: even though the hotel is a 14-minute walk from the airport according to maps, it is not possible to get there on foot, a taxi or transfer must be arranged.

Nice hotel to spend the night before an early flight. Friendly service and good airport shuttle service

People should be aware that the bathrooms have no fan for ventilation. So when you step in the room there is mold like smell that can be concerning. Everyone in our party woke up with a sore throat.

Another thing people should be aware of that is not advertise or mention on their website is that none of the bathrooms in the hotel have a lock on the bathroom door. The odd thing is that the sliding door doesn't close properly. So when we went to front desk asking for any room with proper doors for bathroom, even upgrades that we were willing to pay. But front desk advised us that no were no rooms in the hotel that had locked bathroom doors.

Please consider this when coming to visit with other people. It is very awkward having an open bathroom door to your shared beds.

The location, parking package, check in process were all great. The room itself had paper thin walls so we listened to every conversation happening in the room next to us and in the hallway. We also had an extremely loud air conditioner in the room that rattled and kept us up all night.

The washrooms in the rooms have no locking doors.

Instant one star. Worst hotel ever.

Airport Shuttle: Never on time and sometimes doesn’t come. You need to call and remind them. They say every 30 minutes on the hour (from the hotel). It takes the shuttle 5-10 mins to get to the pickup.

Luggage Storage: An old storage room with scrap furniture and paint cans everywhere…. Not professional.

Room: Tiny washroom. Only 1 bottle of water.

Location: If you want to stay near the airport it’s fine, but nothing walking distance for food. The restaurant at the hotel is meh at best.

Booked two rooms for my parents and they loved the stay here. Monica at the front desk was very helpful. She went out of her way to assist my parents and I truly appreciate her assistance. This hotel will definitely be my recommendation if I’m ever in the Toronto area or know someone who is.

Special thank you to Aakash for looking after me. I'm not physically able to lift and he saw to it that I was able to get my belongings in and out on my arrival and departure in a timely manner. Also, the front staff were always available within my 3-day stay. They were quick to pick up the phone and support me. They easily accommodated my room location preference and late check-out.

I chose to stay here as it is the closest hotel to The International Centre and my conference had a group rate available.

Rooms were a little older with dated carpet. Generally comfortable stay but minus a star for the expensive hotel breakfast that was terrible. Almost everything was dried up and hard. Hard pancakes, sausages, dry bacon. On site parking was also pricey at $28 per night. Use their free shuttle instead!

My friend and I stayed here to attend a convention at the Toronto Congress Center down the road. It's an extremely convenient location as it is a short drive straight down the road.
Although it literally looks straight into the airport across the road, we were not bothered at all by the noise of any planes. Our room came with free parking included as a perk, which was great because it is usually $28/day according to the sign.
The property is extremely clean and large. We were not expecting our room to be as big as it was for what we paid, but we were pleasantly surprised. This hotel shares a parking lot/building with another hotel, so we were kind of confused when we showed up, but just keep that in mind and you'll be fine!
The staff were very kind and extremely polite during the check-in and check-out process.
We were woken up one day by housekeeping going around the floor, but that is a fault of the thinness of walls rather than the staff themselves doing their job. We were not able to hear other rooms, but we could hear what was going on in the hallway.
Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay and would consider staying here again next year for the same convention!

The location is great for a night near the airport with transportation included, the location is not close to places of interest unless you have a lot of time

Absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. Got in around midnight and we were given keys to a room that already had people staying in it. After walking in on people in their room went down to get a new one only have the concierge ask us a bunch of questions instead of get us a new room. In the morning the concierge was supposed to get her manager to email us and shocker got nothing. Horrid customer experience on top of a terrible sleep in a hotel with zero sound proofing.
