These guys were terrific when I arrived in Ottawa all the way from the west coast in Oregon to visit family here. I've had to take my '98 Explorer to them twice over the past couple of months, and each time they were very straightforward and timely.

When these guys say, "Your vehicle will be ready today at 3PM, " they actually mean it!

One of my issues was a failure in either my 4x4 or my transmission. They transported my truck all the way to the east end of town, had the transmission shop they've partnered with look at the issue, diagnose it, repair it, and return it to their shop for a reasonable price.

Highly recommend them!

I have used Four Seasons for a couple of issues with a couple of cars. The service is friendly and they get work done promptly. The price has always been very reasonable, and the work is effective and solves the problem.

I was a student and it was second week in winter time of My landing in Ottawa. He sold a rebuilt car to me at double prices. He always said this is my daughter car and it’s accident free. He made my life really tough at that time. He never accepted whatever he said on that date.
He is a big liar.

This is a third time I posted comments and the owner reported it each time.

George has been my go-to mechanic for about 5 years, and I refer him to everyone for anything related to vehicles. He is ALWAYS fair and honest. He will not up-sell you on anything, he will not do any work that is not necessary, and his prices are beyond reasonable. Highly recommend Four Seasons Auto

I’ve been going there many times, the owner is a great guy, the only reason why I didn’t give them 5* it’s because recently I have noticed that my car was making a squeaky noise. I called and to make an appointment, I’ve been asked to drop my car few times, and I have to take a day off at work for those days so that I can drop and pick up the car back, but when drop the car to them, they look at it but they don’t repair it, and it’s happens about 3 times.
I sacrificed to have a day off so that I can get my car repaired, but nothing done.

I have seen someone delete a review when the business owner replied to make things right, and then created a new disparaging and misleading review. This is not very credible, and to borrow a word from their book, arrogant. I have had my car serviced at Four Seasons Auto many times. The owner is very fair and honest, and I always leave happy with the service I received. Keep up the great work Four Seasons!

George is wonderful! The team is thorough with their inspections and are honest with the problem at hand. They are great with their explanations and have caught problems in the past on the side from the initial reason for going in.
When they give me my car back it works perfect; where as other places I end up having to return for a correction of some sort.
My family and I come here because we always know and trust that the service provided will be done well and correctly.
