Incredible customer service! I was very impressed with the level of customer service received as well the quality of product. The woman helping me was able to create exactly what I wanted, plus right on budget. This is the Guelph flower shop for me in the future!

I went in asking about wedding bouquets and since I'm 70 she asked if it was for someone else. It's for me! Can't people my age get married? I like to shop local and have purchased several arrangements in this shop. I will be reluctant to return.

This is my favourite and go-to florist shop in Guelph. I have always received consistently friendly and professional service from the owner, Joanne, and Emily a few times and my recipients have always loved their gifts! Stepping into the store always makes me smile and makes me feel good! I highly recommend it!

The flowers were very nice, but did not look very much like the photos on the website. There was a small issue with the delivery but it was rectified immediately with exceptional professionalism.

I was helped by Kiana who walked me through the flower cooler and picked out flowers for my fiancee. She did an amazing job at arranging them and making sure my fiancee would be happy with them! Very good customer service.

Absolutely pathetic bouquets.ordered a $60 bouquets for my girlfriend's birthday and it's was embarrassing when they showed up, had to throw them out and go buy a proper bouquet to give her.management didn't care of course.get your flowers elsewhere to say the least!

Very bad customer service, the lady at the front desk dint even bother to elaborate my choices for boquets, dint even bother to smile, totaly DESTROYED my morning, spent 28 bucks for Bull sh#% quality, BETTER CHOICES AT WALLMART
