Four Seasons Hotel Toronto

Used the spa today. I suddenly had a coughing fit as I was leaving the hotel and waiting for my car and the staff at the front desk and host were SO incredibly lovely and thoughtful. My gosh. Thank you for the complimentary tea and honey. The spa was top notch as usual.

I stayed with The AMX FHR program.

My stay was seamless, and pleasant.

I was truly impressed that my bags were in my room at the same time that they advised that my room was ready.

Received a beautiful serene upgrade.

I don’t believe anyone talks enough about the gym, or has enough pictures on line of it.

I have stayed at very amazing hotels around the world, and I believe it was one of the nicest, and largest hotel gym that I have been in. *At the writing of this review there is construction going on at one of the floors and you need to access the gym from the spa. There was no attendant there during the listed times. Simply walk down the stairs to the gym.

Never have anything bad to say about a four season. Unfortunately I opted for a prenatal massage for my birthday (a gift from my husband) and left with rib pain that lasted over two weeks. Still in pain and shocked that despite choosing a prestigious place I was not given a safe treatment properly and ended up in a lot of pain in my third trimester. We paid around 940 dollars with top ups and tips and it turned out to be a painful day

I was working on a large event in one of their ballrooms. The staff is efficient knowledgeable and professional. I was amazed to watch how the kitchen prepared and served 400 meals at the same time. I wanted to stand in the kitchen and watch!

The service I received at the Four Seasons was top-notch! Being addressed by my last name is always nice. I treated myself to room service for breakfast which I ordered from the iPad in the room. It was super easy to use and convenient to speak with staff. The room and bathroom were very spacious! I had the option to use the bathtub or standing shower. I brought my own Bluetooth speakers, but I didn't even use it because there was a nice Bose waiting for me in the room. That was a nice surprise!

Our collaboration with Four Seasons Hotel Toronto was outstanding. The team's professionalism and attention to detail were remarkable. The venue's ambiance left a lasting impression, and the staff made the process seamless. Looking forward to future projects!

This used to be a great place but the new managers have made the spa horrible in service. They have no value for clients time. They book you for a therapy only to know upon arrival that it is cancelled or may be 10 to 20 mins before quoting reasons that therapist is not seeing any one. Then you walk in to see the therapist taking a new client. Extremely bad service. Detoriating and unapologetically bad. Miss therapists like jeff and istavan. Amazing therapist.

We stayed here overnight for a work Christmas party. Beautiful hotel! Great amenities! The staff are extremely kind and helpful. We will stay here again.

A place where they remember your name. Fresh classy hotel with stellar service. Teslas chargers and apple phone and MacBook charger in case you forget. Walking distance to the CAA theatre and Bloor street shops. D Bar lobby bar is a fun stop.

Lobbies are what make hotels great, of course add on service, rooms. This hotel was designed without an open lobby. Most of the sliver of a lobby is actually a bar, the DBar. For this I would rate this hotel less than what it should be as service is very good, location is good, but it assumes it is more than what it is. The driveway however is wonderful for such a small footprint.

Had breakfast here while my sister was visiting town and staying here. It was much better than I expected, I got the New Yorker, it came with a bagel, smoked salmon, cream cheese, tomato, lettuce and capers. Super filling and yummy! It also came with a choice between tea and coffee and also a juice! The coffee was questionable according to my sister and boyfriend who had it but nevertheless it was a pleasant meal.

Such a lovely space, top notch menu, attentive service and beautiful people. Its a great place for a meeting, schmooze or post spa wind down. Pastrami Cream Cheese? Yes, on the charcuterie board.yum.

The staff was amazing, very friendly. We had a great experience from start to finish. Now I remember why I prefer to have a good luxury option and not settle for less. You won't regret staying here.

An icon in this city. From the restaurant, to the bar, amenities and rooms… the four seasons never disappoints! Can’t wait to be back.

The bed was rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. Could barely sleep.

All the other amenities were amazing, the spa is beautiful.

Everything was perfect, except was not a fan of the 2 double beds. A hotel at this price point should have queens. Beautiful hotel, service is excellent (although COVID-19 check at front desk could have been handled better as had to go back to room in order to get proof to use pool). Personally I would suggest the St. Regis is the better all around hotel, but you can't beat this location.

Loved our stay here for a little staycation. The room was beautiful and spacious. Loved the bathroom and the small hangout area with the beautiful sofa. The rooms seemed super clean as well. There was not a flaw in the room.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and the last time I stayed there they were sold out of the room selection and instead they graciously offered the Belair Suite, what was supposed to be a few days and turned into a week. Great service! I had a bout of food poisoning which can happen anywhere and I did not leave despite that. I haven't tried out any amenities but I plan to. I'm also going to a host a business seminar later in the fall for my Retail Fashion Academy because their event space is also impeccable. Also Paul was amazing each visit so ask for him. The staff is very nice there!

Beautiful hotel lobby. Rooms are nice but you will get better value elsewhere. Paid for a one bedroom suite $1390 which looked quite normal and smaller than another hotel I stayed at which costed $1000 per night and was bigger as well.

I needed Tylenol for my headache and they didn’t had any pain pills to provide me. This is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Poor customer service for such a big brand. Not to mention they charged me for pills cause they had to go to a pharmacy. This service supposed to be complimentary.

They are best in town for sure. It is well known that Four Seasons have the cleanest rooms and amenities. Very happy with my experience here. I will come back soon.

This small public space is a paradise. Enjoy your time there. There are exhibitions near the place and you can't miss the giant red fountain giving incredible sens of the space.

Stayed here for a COVID anniversary and wow! What great service, what great rooms and what a great (and safe) guest experience.

What I loved: beautiful rooms we had a corner suite and it was so spacious, and sound proofed with beautiful city views and sunsets. The bathroom is wonderful and was the highlight of our anniversary. All super soft marble walls and vanity. There is also an incredible amount of storage in suite, which really helped us feel at home.

The guest experience was flawless and very COVID safe. Turn down service was discreet and quick. They also sent UberEats up to our room which was dope, and even sent plates and cutlery.

What could be improved:
Considering it’s COVID and everything is closed, I wish they would have expanded their room service menu. We ordered from it a few times, and although the food was solid wed have liked more options.

There are some strange design choices for the bedroom, like not having outlets on both sides of the bed. And no automatic builds for our room. The couch in the den was also uncomfortable.

Finally, a small quip, we only had 1 Kleenex box for the entire suite, like it would have been nice to have them in the ‘den’ and near the bed as well.

We’d definitely go back!

Excellent attention, extremely friendly staff, delicious food! We went there for our anniversary and then also sent a little happy anniversary cake to our room.

I stayed here for my 30th birthday it was absolutely phenomenal. The rooms were pristine. The level of service is out of this world! I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Toronto.

I stay multiple times a year. Always excellent customer service. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed. That said, the rooms are starting to show their age.

Nice clean full amenities. Love the eucalyptus spray in the shower and the face cloths on ice outside of the saunas. The massage was great. The only thing they could improve on is offering more than prosecco as alchol options

Good place for drinks. A little pricey and an older crowd. D Bar is the name of the place in the main lobby.

Friday nights come alive at the lounge with friends and the DJ. 'great atmosphere, had fun each time.

Excellent service from the person that clean the room she saw that i had no more thooth paste she left a tube with à mouth washer for me in the washroom she also put a small holder on my cellular cordeless

Was here on a work trip. Very luxurious! Impressed for sure. Location is great and staff was very friendly

Wife and I went for a massage at the spa. Due to the place being so busy, we had a 3 hour gap between our massage times. No problem. I’ll relax, read and do 30 min of cardio on the tread mill while I wait for her to finish. Sorry bud, no longer allowed. Hotel guests only. The hundreds of dollars we spent on massages doesn’t matter to them. And this is the place that is supposed to have staff that goes the extra mile. I will never stay at a Four Seasons ever again nor will I ever come to this spa again. All those speeches about service I heard from Kathleen Taylor and Issadore Sharp all these years turns out not to be the case today.

We had no reservation and the staff here was very gracious to squeeze us in. We did have to wait a little bit longer than normal I'm sure to be seated however as I know that they were fitting us in. Food service is excellent. Food quality also excellent. Overall the dining experience was very enjoyable and I would recommend this place highly if you're looking for a great meal with a great ambiance and great service.to make up for the weight they did comp us some of our appetizers which was very generous. Overall the staff here goes above and beyond to make sure your fully satisfied. Definitely eat here

One of the best hotels in Toronto. The staff is super nice and the food at Boulud is really delicious. The room I stayed is very comfortable, from the bed to the desk to the restroom. It’s really worth the higher-than-average cost. It’s located in a very nice neighborhood of Toronto, Yorkville, with lots of nice restaurants at a walking distance.

I didn't stay here, but was attending an event in the Aria meeting room. Everything was quite elegent!

Great, had to change rooms once because the bed under the mattress cover wasnt particularly clean.but the next room was just fine

Very Friendly and professional staff I have yet to actually make a reservation and stay here in a room but I can tell you that their spa at this location is easily probably, THE BEST SPA IN TORONTO! Hands down. No Cap the amenities are great especially for the location of the hotel and the pricing is fair for any luxury/high-end hotel you may stay in dt Toronto ‍️

Currently there is construction going on right outside and my room was facing it. Needed ear plugs for a quiet night. Otherwise great service as expected.

Nice, clean, Big updated rooms. Breakfast was delicious. Service to our room was fast and courteous. The only downside was only 1 sink in the washroom that had room for 2 sinks and no usb plugs near the bed.

Had Sunday brunch at Cafe Boulud. Wonderful relaxed dining experience with great food. Welcoming atmosphere for families with small children. Service is top notch as usual.

Four Seasons Toronto is incredible! The property is gorgeous and the staff is fantastic! The service we received was nothing short of impeccable! We had a wonderful experience!
