Four Seasons Physiotherapy - pt Health

This is a great opportunity to write about my experience with PT Health Four seasons. I am so impressed by the service provided by this physiotherapy centre. Staff are amazing; they always take care to understand the problem of the patient, listen to them and provide the necessary treatment to treat them well to alleviate the issues they are going through. The services are absolutely amazing, the staff are knowledgeable and experienced and the empathy they show towards the patients are imminent. I highly recommend the people to this centre for treatment.

Great team, well organized clinic. I had several treatments so far and everybody is very professional and attentive. I used this clinic for my mom before, but it was a different team. I have to say this team I enjoy even more. So far I am feeling better and I will continue working on my recovery.

I was in emerge Saturday sept. 2 in such extreme back pain. I could barely walk. I called everywhere trying to get an ohip covered appointment near home. I called one near me (the other clinic) and they sent me to the Etobicoke location as it was the soonest appointment. I came in yesterday and was in agony. I also have extreme anxiety and panic disorder. I get into the elevator and got stuck in it. The door wouldn’t open for 10 minutes. Then finally opened and it was not level with the floor. I was a WRECK. I told the receptionist and she replied “yeah. It hasn’t been working today”… is this not a physio clinic for people in pain? ! Why was I not notified? Why was there no sign on the elevator? Calls should have been made to tell their clients! I honestly don’t know how I’ll ever take an elevator again since it was already a huge fear. Then I’m sitting there trying to breathe and it’s 100 degrees in the place. It was RIDICULOUSLY hot. And the chairs were mismatched and rock hard. I just felt super uncomfortable. And the receptionist was crunching food at the desk which seemed odd. I ended up calling places and found a clinic by my house that I’ve decided is worth paying for. I left in tears which the receptionist saw and offered absolutely NO assistance or anything. She sat there eating, smiling and un concerned. Hobbled down the stairs which increased my pain and caused further issues so I couldn’t even lay in bed to sleep last night. They didn’t even offer to help me down the stairs. The lady on the phone from the clinic I called talked me through it. Going outside into the 40 humidex was refreshing (sad I know). I ended up going to the new clinic at 7: 30am this morning. They had AC, were on ground level, had proper chairs for waiting and genuinely cared about my comfort. I’m much improved after one visit there. Worth every penny to AVOID THIS CLINIC.
Coming here did way more harm than good. My emotional state was a disaster and my back was a total wreck after climbing down the stairs, which the hospital told me NOT to do stairs. So unprofessional and so traumatic.

I had shoulder pain, but after 6 sessions it came down from 8 to 1. I am very happy with their service. Also, they have very friendly and professional staff.

Staff is very friendly, professional, and most importantly, caring. Although rehabilitation after an injury can be challenging, each one of my caregivers maintains a positive outlook towards my healthy recovery and body wellness which makes the entire process a lot more encouraging. I am very much appreciative of them all.

I am having multiple treatments at 16 Four seasons clinic because of car accident. Doctor Zabir and his team offer me very productive service and make me recover in less time than I thought. Front desk administrators are very nice and have such patients. Strongly suggest having a treatment in this clinic.

Four Seasons Physiotherapy is a wonderful place to get treatment of the most professional and compassionate care. A shining example is my physiotherapist Krina who goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for with her supportive and encouraging ways. It has been less than a month and my recovery has been surprisingly fast. I was referred by a friend and am so thankful and pleased to highly recommend Four Seasons Physio therapy now myself!

Zabir makes my life easier and recover fast. My shoulder pain is now almosr free of pain. Strongly recommend to do Physiotheraphy at this place.

My mom is happy with her treatment plan. Initial evaluation with Zabir went smoothly, he is friendly and skilled. Exercise sessions with Dharti are a pleasure, she is always smiling and full of energy. Polite front desk staff. Great location with validated parking.

Due to unfortunate situations, I am back at four seasons Physiotherapy and have been receiving care from Zabir. He is so kind, compassionate and attentive. He has helped me tremendously with stretches to ease myself back and I feel very grateful to have an office to come to.

He is accommodating and helps with scheduling and making sure things are efficient and seamless.

PT Health Has been great through my injury.
The exercises have helped strengthen my knee. They have a welcoming & friendly staff. They are very accommodating with scheduling appointments.

Four Seasons is an amazing PT clinic. From my personal experience, Zabir provides excellent service for TMJ and post MVA injuries. He is very professional and he works directly with my insurance provider, making my unfortunate situation less complicated and pleasant.

His therapeutic manual massage is really vital for my recovery and there are many treatment options available at his clinic. Zabir is very proactive and also provides a lot of informative resources to aid the recovery process.

The clinic also generously provides therapeutic menthol sprays for at home use, which are really helpful for joint and muscle pain with instant relief - better than anything over the counter.

Also, the paid parking is covered by the clinic, so there’s nothing to hold you back from coming to Four seasons PT clinic! If you have any kind of body pain, PT Four seasons should be the first place you go. Your body will thank you.

I had really bad vertigo for last 2 months, my doctor referred me at four seasons for Vestibular rehab. I was assessed and treated by zabir. I am feeling so good and my symptoms has almost resolved just in 4 sessions. Zabir is treating me very patiently, he is explaining me everything in detail before we implement it. He is knowledgeable and friendly. Facility is very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for any physiotherapy need.

This physiotherapy location was nothing short of spectacular, from the kind welcoming receptionist to the physiotherapist himself. Dr. Zabir has been the best help! Definitely the best physiotherapy location I have ever experienced and would recommend to anyone looking for treatment! 10/10

I spent six weeks here doing a placement for physiotherapy school and I was very impressed by both of the physiotherapists that work here. They both care a lot about helping their patients and are very knowledgable about a wide variety of injuries and conditions. The clinic is nice and all the staff are very friendly!

From the start of my treatment, until my recovery I was treated with kindness, and respect. The Receptionist Flavia was always attentive, patient, composed and kind every time I walked in. She always made me feel like I was welcomed.
My Massage Therapy with Pete was fantastic as he asked important questions in terms of what parts of my body were in pain, and explained the reasoning for this. He was personable, as well as knowledgeable in his service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a professional in the massage therapist industry.
My Massage therapy with Mike was wonderful. When I walked in, Mike was super professional in terms of walking me through the procedure. Mike went the extra step by wrapping my hair with a towel so I did not get massage oil on it. He really paid attention to my pain, and made sure he applied the right amount of pressure. Extremely kind, and attentive overall.
My physio therapist Zabir was a pleasant person to work with every week to help me to my full recovery. He was patient, empathetic, kind, and had great communication skills. I appreciated him for challenging me. He taught me how to withstand pain, and new exercises that I now utilize daily. I would recommend Zabir to anyone, as he take his time with his patients.

This clinic is very spacious and clean, with the convenient location.
Staff is extremely nice and kind. I am coming to the clinic with my 89 years old mother and they are showing special care for her. And best of all is that after months of suffering of pain in the night, my mother feels much better after having physiotherapy in this clinic.

PT Health has done an amazing job on improving my mobility. Zhabbirhussain is very good. He had a plan from the start and executed with excellence.

The Staff are nice and friendly and covid compliant. The clinic has lots of windows, clean and parking is not a problem. My therapist is patient, listens and takes his time. I have been to the clinic many times and has been a big help in my recovery.

I am totally pleased with ptHealth at Four Seasons. Everything is professionally handled from arrival on scene to the end of the therapy session. The therapist makes sure that exercises are done correctly by gently moving you into the correct positions. Therapists are very friendly and firm yet gentle. Assessments are performed to ensure that the patient receives the maximum benefit from exercises and other therapies.

Great clinic. Very happy with safety protocol. The front desk does a screening and takes our temperature. They also give clients a new mask. I Brought my senior mom here for therapy to her back due to a fall. She was so pleased with Zabir. He is knowledgeable and gave some good advice. After a few weeks of therapy and still some pain he recommended she ask her doctor for an X-ray. We returned to the clinic for further treatment after her diagnosis of a small spine fracture.

I have been treated by Zabirhussain for a torn rotator cuff and degenerating discs in my cervicle spine. I found his diagnosis of the root cause of the problem and his procedures to be highly effective in giving me recovery. The clinic and the people employed there are very professional. I have been going to Zabir for about 2 months. My experience has been amazing! The team is so welcoming and friendly. They have stringent protocols in place to safeguard against Covid-19. Screening, surgical masking for all clients, excellent disinfection practices and social distancing are all in place. There has been an obvious effort to ensure safety in the environment. My treatment has been fabulous. I was barely able to move my neck when I first began physio. The improvement has been remarkable. I would recommend Zabir to anyone looking for a physiotherapist.

Absolutely love Four Season for their Physio and Chiro treatments. I've visited them for over 2 years now and it's always resolved all my aches and niggles. I highly recommend everyone to visit even if it just for a routine check up, Zabir and Karan are among the best in the business.

My son and I went to Four Seasons Physiotherapy after a minor car accident. Our interactions with the staff from the beginning of our care was wonderful. Chanel Elie was assigned to my son and I. She has been attentive, caring and informative about our conditions.

PT Health is very patient oriented, from the assessment to the end of the treatment. The people are kind and know how to treat your pain and discomfort. I have had a successful time at PT Health my mobility has returned and my pain has decreased.

I called this clinic got appointment for my mom and told them she’s refugee so just in case if you guys not accepting let us know before. But they say yea we accepting, bring your papers and ID with you. They called us like yes we confirmed your application and send email one day before. We went to appointment and was talking to clinic secretary and she has definitely bad attitude, not to know how to talk with people giving a bad vibes to clinic and she just said to us we not accepting to refugees anymore! LIKE SINCE WHEN? ! We talked yesterday on the phone you confirmed the application so why you bring us in here in this cold weather and my mom has really bad pain? ! Why you not tell us before and you giving us a hope? They don’t know how they gonna work at all this is not professional. Improve yourself in customer service and knowledge about your job. She need this therapy as soon as possible she barely using her arm and you giving us a hope then destroy it.shame on all of you guys! What you mean you not accepting refugees? She’s not a human? There’s no humanity.

Terrible experience (at the Etobicoke location) from the start. The receptionist was as difficult as can be, not accommodating at all, actually rude. I chose to take my business elsewhere. Just couldn't imagine what kind of care I would receive considering the fact that the reception staff were so incompetent.
Also watched this young woman treat a couple, other potential clients, in the same manner. Sad as this should be a place of healing.

Went for my first physio session with all the excitement that I will get better with this service and got very disappointed. One of the fron desk stuff is very blunt. (sorry there is no name there to observe) I had no clue that they take two people at the same time to assist injured customers (wish knew before!). I was rushed for every exercise was shown. This is new management now, prior to this there were very mature and professionale staff. These days there is no such a thing that CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My advice would be check before you book appointment for first assessment.lesson to learn always right?

I was evaluated to a program to prepare for knee surgery. They provided me with a complete program and an evaluation of my progress after about 3 weeks. I did the exercises twice a week with one of their professionals and at home the other 5 days for 3 weeks. Good place to go to for physio

I would like to thank the staff for all of their efforts to help me get back on my feet. They were courteous, friendly & supportive. OHIP will only provide this for 2 weeks, so when the clinic only has that short timeframe with which to work in you can't expect miracles. Not when your client base are slow healing seniors. The clinic does what it can with what it has, & i thank them.

I was recommended to pt Health by a Doctor, the place is very easy for me to find with plenty of handicap parking spaces. Office is very clean and well organized. The administration laidies at the front desk are extremely nice and helpful. I spoke with the manager for assessment and he took my condition in a very professional manner. Since then I have been doing physiotherapy at pt Health for awhile now. I get emails the day before my appointments so I don't have to call if I forget. Highly recommended.

The experience was bad. We met with therapist Hadi and during the assessment when my father tried to explain to him what type of exercise best works for him he didn't want to listen. What was worse was when I tried to explain what my father's physician recommended, Hadi said I don't care what the doctor said. He also told my father, who is 84, that if he didn't do his exercises at home he had the power to cancel further treatment. I'm in the health care profession and I would never speak to my patients this way. My father felt threatened and bullied. This person's approach was unprofessional and dismissive I would not recommend anyone taking their elderly parent here. I give it even less then 1 star.

I like that they do direct billing to your insurance. The receptionist was organized and was pleasant. I have only been to the massage therapist who was very professional and helped out my sore neck.

I required physiotherapy for "cold shoulder/bursitis. The reception area was very friendly and very efficient with the information and booking for my requirements. The personal exercise sessions were on time and well prepared for my time and good for my issues. I would recommend this facility and return if needed.

This is the first time in my experience with physiotherapy (with other previous clinics) that I've experienced success. Jennifer Hunt at the Four Seasons location is an excellent therapist. She takes extra care and interest in determining the cause and source of a patient's issues and makes every effort to afford proper therapy.

I couldn't believe how much the the physio sessions helped me with Sciatic nerve issues. The staff was very friendly and professional.

This location is close to home.
I received my first assessment appt right away and was impressed with Hadi and his knowledge.
