We recently had a sunroom installed. Overall we are pleased with the sunroom. The sunroom provides additional open space and a brighter atmosphere. The entire process from the planning to final completion took just under two (2) years. We had the architect who helped up with our interior renovations complete the planning for the sunroom along with the zoning application, subsequent application to the Committee of Adjustments followed by the required building permit applications with the assistance of Four Seasons. This part of the process took about 1.5 years to complete. You will need to be patient.
The construction of the actual sunroom took about 3 months. Where we started to encounter some challenges was towards the end of the execution / construction phase. Progress seemed to lag. Scheduling of some of the contractors seemed to be a challenge. Project management overall seemed to be weak. We did experience some leaks over a few weeks when we experienced some steady rainfall. Four Seasons came on site and after a few attempts was able to resolve the leaks. Given the above challenges within the execution / construction phase, we decided to provide a rating of 3 stars.
Overall, the experience was good and we are pleased with the sunroom so far. However, the experience could have been better when compared to other contractors we have dealt with over the past several years. Four Seasons strengths are their sales / marketing and product. If they are able to improve the flow / quality of the construction phase, you will have a better experience than we did.

Four Seasons Sunrooms (GTA) had done a good job on my sunroom in terms of design and construction. The staff are very friendly and willingness to listen and care the owner comments and needs with full cooperation. The job was completed successfully. We consider Four Seasons Sunroom is one of the best, reliable and professional sunrooms contractors in Toronto region.
Four Seasons had sent us the "Sunshine Cookies" in Christmas, it is very touching with warm and family sensation.
Thanks for Four Seasons not only for the good job they have done but also went an extra step on a personal touch with lovely cookies at the end of the project is certainly a PLUS.

Ever since we added a Four Seasons Sunroom in our house in March 2016, it has become our favorite hangout year-round. The way it was planned and put together, it appears like it has always been part of the original house and not an afterthought. With good quality materials and workmanship, Jack and his crew really did a wonderful job. After over seven years with no issues and getting compliments from whoever visits our house, this sunroom is truly a worthwhile addition to our house.
