Dr. Shuldiner is the family doctor at this clinic. She is the best doctor we have had in the last 30 years. Very nice and friendly including the staff. We get our appointments setup with specialists really fast and issues get addressed promptly. Our whole family is happy to see her. Best part is that this is a walk-in clinic so first come first serve. No appointment needed!
This office was stellar. Dr. Shuldiner was absolutely caring and compassionate. Julie, who did our bloodwork was absolutely nice. The front desk was absolutely efficient in getting to people.
The only thing I would say is that the waiting room could use some upgrading with the chairs and overall atmosphere. But with this care, this clinic deserves a bigger space that would accommodate all that.
My wife and I were really grateful for the stellar care.
Excellent walk in clinic. Open on Labour Day when every other clinic was closed. We were the only ones there and seen straight away. Very nice doctor and staff!
This is our great pleasure to appreciate Dr. Shuldiner and the staff for their invaluable and praiseworthy service to us and our community. We feel proud of our doctor's perfection in treating patients. We express our appreciation because you have been evaluated as one of the best doctors of our community. We wish a very bright future for you and the staff.
Very informative and quick service at this location! Dr Shuldiner, Jenny and receptionist is very kind and efficient. It’s a walk in clinic with easy access to parking and no prior appointments required.
The receptionists are very informative on any questions you had. Additionally, they have an organized system pending on the service you need.
I highly recommend Dr Shuldiner as your family doctor.
This clinic is the worst place. Dr. Shuldiner is not a competent doctor. We are a family of four persons, my mother, wife, and my son including myself. Five years ago when we switched to another family doctor, Dr. Shuldiner demanded C$200 cash for each file transfer. I told her assistant that, "I don't have cash but I can pay through my credit card". She said, " Dr. Shuldiner accepts cash only".
Had a painful ear infection flare up on a Saturday evening and they were the only clinic that picked up the phone the next morning. Accommodated me even though I showed up just 15 minutes before they close. The staff and doctor were super friendly and kind. I can sleep tonight thanks to them without a 6 hour visit to emergency:) Honestly the best walk-in clinic experience I have ever had.
Dr S is one of the best. It might be difficult to get an appointment in the afternoon, I suggest you call in the morning to get an appointment. Also, the staff are friendly which is a HUGE plus!
Dr. Shuldiner is my family doctor. As others have said, the receptionist doesn't pick up the phone. I've been trying for weeks to schedule an appointment and I simply cannot. The voicemailbox has also been full, so I can't even leave a voicemail. In the past, I've had to resort to showing up in person to schedule an appointment. While Dr. Shuldiner's services are impeccable, it is really very frustrating to have so much difficulty in seeing her.
Really hate the fact that the hours (unlike the actual posted hours) are so damned erratic. I have to pretty much call to see if they are actually open when they say. I also got one of the doctors as a family doctor as mine had moved practice but seldom see them as I never know when they are in. Edited.: @ Oct 2022. They have gone from Semi-competent to abysmal. Last month I tried to get an appointment for a shingles shot and "they didn't take appointments. " now I was told "they only take appointments" but even then it's an "everyone show up at 10: 00 and then they *might* be seen" appointment. The staff didn't seem to understand what was my first and last name on my health card. It's just garbage.
Dr. Shuldiner is amazing, very helpful, professional and immediately sends you to a specialist if needed. Unfortunately, she has horrible staff working for her. They don't answer the phone and are rude in person. The doctor definitely needs better help.
The receptionist here are awful. By far the most incompetent staff I’ve ever seen. I’ve missed countless specialist appointments because their staff did not notify me. They also never answer the phone, they have purposely hung up on me multiple times. Dr. Shuldnier is a great doctor, but the clinic needs to train their receptionist.
Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I've been waiting over two weeks for results. Tried calling multiple times. No one picked up and the inbox was full. Had to go there in person to which they told me that they had my results and I needed to make an appointment just to receive my results, even though this doctor had called me before with my test results without needing to make an appointment. Secretaries are very rude.
The most useless doctor I’ve ever had in my entire life. You could literally be dying and they would not remember to do whatever they need to. Always have to call them twice to remind them to send referrals, prescriptions, etc.
This clinic probably does not even care about poor ratings. I needed a tb test for work, the receptionist told me they were out of the tests and could not tell me when they would have their stock replenished.
I should have given zero stars but only for the kind receptionist I am giving 1 star, the doctor is so lethargic in the work.the test results were in the doctors table for more than three days I have tried reaching the hospital, the answer is "Doctor is busy and have not opened your results yet", and have not got any calls back. I highly recommend not to go to this clinic its just a waste
I have been coming here for the last 3 years and will keep coming here for my medical requirements even if I shift out of this area as Dr. Shuldiner is very professional, patient and kind. An excellent doctor!
I've been coming to this clinic for years, and it's all going downhill. Their website says they're open until 1230 today. Their voicemail and the sign on their door says noon. I got here at 1115, and they're closed. All I need is a med refill. Honestly the only reason I still come here is because finding a family doctor taking new patients (without having to travel halfway across the city) has been impossible. Don't waste your time, especially if you have multiple medical issues. They simply don't care.
Quick, efficient, easy and wonderfully courteous considering that there is only one doctor. The wait was reasonable and the receptionist was pleasant, obviously I wasn't seen right away but thats the nature of a walk in clinic. In the grand scheme of things, a very good clinic I will be using again in future if there is ever a need. Also the pharmacy is attached and is just as good in my opinion. Best walk in I've used in Toronto.
Honestly haven’t been here before so I can’t say much about the actually clinic experience, but you’ve got to change your hours or at least state the DOCTOR doesn’t come in until 10 even though you open at 9: 30.
Update that information. How do you expect people to be waiting regardless for half an hour no matter how early you get here. Then the additional time to see the doctor. Bloody insane.
The waiting time might be a little long, but well worth it. The doctor is very professional and caring, been going there for approx 5 years, and I keep going back. Highly recommended.
Hours have become more reliable. New office staff are better at handling the busy waiting room. Doctor is quick, and will give a referral to a specialist if needed.
Don’t go to this place! The staff treats you terribly. I’ve made a trip to the clinic on a Sunday. They are open from10: 00am-12: 30pm on Sundays. I walked into the office at 11: 50am and the receptionist refused to take me and she kept saying they close at 12: 00pm even though all their signs says 12: 30pm! All I needed was a prescription and it was an emergency. I explained her the situation and she showed no sympathy. Terrible person! When you are working in the healthcare industry you need to be more cautious and considerate of the patients needs - thats applicable for those who operate a walk in clinic as well.
The female doctor at this walk in clinic was awful! She treated my child very roughly. She was checking my one year old’s sinus infection in his throat she put some kind of stick to see, she should have known that he is a baby and that action would make him throwup so make sure to have him in a way so he is not theowing up on him self and me. I had my son’s vomit on my hand and all over him and my cloths! I don’t understand, she was a woman too she should have known better. I will go to this clinic again. The reason i went to her because my family doctor wasnt there. Very disappointed! If you dont want your child to be mistreated or handled roughly please dont go to this walk in clinic.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Arrived at opening at 10 am. Did not get seen until 12: 20. All I had was a note to sign for work. Out front the paper said $20 for work notes. While in the room the doctor refused to sign because it's Sunday after I waited 2 hours. Finally convinced her but she said she wouldn't sign all of it so I said it's fine. I also already had a specialist note which I got for free which she could have based the issue off. It was just one page I needed signed. I asked the doctor the cost before she signed and she said hold on and never responded. Then out front they wanted to charge $60. I obviously refused because nowhere charges that and the whole form wasn't even signed. Especially with the service received and conditions of the place. Ontop of all that the clinic is disgusting. The paper they should replace on the beds in the room were empty. And it looked too dirty to even sit. You're better off going ANYWHERE else.
