Had an issue with a highly used sink in one of our manufacturing buildings. Fowlers response time was impressive. Cleared the plug and sink was in operation within the hour. Would highly recommend.

As usual, the service was prompt, courteous and efficient. Our new pump's operation was fully explained, the toilet was unplugged and Mason even had a replacement flapper when he discovered the old one was leaking. Also much appreciated was his recommendation to prevent recurrence - not something many other people in the service industry would do, but certainly one of the reasons we've become regular Fowler customers.

We had 3 leaking taps. Neil showed up on time and fixed all the taps and cleaned up well. Neil was a pleasure to deal with and represents Fowler Plumbing very well. We will use Fowler Plumbing again and we highly recommend them.

We called to schedule toilet and outdoor tap installation with Jessica and were told they could come today due to cancellation and could come in 15 minutes which we were delighted. Matt and James promptly arrived and replaced both items, as well as 2 shutoff valve taps in basement at a reasonable cost. We had been looking for a reputable plumber to unclog our kitchen sink which was only installed 4 months ago yet kept clogging. The plumber who installed it had no clue how to fix and didn’t seem to care.

Kyle from Fowler Plumbing came highly recommend on FB so I called him. He arrived exactly on time wearing his mask; which was greatly appreciated as I am compromised, not only did he find the reason it was clogged but also installed the stainless steel strainer that had come with my farmhouse sink. The previous plumber had said that it couldn’t be installed without tearing out my dishwasher and cupboard as it was longer due to the straining basket and proceeded to install a chrome strainer in my stainless sink.

I cannot say enough about Kyle, he is professional, friendly and very experienced, if you’re looking for a reputable, reasonable plumber I highly recommend Fowler Plumbing.

They sent a rookie out to fix my faucet and he made it worse and left. We had to pay him of course.

Fowler installed a new sump pump and backup battery at my moms house. Everyone, from the office staff, to the person who came in to quote and the installers were amazing and extremely nice! They explained everything you needed to know. I just has a question about the backup battery and Kyle returned my call within 10 minutes and answered all my questions and gave me great information. I would and will recommend Fowler to anyone and everyone.

Called in a crisis, as had just put a nail through a water pipe in our house. The fowler team was prompt to come out and repair the situation. The work they did was very tidy. While out, had them look at another job that needed doing, and it was done quickly at the same time! Couldn't recommend this team enough.

I had my sump pump replaced a few years ago and Fowler Plumbing did an amazing job. Last week I needed my outdoor water taps replaced. I called Fowler Plumbing and again they did an amazing job. The plumber was quick very nice and used good quality parts were used.

Fowler Plumbing has been coming to our place several times now to fix several different issues. Every single time I was very impressed with their skills, knowledge and professionalism but this past visit blew me out of the water. I wish I would have asked for his name but was overwhelmed with stress due to a flood from a faulty pipe causing water damage to our ceiling and walls. The Fowler employee was asked to come to our place to take a look to see what was causing the leak but he went above and beyond and assured me he would find out what was going on. He removed drywall, insulation and installed a brand new copper pipe all while answering my questions and explaining what he was doing every step of the way. He made this extremely stressful situation a lot easier to cope with because he was so helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Fowler Plumbing and I will be referring them to those looking for a reliable and skillful plumbing service.

We have used used Fowler plumbing on a few occasions and am very pleased with their work, their professionalism and their rates. We used them on a recommendation from friends and we have also recommended them now to our other friends and family.

Well I can't add another review so I will add on. This past Saturday we encountered a pipe that had frozen and burst and with the warmer weather thawed to present itself to us as a flooded laundry room/hallway. I reached out to Fowler Plumbing once again through their facebook page and left a message on Sunday morning. To my surprise within a short time they replied and we setup an appointment for Monday. Matt and James came out and within no time located the cause of the issue, corrected it and handed be a very reasonable bill. Thanks again!

What a great firm! Called this morning with a sump pump issue, had a plumber arrive shortly after the noon hour, had the concern corrected within 20 min.and the cost was very reasonable. In a day and age where customer service and promises are vague memories for many consumers, Mr. Fowler and his group are emblematic of an era where your word was your bond. Do yourself a favor, avoid the fancy, slick marketers and their well adorned trucks and go with a family run business. Could not be happier on this my second occasion to call on them. Yes, they were recommended by a friend!
