We had to put our beloved dog down after 18 years it was tough but the team there were great they went above and beyond what I expected thanks for helping get over this tough time she went through surgery and other stuff but this was her final battle

New to the area, just did a search for Vets, keep on scrolling! Reading reviews we thought everything would be good, and they were taking new clients which nobody else was. I don't know if the positive ones are fake or what, but the negative reviews are spot on. Girl Friend took our little boy in for treatment and discovered, there is a reason every other vet has a 3 to 6 month waiting list and this one is always accepting new clients.

My first appointment I was 7 minutes late. Even though I called to say I was going to be 5 minutes late and they were ok with that. Turned out I was 7 minutes late and they refused me. Also they kept my deposit. That’s not how you treat a new client. Shame on you. I do not recommend this vet at all

Great business, they are amazing and they care so much about your pets! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I feel like the price is fair and the quality of service is much better than other vets I’ve been to in Ontario.

Only reason for 4/5 stars is having to call upon arrival instead of being able to walk in feels strange and a little uninviting especially if you struggle with anxiety. There is also no where to sit and wait outside you have to sit in your vehicle.

Popped in as we are now neighbours and wanted a vet local. Felt my boy had an ear infection. Got him in next day and the staff were lovely!

I love this vet place so very much! The environment is so pet friendly. The vet assistant was lovely and the vet was amazing. In reading some reviews I note that people are complaining about the being-on-time policy and the cost of services. I’m usually a late person to things but I am trying to learn to arrive before appointment times. When you arrive late to an appointment, it shows lack of respect for the person you’re seeing or the appointment you have. I honestly think this is what’s wrong with society - no respect for other people. Not arriving on time for things but demanding the best service. Why should the vet take less patients while people run late all the time? It shows no respect for the vet’s time or her need to make a living too. I’m sure it’s not inexpensive running an entire business. Also people complain about the cost of services. If you don’t want to pay to keep your pet healthy, you shouldn’t have a pet - simple. You can ask for a quote and if you don’t like the fees charged, you can go elsewhere. Man, people will pay $10.00 for a coffee at Starbucks or pay for Skip The Dishes every other day, but won’t pay a couple $100 every so often for their pet who brings them so much joy! I sincerely respect the vet and her staff for their strict policies and they quoted me a price and I paid what was quoted. People today need to learn RESPECT. To the vet - keep doing what you’re doing. Keep respecting your time and your staff’s time. Do not listen to the people that don’t want to respect you or pay for your services! Thank you for taking care of my cat so well today and I look forward to seeing you again!

Would not recommend to anyone who loves their pet. The vet at Foxboro would not receive care for my dog, unless he was sedated! My dog is a border collie lab mix who is a gentle soul, and loving doggo. When I asked for other options to receive care they kicked me out and gave me my paperwork.

The vet is phenomenal. Kathy was her name, I have never felt more content in a exam room with my pet. She went above and beyond to give me any and all info she could to help care for our pet.

They even accommodated me being nearly 35 minutes late due to a stubborn animal. Some of these reviews are nasty and off putting.

Pricing is very high but I think it’s worth it if the care is adequate.

I feel like vet tech could have been more friendly/ attentive but that’s just an observation.

I would return.

Does not accept status cards. Clerical has horrible communication skills. The actual vet was perfect. Review from 2 years ago

Todays review 2023 july So today I had an emergency with one of my pets and decided animal care was most important and called this location. As my vet was busy. Didn't see the previous front staff but was greeted by two amazing vet techs and a nice front desk lady. The vet was also quick and efficient. I felt comfortable and at ease. They were very kind to my bun so I came back to say I would suggest this location and hope the previous front desk girl has moved on. Didn't see her thank goodness. Great animal care and very efficient with exam. I had no issues to pay a deposit before arrival as it was a last min appt and I wanted them to know I would be there. I was approximately 3mins late which I guess after reading the reviews put me in the correct window. There was no mention of our 3mins late. I didn't have any issues with the care given or the service at all. So thank you again for taking my bun short notice and I will be back in two weeks for our follow up.

Best experience with a vet, team and overall clinic, that we've ever had! (and truly rabbit savvy, which isn't always easy to find)

We booked in with short notice when an urgent concern arose with our rabbit. Staff were very kind and helpful getting us registered as new clients (over the phone). When we began our appointment, I was so pleased that the vet tech, Meagan, was so familiar and knowledgeable about rabbits and adjusted the care so that our bun was more relaxed and comfortable in an unfamiliar space. When Dr. Hurford came in she handled our rabbit with intent and care and explained the examination where needed. When discussing the circumstances that lead us there, as well as the findings of the exam, Dr. Hurford asked very thoughtful questions to get a better idea of the whole picture and our rabbits background. I appreciated that after coming to a reasonable conclusion about the issue found, she still took a few extra minutes to reference some resources to ensure she was on the right track (and explained any other possibilities she was ruling out and why - easing any personal anxiety I had about the unfamiliar/unknown). When it was decided that our bun would need a surgery, we were booked in within a very reasonable time frame and the quote and any optional procedures (blood work/x-ray) were explained thoroughly and all questions were answered with clarity.

After procedure the instructions and tips for after-care and delivery of antibiotic were clear and thorough with ample time and patience for any of my questions. Our bill came in well under quoted (which was explained previously to include a little extra time and resources just to be covered in case additional time/care was needed). They let me know what to anticipate for check ins and turnaround for biopsy and lab results and encouraged us to call or e-mail them at any point if we had other questions or concerns come up.

Thank you Jennifer, Meagan, Nikole, Brogan and Denise for such a warm, friendly, and positive experience! We are so happy to have found a team we can trust with our loved bun.

They do not care about pets, only money and time off. Doc hurford is never following up on tests, lie to her staff and us and is about never at the clinic. She stabbed my dog multiple times trying to get blood, said my dog is agressive when he is nipping to say hi, very bad advise for everything, all the time. I highly recommand you seek another vet. Personnaly I rather drive 1h30 to another vet then have them.
THEY ARE EXTREMLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

This isn't exactly a review, more a message to the owner. I wonder, does it ever get old writing the same 4 bull#@! % paragraphs after every bad review you get? Because I've seen the same response for several bad reviews! I mean it would probably be more beneficial to you and your business to put this effort into actually provided decent care to your patient and their loved ones. My wife just left there in tears after leaving with our elderly cat. After waiting in the parking lot for 45 minutes past her app time. (its 40 degrees out today). She had to go in herself to remind you that she was there. You made her feel like an absolutely horrible pet owner for no reason whatsoever. She called me at work and explained the situation, I did a quick Google search and find a huge list of bad reviews that say exactly what she described to me. So I would say that the issue your having, rests with the level of care you provide your patients, not your patients themselves! I'm sure you'll give me a long list of things that cover your a$$ then tell me to have "the very best of luck finding a hospital that is a better fit for you" just like you do with the rest of these completely justified reviews, I just wanted to make sure there is one more 1 star review here to deter any other pet parents from visiting this place. Shame on you Dr. Hurford

Great experience, staff are super friendly and polite. Treat your pets with lots of love and attention. Customer is not rushed through the appointment and full explanation of procedures or treatments is explained in detail prior to administering.
