I’ve been to many different dentists and didn’t end up being a returning patient because of several factors, but Dr Alyssa has been the best and most attentive dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. She went extra mile to make sure I’m always comfortable and that my teeth are always to my liking. I had a bit of a complicated case and she took care of every detail with so much respect and ease. She’s honestly amazing with her work and I now recommend her and this office to everyone. Will always be coming back for all my dentistry needs. Also all the dental assistants and staff are amazing as and so very helpful, they are also so detailed with all billing’s and information which I appreciate so much. I highly recommend to anyone who wants an amazing and pain free experience to come here!

I had previously gone to two other dentists in Hamilton and was constantly disappointed.

I switched to Fraccaro on a recommendation and have not looked back since. I have been extremely happy coming here. This practice and the staff here are amazing!

I had an appointment scheduled and waited 1 hour just to be taken to a seat, the staff apologized but didn’t communicate with me to explain any delay. When my next appointment came around, they took me to a seat in a reasonable amount of time and started a root canal that they never finished, half way through the dentist said he wouldn’t be able to continue, put gauze in my tooth and than filled the top and told me I will need to go somewhere else and than charged me for an X-ray I didn’t consent too and asked me to still pay for the procedure…. This was the most insane experience of my life. I wasn’t given any referrals and was left with my mouth in pain and open to infection for weeks. I HOPE this is taken into consideration if you’re considering using this practise. Absolutely terrible service.

This is the best dental group! All of the staff are very patient and kind. I’ve had at least 4 different hygienists and 2 different dentists work on my own teeth, or my children’s and we always had a positive experience. The office staff and very friendly and well organized. Plus the office is beautiful and always sparkling clean. If I could give them more stars I would!

I have been a patient of Fraccaro dental group for a few years now and previously had nothing but positive things to say about staff and this dental group as a whole. I had a filling done recently that was done without an x ray taken prior, and since that filling I have been in excruciating pain and had to receive antibiotics. This filling was done so close to the nerve that now my only option is to have it pulled or get a root canal. I was not informed of these possibilities prior to the filling being done, and if I was I would have made an informed choice before choosing to get a filling. When I visited another dentist they were shocked that no x ray was done prior and that this was not discussed with me. When I approached fraccaro dental group about this there was no sense of urgency or any apology or ownership at all. This is beyond negligent, office management just made constant excuses and no resolution provided except for me to come back when the dentist was available on another day to speak with them even though those times didn’t work. Dr chart was the individual who did my filling.

This office has prioritized money over its patients and that’s why I will be going elsewhere. Not worth the hundreds spent for a bad experience and pain lasting 4 weeks.

I have been a patient with the Fraccaro Dental group for years since they took over for Dr. Molon when he retired. Every visit I have whether it's a regular check-up or specific work being done is always a very friendly and positive one. In previous years I have had fear and nervousness about dentist visits but the Fraccaro team has helped me to overcome that. I am very appreciative of the support, patience, and advice given. The overall team is friendly, helpful, and overall amazing! Right from booking an appointment, to dental visits, billing inquiries, etc, it's always a positive experience.

I recently had a minor filling with Dr. Nick and he is the kindest person I have ever encountered in my entire life, makes you feel very comfortable and safe. Felt like ive known him my whole life! Took the time to explain everything. Angie, my hygienist was also fantastic very comfortable the whole time, amazing cleaning, felt like I was right at home with my family! Finally, the front desk…wow…. The second I walked in I was greeted, Joanne was so motherly she helped me with my insurance and made everything very easy and simple. Only dentist office I will ever go to for the rest of my life.

I’ve been attending Fracarro Dental group for over 20 years. Every member of staff has been kind and patient with me. This includes reception, the hygienists, and also the doctors. The atmosphere is fun, relaxing, and free of judgment!

Regarding oral care: I have some gum recession and the hygienists take extra care to be gentle in the sensitive areas. It’s always a pain-free experience. I’m grateful for their kindness and compassion.

I’m looking forward to my next appointment. See you in 6 months!

Fraccaro Dental Group on Centennial Parkway has an amazing group of employees! I have been a patient of Dr. Fraccaro from his first start date on Parkdale Avenue in Hamilton. He listens and takes care of your teeth problems. His staff are very caring and Nancy, one of the dental hygienist is a remarkable employee and amazing at her job! If you need a dentist, this is the place to call.

I have been seeing Dr. Fraccaro and his team for close to 40 years. When I first showed up, I was terrified of dentistry and my mouth was a mess. After numerous visits over several months, I had a smile I could be proud of. And I still do.
Never have I ever felt that they have had anything but my dental health as their number one priority.

I’ve waited a while to write this review, going back and forth on if I should but I finally found a new amazing dentist and my concerns about Fraccaro Dental are accurate… I had been going here for years back when the father owed the group at a different location, they were accommodating and friendly, the staff and dental group went above and beyond. I booked a yearly cleaning, when I showed up at the office- is was gone? No one had told me when I booked the appointment that they had moved locations. When I called them they didn’t apologize and told me the new address, I arrived at the new address and was scolded for “being late” I found this extremely irritating. I booked an appointment a few months later for a chipped tooth, when I showed up the hygienist told me not to bother getting it fixed, but I should get X-rays- (which didn’t make any sense to me) I asked the price for X-rays and she said “let me check” next thing I know they are in taking the unnecessary X-rays. The dentists then comes in seeming like he doesn’t care at all, quotes me to fix my tooth and after a 15 minutes appointment they come in to the room with a debit machine and charge me $350… for what? Forced X-rays? (They saw nothing wrong with the X-rays) I now have an upfront amazing dentist who walks me through every step explains cost and asking my option. Unfortunately this group used to be run properly out of the little old office it started out of but now it’s big and fancy, and money hungry.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Fraccaro‘s for over 2 years now and I am throughly impressed by their expertise and kindness during my appointments. The office staff is welcoming and warm. I’ve recommended Fraccaro Dental Group to many of my family and friends and they can’t say enough how extremely happy they are!

My hygenist was very gentle and personable. She talked me through each part of the cleaning and made me comfortable.

I recently visited Fraccaro Dental Group for composite bonding. The front reception was extremely kind and welcoming upon my arrival. When I first met with Dr. China for my consultation, I was astounded at how educated she was. She ensured I was following what she was saying, and welcomed the opportunity for me to ask any questions I had. Excellent experience from start to finish. I originally went for a second opinion on a bridge repair. They offered me multiple options and clearly explained the cost and process of each. They worked with me to restore my smile in a way that fit my budget. I have since recommended them to family and friends. Very very happy overall.

This review is about my wife, Luz and her experience. She started using this father and son Dentistry and was very impressed with both dentists. Their work and compassion is outstanding. Then came the hygienist. I won't name her but her demeanor was enough to make my wife cry and never want to go back. It started with her saying Luz's (pronounced Loose) name was to difficult to say so she would call her Mrs. She was very rough with her cleaning and jabbed Luz's lip with the pick. Her questions about about my wife's teeth care were abrupt and cold. The pain caused by this cleaning lasted three days.
The junior Doctor questioned my wife sensing something was wrong but she was too upset to tell him the whole story.
My wife had wanted me to move to this group but has now recommended I stay with my current Doctor who I have always been happy with.
This is just an abbreviated version of her story as there is more but you should get the idea.

Amazing dentists and very responsive. I was introduced to them through an emergency dental issue - they were the first to respond and got me in right away. I've been impressed with every visit since.

The staff are always very accommodating and pleasant. The hygienist who did my cleaning took a personal interest in me, asking about my life and making me feel comfortable. She was very gentle with the cleaning and tried her to best to cause absolutely no discomfort. Dr. Fraccaro was pleasant and kind, advising me on the best course for my dental issue. The office in Stoney creek is clean and beautiful- it almost feels like a hotel when you enter. I’d recommend this dentist to anyone!

Paula is my favourite hygienist! I dread the regular cleaning appointments but Paula makes them a breeze. The office is very clean and are quick to accommodate any dental emergencies or make appointments that fit in my schedule. The new office at Centennial is also a great location with good parking.

I haven’t been to a dentist in some time & The Fraccaro Group is amazing. Nice new bright office, friendly staff up front & I can’t say enough about Dr. China! I had my initial visit one day and was lucky to get a cancellation appoint for the next day to have my teeth cleaned. I also had 1 cavity and their office was so accommodating & were able to get me in just after my cleaning appointment. This saved me from having to make another visit to their office. Tracey did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. Very positive experience and would recommend their office to anyone looking for a new dentist! Donna K

Had a awful cavity in a upper wisdom. Called all over the city, nobody could offer me a reasonable answer for a timeline to have it taken care of. A friend suggested Fraccaro and they listened to my needs.

I was given an appt that morning and they had me in fast, simple sign in and normal covid questions. Nice and clean, and the nicest office I'd ever been to. I was worried I'd be paying for the "frills" of their state of the art facilities (more on that, later)

Dr. China took care of me along with her assistant that was super awesome. The extraction took less than expected and I got a decent discount too! The freezing and such was a breeze, they were super proficient to the point I didn't realize it happened!

I would recommend Fraccaro to anyone. 100/10

I called today to make an appointment for a cleaning. The lady that answers the phone was argumentative and very rude. The lady stated that I would have to pay 320.00 for a cleaning and exam. When asked why it was so much her reply was cause I’m a new patient. I guess the lady doesn’t want my business. Shame on her for making the prices up. Guess I’ll take my business else where

What an amazing team! The front staff (Helen) was great in helping me accomodate an urgent appointment and were incredibly friendly and professional. I was given a different diagnosis by another dentist, Dr. Chris Fraccaro instead explained to me what my actual diagnosis was and went through the details of what my options were. This shows how this dental office is absolutely trustworthy and really cares about you, not trying to take advantage of the situation. Although I was very nervous for my appointment, Dr. Chris fraccaro was very patient with me and did an amazing job in making me feel comfortable! I’d absolutely recommend them! They’re great professionals, provide a very welcoming atmosphere and most of all they’re honest and care about their patients!

My 3 year old brother Matthew was sitting on the stairs when my dad and I were working on dinner and he fell, we picked him up and his mouth was full of blood. We brought him in and they were fantastic with him. They are amazing, baby friendly and provide toys for young kids to play with while waiting. Many people should go there.

I find the work the dentists do are good BUT the staff at the front desk do not know how to speak to their patients properly as soon as you question anything they attack and are rude.the staff in the back office are very nice good works but like I said the front desk look out! They actually accuse wrongly for asking questions!
