Haven't been to this store in a long time used to make an afternoon of it with my dad drive from Niagara and go hit this spot but when we went in we had excellent service everytime and everything we bought was great.

Purchased an anemone from fragbox. The only thing I’ve added to my aquarium in years, I then got velvet from this coral killing basically everything in my tank. Customer service is absolutely awful and they don’t get back to anybody.

Overall a great experience. Called to say I was going to reach a little later than closing and the employee assured me that my product would still be able to be picked up when I called. Upon arrival the transaction was quick and easy. Dylan the employee, answered all my questions and even let me take a walk around the store despite technically being closed. Worth the over 2 hour drive!

Lots of choice, friendly help, comparative prices and very clean systems, the latter being most important.

The frags I have purchased have been well taken care of and free of pests.
Good team here, clearly know what they are doing.

Had some corals shipped to me, the one high end coral I bought looks nothing like the photo advertised on the web site. Pretty disappointed. Emailed them to ask about it and no one got back to me.

Nice corals! Have had a couple of customer service issues but the owner always offers a fair resolution.

I ordered some dr tim’s ammonium chloride and when the package arrived I got a friendly letter saying that they were out of stock on the Dr Tim’s so they refunded the purchase and replaced it with an equal alternative. I’m now a supporter of fragbox and I hope to visit them in person someday!

I am truly impressed by the quality and variety of frags that are available at Fragbox. What I particulary like is the fact that they label each bag so you know what is inside. I had a bit of apprehension receiving my livestock since they are based in Ontario and I live in Quebec. They package everything really well. They also have a very comprehensive youtube channel that deals with how to care for corals. Great for a newbie like myself. Check it out.

Though the girl was nice, the guy at the computer wasn't even friendly. We weren't even greeted and had to stand at the counter until they decided they should try to talk to us. Not to mention NONE OF THE STAFF WERE WEARING MASKS. There was also an open box cutter with the blade extended to about an inch, maybe a little more just sitting on a shelf that was maybe 2 ft tall. Thankfully we were carrying our 2.5 year old or things could have really gone sideways since it was well within her reach. Sticking to Big Al's.

Great service and the material were well packed. Ordered from Québec City and when the package arrived, the water was still warm. Will order again for sure.

No masks, no greeting, not overly friendly except the girl. Some nice stock but can’t say it was an overwhelming experience. I get better vibes in a big als.

Fragbox is my go to for designer zoas! They're incredibly helpful and their prices are super fair and reasonable! Their store policies regarding their livestock guarantee is great and super generous of them to include. They always have super unique corals to choose from, and I find that their prices beat my local LFS sometimes. Their customer service is also 11/10, as they always go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are satisfied.

Awesome experience ordering from this store. Order was delivered quickly and all corals and snails arrived in perfect shape. I was really impressed with how nicely they packaged and labeled everything and how it was all shipped in a Styrofoam box. Can't wait to order again!

Corals came in very nice and healthy, tons of beautiful specimens. They replaced my frag when it died on arrival. Great services, great staffs. I highly recommend this place for anyone that just start to get into the hobby as well as long time reefers as well.

Just received my frag and invert order and was very happy with quality of livestock and great packaging. Corals were size and quality expected and they are now acclimated and in my main tank opening nicely! A big thanks to all the Fragbox Staff for their professionalism and helpful advice! I live in London which is 2 hours away from Fragbox and yet every single coral in my tank is from them. Absolutely hands down best coral/saltwater store in Canada, staff are awesome and extremely knowledgeable and display tanks are out of this world, as for shipping packs are always still warm and corals are happy every time 10/10

Best store in the city! The staff is very educated and helpful. Quality of the their corals, shrimp, snails etc are beautiful. We’re always going in to check what new in the shop because they get some amazing stunning colourful gems!

Absolutely atrocious behavior on the phone and by email. STOP attacking me in the morning. When I call up they are so polite they wont reimburse free shipping, dead animals, or corals. BY PHONE March owes me 3 free shippings and at this time I have to say - it's not worth it.

The owner dealt with me personally on a some lost live stock through shipping.took the matter personally and went out of his way to ship me everything I lost.hand picked new replacement colonies, took the loss for shipping even after I offered to help out with shipping the new colonies.took the time to get to know me out of his insanely busy schedule.made sure I was happy. "If you're happy, I'm happy" he says. Guy is nuts, he just had a big catastrophe and major catastrophic loss at his store from his own personal tank he's been growing for a decade and he still put me first. I'll be ordering all of my corals from Frag box from now on.

Fragbox is one of the best coral shops I've seen. I came here twice - and my second experience had a minor issue. However, the owner March stepped up and was very kind and generous when he talked to me. He resolved my issue, and made me very happy. This is probably the best LFS in Ontario, and if not, the entire Canada!

I have purchased several corals and fish over last 4 months and and completely satisfied with everything. Any issues were promptly dealt with be very helpful staff. Two thumbs up guys. Another great experience with staff at fragbox super helpful and friendly.keep it up guys.

Great healthy livestock. What I really appreciate are the corals photos are realistic, not overly photoshopped like other places.

By far the BEST of the BEST when it comes to quality marine products and customer service. Can't say enough good things about fragbox. Been ordering from them since they first opened and has been top notch service and are able to cater to your delivery schedule. The quality of service and frags has not dropped since then either, They have some amazing frags and they always look great after I put them in my tank. Have no complaints of pest hitchhikers ordering from them. Packaging is excellent and frags remain at a decent temperature when shipped through the deepest and coldest of Manitoba winters. Shipping rates are also very reasonable compared to some other online retail stores which is a great plus. These guys are usually my go to when ordering frags. I also appreciate that they have their own line of cultured corals. More retailers should be doing this to advance the hobby. Thank you fragbox for your contributions to this hobby!

Just got my derasa clam in the mail and it looks super health! Not even 10 minutes into it being in my tank it was really open! This is the second clam I have bought from him and will not hesitate to buy other live stock from him!

Amazing, well-rounded reef aquarium shop! Great displays to showcase the corals.
Provide good quality livestock at a reasonable price. Have very good shipping practice and I have never had a problem.
Provide a great selection of hard goods as well. Very courteous and always put the customer first. For example, i once had and order mixup.they immediately shipped out the correct item AND told me to keep the extra item!
The shop also has a youtube channel that posts informative content on a regular basis. The owner takes the time to make the videos himself and is very personable.

Received my order yesterday and I couldn't be happier. Under my lights the frags look exactly as shown in the pictures. All the frags are really healthy and all the polyps were open 30 min after acclimation. I will definitely be ordering from Fragbox again. Thanks much

I was worried because I live in Winnipeg and it gets super cold, but they turned up fine! They also were willing to accommodate and ship on a certain day. I ordered 3 and they came to me perfectly. The product photos are a bit more vibrant than what they actually are but I still love them!
