Framar Salon

I called you yesterday looking to get an appointment and thankfully Frank got me in today this morning at 9: 30 in the morning. I was very happy with the colour and the service was top-notch. I will definitely be returning to get my hair done again no disappointment. Here and purchase some purple shampoo.

I have been coming to Framar for years and have had only positive experiences. All of the staff have always been polite, friendly and greeting me with smiles. I always book with Alexa and she is absolutely wonderful. I have never left without loving my colour, cut or blow dry…. And having had a lovely conversation with Alexa!

I have been going to Framar for about 8 years and they never disappoint. Service is always professional and friendly and they listen to their clients’ needs. Alexa does a fabulous job every time!

However, my hair-dresser wasn’t!

Ari seems proficient in her hair cutting skills but lacked to follow my needs and cut off all my hair. I can’t stop crying, I had very long hair and only wanted two inches off with some layers, instead she cut off 6 inches and i'm very very upset. I don’t know where the communication went wrong but all my hairs gone and i want to to get extensions now because i cant look in the mirror.

I am really happy with this salon, all staff are very nice.spacial my hairdresser Alexa. She is the best. Her job is amazing for highlight, balayage, hair cut.stylish and etc … she always give me best recommended. She is very friendly and polite also has a lot of experience about her job.

The salon is located inside plaza with convenient parking. The staff is very friendly. I had my first appointment with Maria. She immediately understood what I'm looking for and shared her vision. She was so gentle, so attentive and so quick. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing hair salon! The most welcoming workers and the most amazing experience I have ever had. Alexa was the hair stylist who did my hair, and I can honestly say, she was not only an amazing hair stylist but also an amazing person to talk to. Such a great first experience at Framar! Been looking for a new stylist since I moved and I’m sooo happy with my choice! Please ask for ARI if you need an amazing balayage cut and style. She is so sweet and so professional! Front desk staff are super kind as well. Can’t wait to go back!

I always love having bang and i always had worse experiences with getting bangs. For the first time ALEXA with her magic hand gave me a fantastic haircut. She is one of the most talented hair stylist that i ever seen. So detail oriented and so up to date.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life, and they tried compensating it by giving a $10 gift card, like it’s going to cover up for the horrible experience.

Alexa did hair cut and balayage for me and I'm really happy about this services.she matched the picture that I showed. The prices are very fair and reasonable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Alexa and framar salon and for sure continue to go there in future.

I was pretty nervous to try out a new hair stlyist after 10+ years going to the same one, this is the first one I tried after my old hairdresser moved on.

My entire experience at Framar Richmond Hill was great! COVID screening procedures were explained in detail via email prior to your visit and I felt safe during my entire visit. The salon was clean and the entire team was friendly. My stylist Ari was amazing, she gave me the best haircut I've had in years! I would highly recommend checking out this salon and ask for Ari if you want a great haircut:)

I got a haircut from Tiffany. She did an amazing job, very professional. The place is clean, but a little pricy. That's the only reason why I give 4 stars and not 5.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Covid procedures were explained before being seen in and everyone seemed to be following instructions. Jordan saw me that day and even though she was busy, she made sure I was properly taken care of. I am definitely going back.

I walked in without an appointment and got booked with Tiffany for the same day. I must say Tiffany is a very talented hair stylist. She discussed with me what I wanted and paid good attention. She gave me a very pleasant scalp massage and did a great job with my haircut. I will definitely book with her again. Great value for the price!

I had a haircut from Rich today and my whole experience was wonderful! The ladies at the front were genuinely kind and helpful, and Rich did an excellent job with my curly mop of hair. He took my suggestions and I gave him some free rein to do what he does best. Love the result! Didn't know my curls could look this good. Will definitely be back!

I found framar salon by accident and went in to see if I could get my hair fixed from a previous bad cut. Alexa happened to be there and suggested to wait a bit till it grew in, then to come back to her.i did. Alexa is fantastic! And actually listens and hears what you want done.

My hairdresser had a emergency and had to cancel my appointment at the last minute. I had a family weeding that weekend and needed my hair coloured badly! Salon Framar was recommended to me by my coworker and I could not have been happier. They accommodated me that same day and Jordan did an AMAZING job at matching my roots! Thank you Salon Framar! 3 words: Tiffany, Tiffany, Tiffany. I came into Framar with an extremely botched hack job of a hair cut from a different salon. Tiffany was professional and walked me through step by step as to what we were doing to fix my hair. I am beyond impressed with the hospitality I received from everyone and just the overall expertise. I whole heartily recommend Framar. Don't let them be your rescue, just go to them first.

I highly recommend Sang Park as a Stylist for men's cuts. As a young professional, it was hard to find a Stylist that could deliver a nice and clean cut that is appropriate for both an office setting, and just every day life. Sang gets it, with a down-to-earth and positive persona.

I was very pleased with my visit as I have never been to this salon before. Very clean, amazing services (head massages) and greets you with a warming welcome as well as refreshments. I got booked with Richard to do my haircut and he did AMAZING. He did exactly what would look good on me, he was extremely patient with my hair and I was very pleased with the end result. I love Framar salon! Everyone’s professional and precise. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Their scalp massage is amazing. But, last time I went there to dye my hair, the stylist Sang, disappointed me. My hair burnt! And the color and highlight is not even close to what I showed her in the photo. Now my hair is very damaged and I have no idea what to do. I think I gotta be bald. So frustrating.

My wife goes to this Salon (Tiffany is her go-to) and loves what they do to her long, naturally curly hair.

My hair is not as long as hers, but it looked like I was starting to compete, so I knew it was time to get a good hair cut.

Because she raves about the place, and we were close to it, I decided to give it a shot. I just walked in without a real appointment. Evidently they have three levels of stylists here, and I got the low rung, as I should.

That being said, I'm not sure what more educated, experienced or higher leveled stylists would have done differently. I'd go back for the scalp massage. I mean hair washing alone.

My haircut was pretty much everything I could want, I'm happy, my wife's happy.yeah, that's all that really matters.
