Charged me extra sales tax and no refund, shipping international is a rip off. Customer service useless, They told me to use local pick up option and still refuse to refund sales tax

Purchased a team canada Price jersey. Received it and the signature bled through. It looks awful. After asking for a refund or even an exchange they refused. I’ve purchased many mystery boxes with them before too. I’m never going to purchase anything else from Frameworth or support their business anymore. Large disappointment.

Edit. They messaged me and offered a full refund. I happily replied and complied. Then they just ignored me.

Updated review: this is in regards to the frameworth auctions. Very misleading. The minimum bid that they advertise is not the reserve. Often the reserve is $200 more than the minimum bid but this is not advertised anywhere. At least put the actual reserve as the minimum bid. Very disappointing and took a few days for someone to follow up with.

Also they have replaced the deal of the day with framesworth outlet which in my opinion is not as good.

Free shipping on most orders, and they pack your item very good with lots of bubble wrap.

Tried to have a few pictures delivered to me over the Christmas break as I was home. Took over two weeks to receive the products. Wrong tracking information was sent to me, and I was not notified of when my package would be delivered. Ended up missing the delivery and not being home, so had to pick it up at the delivery office half an hour away instead. Contacted Frame worth, but there were of no help. Customer service was horrible and didn’t really want to help. For a company this big, I'm very shocked at their response. Not worth anymore of my money.

Update: In response to the comment below "owner" with no name. If I received the proper or any tracking information, I would have made a point to be home as stated a signature was needed. Wrong and no information was given, and this is based on the service you decided to use for the delivery, not the fault of me. I highly recommend choosing a different delivery provider. To make it sound like I am asking of a lot is embarrassing to your company. $30 refund, over possibly losing a customer? I wish I could have returned everything that I bought.
