Been going to Frances for 6-7 years for haircuts/styling and I can assure you that I’ve never been disappointed!

Francis never fails to impress me! Be it a cut, color or updo. I just went from dark brown to mushroom blonde balayage and he did what no other salon could do! I am beyond impressed. Thanks again!

I don’t recommend it, first of all I didn’t like their work, second when I went there I asked to do hair style and make up And I told them how much it will cost? They told me the price and when I went to the cashier they changed the price.

Frances and his team are amazing. Hands down. One the night where we got the horrible Strom that knocked off all powerlines. Frances and his team went out of their way to call me and make arrangements to come over to my in laws to do my hair and make up for my big day. They are truly a team that cares and will do anything to go above and beyond for their clients. I highlmmend them. Their servicecan not be beat and their pricing. Frances is an awesome amazing man! I had went to other places but they all said my hair would be hard to work with and I'd need few sessions. Frances charged me half the price and gave me exactly what I wanted. His work and energy is incomparable. My only issue was the wash stations, really uncomfortable and the sinks need fixing.

Francis hair salon did such an amazing job on my highlights! He was the only hair dresser to ever achieve the colour I wanted. I honestly can't remember the last time I left a salon so happy. Also he took his time with me and made me feel welcome and important. This lady that also did my hair was so sweet and incredibly nice.

I highly recommend them for anyone to go and try them out.

The worse experience I have from this salon they do colour only for one wash I did my highlights after I washed it turn yellow even it happened with my friends too they take ur hair pictures with the lights and the posed it, it looks really good but that colour doesn’t last for long only for one or two wash that is it, because they use really cheap colour wella colour is only $5 I don’t recommend anyone to go this salon from my experience

I got my hair coloured from here a couple of weeks ago and it was the best decision of my life. I have never liked my hair before and i was always very insecure about it until i came here.i will never go to another hair salon ever and i recommend everyone to come here.

The most amazing and phenomenal experience I had with a salon! They did my engagement and wedding makeup and everyone was impressed. They did everything I could ask of and more. Frances, Shami, Jimmy, Helda and the entire staff are beyond talented! They unfortunately have to deal with rude customers who show up late to their appointments and expect to be serviced right away! All they ask of is for you to show up on time and they will do all you ask of and more! Thank you so much!

I had an "appointment" yesterday for 5: 45-6. Took me at 7 washed my hair and I sat there for 10 min and then cut my hair in 5 min while chit chatting with others around me. Sat me down again for another 15-20 min so I can have my hair blow dryed which never happened.my hair is an absolute disaster.it's sloppy and looks like a child cut my hair. They have no sense of time or appointments. Just take people as they walk in and then spend 5 min to cut your hair when you've waiting 1-2 hours to have it cut. Never have I met such unprofessional people.never going back.

Worse experience ever. Why would they give us an appointment when they don't have enough space? And plus you have to wait in line for 5 to 6 hours where they would take their favourite customer right in front of you as if you haven't been sitting there since 10 o'clock in the morning and it's 4 o'clock now. They are way too racist I tell you; when it came to our turn, they messed up our hairs as well as our makeup, saying our eyes are too tiny for their type of makeup. I say people of a different race than their own, don't waste your time and money on the likes of these type of people. Because of these people we almost missed half of my cousins' wedding, people please read reviews before making any type of appointment, as it saves your money and time.
I HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR FOR PEOPLE TO SEE THIS, BUT I WOULD HAVE GIVEN NOTHING BUT.
