She was very rude. Train your staff. IS THA

It’s good that we have stores like no frills that are affordable. I do most of my grocery from here.
Everything is available here, which makes me come here again and again. Many things on one spot.

Very poor shop. They put fake offers to lure customers. Anything on sale will never be in stock, and the day the sale ends, it will be fully stocked. Very poor hygiene in the store.

Price tags are not visible and some of the products are more expensive than other no frills

Very clean and they stacked everything very nice. However they can put more people at the check out.

I visit this store often and they have a decent spread of groceries and meat. I wish they can arrange the stuff opposite to the refrigerator (milk / juice) ailes better as it is always overloaded and does not offer a good walking or visual experience to the clients. Also, the inherent day I went and the guy at the counter was extremely rude. I picked up basket of tomatoes from hauler section and he started being rude that you have loaded more tomatoes that were there and I had just picked one basket to go with whatever was on the display. Some other customer may have moved around the stuff but it made me feel very uncomfortable as it I was gonna go through all this for few tomatoes. I walked out of the store and left the entire order on the cash counter. There was zero remorse.

This is for Charlie’s World of meat that’s located inside the no frills…. If you’re going to advertise a price per pound, why can’t you sell 1 pound? I was forced to purchase an entire eye of round roast because they “don’t allow you to buy it per pound” I was explained by one of the young guys that work there. I told him I only wanted a pound and wanted it cut thin because I was going to make soup with it… guy cuts the entire eye of round roast and gives it to me and says I have to buy the entire roast that I can’t order it per pound…. Well then maybe you shouldn’t advertise you sell per pound, that’s a thought huh and put a sign that states you must buy the entire 2 pound roast. I’ve never been to a butcher before and have been told that before. They try to upsell and force it on their customers.

Sundays are not restocked, most of the baskets are empty and no one cares about refilling the stock.

I like the location, but their trick is unacceptable. The sale items will be hidden by Wednesday, since the price will increase the following day. I have experienced this numerous times. As an example, I went to pick up coconuts and tomatoes on Wednesday at 8 pm, but they vanished without any tracking assigned to them. (Staff will tell you sold out) The following morning, they are found in the same place with separate tracks assigned to them. In addition, I have observed that some of the sale items will not be available when the sale begins, but will be available next week.

Amazing deals on weekdays.one of the reasonable priced store for grocery and veggies. Sometimes they have dirty floor and smelly corners l. So giving four stars.otherwise a good experience overall.

It's a good store. Most of the staff is good too especially Manny, the guy who controls entrance into the store due to pandemic.
He is always cheerful!

The staff was amazing. They are nicer than before the virus. I just wish that customers would follow the arrows on the floor

I get everything I want over here. Kind of 1 stop shop for me as I shop for indian as well as other groceries.best is they have price match option as well

Big parking lot. They have a meat counter. I believe they have washroom available as well. Don't forget to use your Optimum card to collect points or redeem them.

All your daily needs and groceries are available here. And if you can show them that a particular item is available at a cheaper price in other store then they will also do a price match.

Parking is terrible, skids and boxes in aisles, can barerly get a cart up the aisle, shelves are not stocked, sale items are not in stock, line up to get inside for over 1 hr and then can't get items - go somewhere else, food basics is close, superstore is close as well - stay away from this store - it's not worth the wait and waste of time - try to call in for hours for seniors - are on hold for over hour with Loblaw head office and then they don't even have the info

Worst customer service compare to other no frills in Toronto, Employees are so rude not helpful at all, When ever we ask for the item in the flyer they mostly sold out on first day. Every time I get same answer “we don’t know when we getting back”. You lucky if you get proper answer. This is raise big question against manager’s responsibility in the store. I am defiantly not going this location again but god bless them who are going. Don’t’ expect any kind of help from their employees because it will disappoint you for sure.

Customers satisfaction is vey important for a sucessfull business which you are on top of it. Keep up your commitments. Had to go to No Frills today, very orderly.and I got through quite quickly. However it's the cashier that made such an effect on me that I had to do this. I was wearing my non surgical mask and I was covered up as well.the cashier got me cashed out quickly and efficiently and then said have a good day, stay safe and called ne by name.she remembered my name from last spring! I.not only has she made my day, she made my week, I floated home soooo happy.her name is Sharon.not sure if I have spelled that right.but she is an awesome person who needs to be recognized

Great location, shelves are almost always stocked, variety of product. Lines can be really long and in the way. Sometimes they run out of produce (ie bananas). Dont forget to bring a loonie if you're going to be using a shopping cart.

It's a Good Location for Groceries but in the inside it pretty cramped and is hard to move your shopping cart without getting stared at.

Love No frills convenient location. Find it's usually not stocked as much as other No Frills. Like the one down the street on Morningside though. Or rating would be higher.

I wish that there are more choice cuts in their pork meat like in Chinese grocery stores. Like pork belly, ribs. More Asian vegetables.

Good variety of items. Excellent for bread and bagel choices. A bit lacking in the eggs department, as their prices are too high and not enough choices. Walmart's 18-pack extra large eggs are way better and cheaper than No Frills' large eggs. Competitive pricing for most other goods.

Store was very busy when I went in the middle of the day. Parking lot was hectic. Most of the employees are teenagers that don't seem to really care about the store. Products were not faced very well and it was a little difficult navigating around. At least the cashier was nice to me.

Everything is conveniently located throughout the store. You'll find a staff memeber in every other aisle so you can find things quickly and easily. Friendly people. Unlike Walmart they accept Tap! But sadly they don't accept VISA and that's my main credit card. Please add it and I will then always shop here:)

My experience was ok, the store has good enough space not a large selection of fruits or vegetables.but staff very helpful and very friendly.

Very clean, well stocked, everything is easy to find. Produce is fresh, clean and fairly priced.
Only downside is they don't have enough cashiers open so the lines are very long and slow.

It's a clean grocery. I like the fresh produce. Great selection of vegetables especially for the west Indian diaspora. You can find Caribbean sweet potatoes etc It gets busy on weekends.

The good- clean No Frills with lots of helpful staff. The bad- managed to find a few of my regular items more expensive at this No Frill.

Very clean supermarket. Vegetables and meat sections are clean, well stocked and produce is fresh. The prices are affordable and great for those on a budget. It also has a good selection of west indian items. Since moving to the area this no frills has been my go too store.

This No Frills moved from Malvern Mall to its new location across the road which is smaller and the aisles are narrower.

WORST freaking No frills ever. I have never seen such a horrible management team in my entire life. Not only is the store empty, they have rude managers. I have gone a couple times and every time, I've noticed and older lady speaking very rudely to her employees. I work in retail and seeing that disgusted me. When i asked an employee who it was, I was told she was the store manager. UNBELIEVABLE. Being the store manager, obviously you can't run a store and its such a shame they don't know how to speak to their employees. NEVER AGAIN! I rather go far, spend more gas, than shop at this no frills. Gotta learn how to be a nice person first!
