Be super careful to buy final sale things in this store. Their return policy is that final sale items can not be returned nor exchanged even the size doesn’t suit or the color is wrong. And they wrote this on the receipt at the very bottom that it is so easy to be neglected. I bought a hat which was one size for my dad as a gift. It was the final sale. My dad wanted to just exchanged for a different color. He never wore it, and we went back just within 10 days. All tags are there. They refused. Basically, it is just exchange for the color. Tags were all untouched, and velvet worn. We were only told that no refund but weren’t told that no exchange. As common sense, for all other store, final sale can us usually be exchanged with different color or size, and just not refund. Apparently, this brand expect you to read the last sentence on the receipt which is sent by email, final sale no refund or exchanged. Bravo, sorry even customer bought the final sale and size wrong, no exchange.

The store staff were both really great over the weekend when I went shopping. Today, I went to make a return, and the store was closed at 8: 20pm, despite the Google listing noting that it closes at 9pm. The Frank and Oak website says it closes at 7pm. Neither is correct.it apparantly closes at 8pm.

Please get this figured out and correct across the board!

I went in to buy a coat yesterday morning and then went back again in the evening to exchange the color. CF@Don Mills. The store was nice, clean and organized, and each associate was great, really helpful and friendly ladies. Didn't catch their names but great experience and great black Friday sale price. The capital parka was the winter coat I have been looking for. Hella comfy and the men sizes fit me better than the women's (longer arm length, extra sleeve pocket) and it still has the drawstrings to cinch the waist. Love it. Thank you.

I came in to shop earlier and I was helped by a young lady named Fozia. I love my new jersey shirt and the lambswool socks are very warm. Excellent time shopping!

Always a great experience shopping at this location, always lots to do and see at Shops at Don Mills. The store is usually well stocked with sizes. The staff are always very friendly, helpful, and willing to help recommend styles that suit you.

Frank and Oak in general has great seasonal styles that are classic, simple, and stylish. Their outerwear is also very underrated. Winter coats are very warm and good quality.

Staff was friendly upon arrival and engaged me, kept conversation most of the time I was there. Great vibe, great atmosphere.

A brand that I love and support. Frank and Oak has a lot of classics with new, hip yet not overly crazy pieces that are sure to suit everyone. The staff have always been friendly at all the locations but this one was superb as well.

If you're a young professional or a trendy gentleman, this is the place for you!

Interesting concept as to how the brand started and continue to thrive. Basically they originated by shipping you clothing based on your style and size and you return what you don't want (now they have several stores that you can shop and buy traditionally). The store at shops at don mills is a fantastic space inside, parking is pretty hellish with it being so limited for an outdoor mall. First time shopping there and found some of the clothing to be of good quality, others are questionable. Simple and neutral is how I would describe the clothing. Will be back again.

The worst customer service I've encountered in a long time! I bought a blouse at one of their downtown locations during the busy time without trying it on. It turned out to be too big, so I bought it back the next day.to find out that they DONT DO RETURNS.and blamed me telling that I was probably infotmed about it, when nobody mentioned it to me.

It was my First and Last time shopping there.

Don't see any petite sizes. Most styles are blend and plain. Quality is good but lack color and styles.

A good place to get some casual formals, very friendly staff and usually there are less people so it's more convenient. Great collection overall.
