I purchased an item from this store, wanted to return it yet was unable to since the item was final sale. I was not informed of this when buying the item and looked into the fine print of the receipt that said “any item which is priced at $xx. 97 is final sale”

Why does final sale have to be so subtle? I don’t appreciate vendors trying to pull the wool over the eyes of their customers like this.

Really good quality clothing and like the styles too. Glad it's designed in Canada. It is recycled fabric which is really cool. Only downside I felt was that they seem to have distribution problems that filter down to the customer, and bad returns policy. No XL or Large in store for anything. Have to order it online, but final sale items can't be returned, so the customer suffers in the end. They would not allow me to order to the store to try on. I was happy to order 2 sizes of each to the store if I could return the item that don't fit, but they wouldn't allow that. They had tons of stock in their warehouse apparently. From my experience talking with friends, customers are go where the policies are support of them. Having a good return policy, especially when purchasing online can lead to eCommerce success. That was Amazon's road to success.

Miranda helped us out yesterday and she was incredible! Super fun, helpful and attentive which made for a great shopping experience (from someone who hates shopping - this is huge!). Give this gal a raise!:)

It looks like a glorify thrift store, the clothes look and feels cheap, the only good thing they have is the staff, they are really nice at the store, I felt they genuinely wanted to help, but they couldn't.

If you buy online, it doesn't say finale sale, you don't even realize until you want to return and then costumer support tell you, "well all items end in. 97, are final sell ", don't buy anything online. Or at the store.

I'm normally not big on reviews, but I'm leaving this for the staff with the grey hair who went above and beyond in pointing out and resolving a price discrepancy in my online order. I've been a regular online customer for many years and it's the first time i received such exceptional service! You know who you are and deserve a raise. Thank you

Honestly, customer service was amazing here! First time at this location, (I usually browse or make purchases on the online website), and the staff on that day were fabulous! Greeted guests right away as they enter the store, ensure the size of the product I was getting was the right size, very social, and the atmosphere was just comfortable and nice. Shout out to all the amazing girls there! Will definitely be coming back to this location:)
