Frankel-Lambert Park

Cute almost “hidden” park, great for a quick stroll. Has a mini playground for the kids and lots of benches to sit.

Not as much shade as I'd like on sunny days! The playground structure is okay. Unfortunately, it's sand on the ground.

A long park sandwiched between the train tracks and a housing co-op. Not much besides a ping pong table and playground. A green space that is meant for utility over function.

There is a large playground for kids, but no public restrooms. The murals on the walls are beautifully painted.

Replacement level Toronto park. But a great neighborhood meeting place. The heart of Toronto's lunatic villas.

Nice quiet neighborhood park. I have often cut through here on my way to and from my mum's house.

The East end of the park is nice and well tended by the city. Former councillors have poured tens of thousands of dollars into it, however the west end remains neglected. Dead trees with branches routinely falling off, broken retaining wall, paving stones missing, no planting or planters (even though other end teems with both), etc etc.
