I will drive across the city some days to get some breakfast or sandwiches here! Amazing owner and staff - the food is always great!

I love their tastey sandwiches! They're big, delicious, and the price is good for the portion. The owner is also super friendly and eventhough there is always a line, they are quite efficient and fast.

The place is take out only. There are limited seating outside the restaurant.

I go here one a week for lunch. The staff are all very nice. And frank is a good guy and prices are good. An of course the food is great.

Ordered from Frankie's for the first time today - California club and Greek salad.by far the BEST darn sandwich I have ever eaten. Delivery time was quick and I've already raved about this place to my coworkers who smelled my lunch ha ha. I'm definitely ordering from them again.

Catering was arranged in advance, they had everything ready and packaged up ready to go when I walked in. Super friendly staff, Frankie goes out of his way to remember what the regulars order which makes you feel appreciated.

This place is a gem. Fresh meats and bread all the time. Typical 15min wait time and so worth it. I eat here twice a day almost everyday. Very worth the drive 14km away.

We went to Frankie’s when we were around the corner doing First Aid training. It was so good we went back the next day and ever since I’ve been thinking of reasons to stop in! Honestly it’s the best deli I’ve ever been too.

Today was my third visit to Frankie’s Deli, definitely not my last. Every visit is met with friendly and efficient staff. Today I had a question about their Bombay Butter Chicken soup. Not only did they answer the question but they gave me a sample to try. As someone who is a very fussy eater I really appreciated that. I have to say it was so good I ordered a small bowl with their Canadian sandwich. It is easily one of my new fave soups. The portions are so generous that I have enough for two meals.

I highly recommend this deli.

If you want the best sandwich in Ottawa this is the place. It's a small business with a nice service and a great menu. The price and quality of the food are fair and also the portion. They have a day menú which is also good. If you go a cold day and they have soup order one they are very good.

I have not had a bad sandwich from Frankie's. The only thing I don't like is that I have to go all the way to the airport from Kanata to get one of these great sandwiches. Really miss their Bell Corners location. Always friendly staff when I go in to order. Soups are good too. Looking forward to my next visit.

Delicious sandwich, super clean, couple patio tables outside. Service was top notch! Will definitely be back soon.

The grilled crispy chiken wrap was delicious! They even had a large vegeterian menu. They are on skip the dishes too. I'm looking forward to order from here again!

Literally order every Monday for lunch. We are addicted. I am personally addicted to the crispy chicken club and my husband to the california one in all forms, wrap, toast, rye DROOL. I'd attach a photo but my sandwich is almost done. I don't know what they put in their sandwiches but they're literally the most perfect, satisfying bites EVER. SUPPORT THE FRANKIES FAM, FAM. Great little small business that clearly cares about it customers and its quality of food. They refer to regulars on a first name basis and have some of the best deli sandwiches in Ottawa. Highly recommend this place and wish there were more small delis like this one around!

Super casual hole in the wall excellence. If you haven't been, you are missing out. It's my second favourite sandwich shop in Ottawa (first is meat press in hintonburg). Do check out Frankie's! Insider tip. Show up before rush hour so try to be there for 11: 30. The line up can get long especially on nice summer days!
