Frank's No Frills

Clean, decent store, with an ACTUAL BUTCHER COUNTER which is the first time I've seen that in a discount supermarket. Just about everything to do with this store was great until I went to pick up the sale item they had and they were out of stock on the very first day just after it was announced. That really annoyed me. I might come back, but I drove
9km to find the only item I truly wanted was not available. Grrr.

This store is not doing a good job at rotating stock found numerous outdated items. Unless they buck up people will get sick.

Once again, I received excellent customer service from NoFrills PC Express team. A few items weren't available, but it is acceptable as it's the day of the sale. Great

Just visited this No Frills looking for a sale item. Asked a woman stocking shelves if any were available and she said "maybe in the storeroom". I asked if she wouldn't mind checking which seemed to annoy her. She came back and said "there's 13 skids, it will be hours and hours before they get to it" As I left I heard her complain to someone that I asked her to even check. Have shopped at this location before without issue. To get this kind of attitude when looking for something that should be available is not good customer service. Looks like I'll take my business to another No Frills, one that actually values it's customers.

Location was wonderful when first opened. Great selection and great produce. However it has rapidly declined since then.

Nice place to go to 4 daily/weekly groceries. Clean and orderly but a bit expensive compared to hypermarkets such as Wallmart and Costco.

Used to shop here regularly, stopped after they blocked shopping carts from using the self checkout. Also frustrating that there are no cart corrals in the parking lot.

This store is becoming a disappointment. Hard to find the products I want. Sale items are never available day after flyers come out. Do they order limited supplies to generate traffic? This week I wanted to buy cherries only to find an older female customer rummaging through all the cherry bags with her hands picking out all the ones she wanted and depositing them into two other cherry bags. I was discusted and asked one of the male workers about it. He said they could not say anything to her or do anything about it. He could of at least brought it to the managers attention. Funny thing is this same woman a few minutes later asked me to reach above a top shelf to get something! Sorry I don't climb shelves. LOL. Be wary of buying fruit here. You don't know where its been!

Staff are helpful and friendly, good selection of things, competitively priced, store is very clean and well organized

I absolutely love this store! I shop here every week and it is the nicest No Frills I have ever been in. Produce is exceptional quality, there is always an abundance of meat and the store itself is very clean. Cashiers are friendly and Frank is always on hand!

I purchased a cheese product (paneer) from this store on Friday October 15. I went to cook with this item today October 17. Paneer is a product that has a pretty long shelf life, the best before date is usually 4 months out from when it’s made. When I looked at the expiry date on this package it was Sept 2! So the item I bought was about 6 weeks past it’s expiry date. Frank’s No Frills still had it on the shelf and continued to “face” it (bring the package to the front of the shelf so customers picked it first).

How is it possible that this store does not check the expiry dates on this item for over 6 weeks!? How can they possibly try to sell items this far past the expiry!? This is not the first time I’ve had expiry date issues at this store.

WARNING - check all expiry dates when you buy things at this store because they obviously don’t check themselves.

Do better Frank’s No Frills!

A clean, well organized store with very friendly and helpful staff. A great selection of products with great prices!

No Frills typically has good deals. This location is clean and well organized. Found what I was looking for and a few extras.

We have a baby seat, and wanted to put car seat in the cart, didnt had a loonie.so we we went to Food Basics and they lost my grocery business.

I went today to get used to how the store is laid out as I will now shop there instead of Walmart. Staff were nice. Store is clean. Nice experience.

I find all that I need in just one place, everything is fresh, a lot to choose from and most important.big parking spaces

Very nice clean store. Prices are reasonable and the produce is fresh. Cashier was very nice. They need to put prices on the food that they have in the middle of the store.

Clean store. Lots of variety. They also accommodate online orders, but do not have preferred parking for those customers.

Happy to rate this store an overall five-star. A personal suggestion: to your Country Harvest bagel order, please consider adding cinnamon and raisin variety. (I'm aware they're there in Old Mill, but CH a much better quality IMO.) Thanks!

My first time In the new store and I am quite impressed. The store is clean and spacious and I like the fact that it has aloe vera plants sold there. I hope it remains that way and I'm look forward in checking out there natural foods selections

Prices are great. Great customer service. All lanes are opened. Fresh fish area is available which was so clean.aisles are big and clean.fruit and veggies were fresh. Excellent prices on kids snacks and cookies

I love to shop at this new location. It carries everything that you need for making a simple to a gourmet meal. It also offers fresh fishes. Lots of weekly specials to cut down on your food bill.

The produce was so fresh & delicious. It was easy to find products in the aisles. Staff new where to find items & friendly. I will definitely be going back eventhough it's out of my way.

Nice and clean some of the prices were a little expensive but it all depends on where you shop thank you

This is a brand new store. It is the largest No Frills store I've ever seen. It has everything you could want or need. It's just like a Fortino's store but with tons more generic products. It has a Bakery Dept.and a Butcher's section. Prices were reasonable as well. I was only picking up a few items, and wanted to see what the store was like inside as I have watched it's progress in the building stage. I like it a lot. Well worth the trip.

Fantastic selection, love the fact that there is a Butcher counter. Good prices and clean.no deli or hot plate counter.

The nicest, cleanest no frills I've ever shopped at. Great selection of products at rock bottom prices. It's become my go-to grocery store for my everyday needs. Great meat and fish counter. Vegi's are fresh. Be aware however that shopping carts can only be returned in-store (no parking lot return) - this was an issue when bringing infants shopping with me as returning the cart was awkward with a child in hand.

Beautiful location and well kept new store.could use a new design for the parking lot.its incredibly hard to park or manoeuvre.

This is a new location that recently opened. It's a good location with sufficient parking lot. There are going to be more stores opening in the same plaza. A pizza store ooened already next to it. This store is big enough. You can get all types of groceries, produce, fruits and vegetables. The price at no frills is always reasonable and affordable. They do offer the price match as well.

It's a new store.so it's clean and organized.hopefully it stays that way.they need to get rid of those loonie buggies.we're shopping there so using the buggies should be free not putting a loonie deposit

An item was out on the shelf and we asked an Associate if there was any in the back and the Associate went to the back immediately and came out with the product we were inquiring about. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Maybe it's because it's brand new, but this is by far the nicest, cleanest, most enjoyable No Frills I've ever been in! The staff are very helpful and friendly. I believe they are listening to what the customers are looking for in the area and adjusting their selection accordingly. I hope the get the Blue Menu Falafels in!

Great new No Frills! Every time I go there they have everything in stock even the sale items! Very clean, big asiles and great staff!

This new Nofrills is awesome! Very well organized and clean. There are also a number of new products that I have never seen in a Nofrills before. Lots of easy ready to cook meats and sides. Great for quick dinners. The only thing I didn't like was that the carts at this location required a loonie to use.and then when you want to return the cart there are no cart return spots in the parking lot.you have to go all the way back into the store to take it back so you can get your dollar back. Pretty annoying. Hopefully they will add some cart returns to the parking area. Other then that it's a great store with friendly staff.especially the manager.he's a great guy and is always willing to help. We will definitely be going back here to shop.

We've been to ALL greater Hamilton "NO FRILLS" and Frank's is the best yet. Not just cause is new, clean and well stocked but because.
Get ready for this!
They have a * Fish Monger and a Butcher/deli *.
The rest should be thinking about upgrades!

The Staff was very Helpful, Friendly & all had Smiles. Service was Excellent! The Store itself was Clean, tidy, the produce & other item's were nicely Displayed.
