Had a great lunch today brought our friends from Toronto for their 1st time and the throughly enjoyed their meals and the unique atmosphere. They said they would definitely be returning

Excellent spot for breakfast. Service was amazing, food was delicious and the coffee didn't run out! I will be back for sure.

A really nice spot on the road linking a few parts of Wellington county, with great cozy atmosphere, amazing food that’s only shadowed by the even more amazing and super friendly service. All the bread is baked in house. And I mean ALL. Eggs are farm fresh, ingredients are top notch so everything taste like a piece of heaven. And their bakery is on a whole other level. Been there for breakfast, brunch and lunch and it’s always a great experience.

Without a doubt, the food here was top notch. I however will not be returning. The service people are amazing, it’s just too bad that someone has to ruin my breakfast because of the way are treating others, especially when that person was clearly a manager or owner (position of power over staff). She was yelling at staff in the dining room and in front of the customers. I am all for support local, but that’s really difficult to do that when you see that kind of treatment of others around them.

Stopped at the middle of the highway to try out Frannie's icecream. Just had double scoop ice cream in a cup. One was the moose tracks and another was spraline and cream. I liked the Spraline and cream the most. Their portions are very huge. Also the atmosphere was very good as seating was on outside with flowers all around.
Definitely a good place to beat the summer heat and have good ice creams. Loved it.

Our entire family went in hours after a death in the family. We had been at my grabdmothers bedside for just over 3 days and once she passed, in her honor we all went out for a nice breakfast. My cousin suggested Frannie's and are we ever glad he did. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were absolutely amazing. I had to step away to take a call about arrangements and they took my plate to keep it warm for me until I got back. We also purchased some baking to take with us and it was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Honestly, I don’t think you can find a better restaurant with wonderful service, amazing atmosphere and wonderful food! Family owned, you can always see the efforts put forth to make everyone’s experience positive. We go here regularly, and every experience has been great!

A great little place to stop before heading to the airport. Patio was very nice, and the service was great.

The patio ambiance was absolutely fantastic, with a delightful atmosphere filled with colorful flowers. It created a visually appealing and vibrant setting. However, I must admit that I found the food to be somewhat disappointing.

We had a group and they accomodated us on the patio. The food and the service were exceptional!

Everything was great, the food, the service, the staff.

Only one gripe, the fries were way overcooked, fries aren't supposed to be hard even in the middle. I'm thinking they were blanched too long and or cooked too long after the blanching.

Aside from that it was a great experience.

I absolutely love this place. It's like coming home for dinner. Frannie and her staff are top-notch. They're always welcoming, and the food is amazing.

Customer service is amazing! I like to get Fran’s frozen lasagnas for my elderly parents and didn’t realize they only carry them during the winter. Fran interrupted her own dinner just to put it together for me! Her lasagna is the best I’ve ever tasted! Next time I’m grabbing a pie too, they look delicious!

Good food, good service. I almost missed this place as it is on hwy 7 but was attracted to the abundance of beautiful hanging baskets and flower containers. My Philly Steak was tasty and my daughter enjoyed her Reuben sandwich. Suggest you check out the baked goods before you leave. Yummy! I bought cheesecake and pecan tarts. There is an ice cream stand on site. Indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of parking.

Absolutely love this place. Food is best quality and delucious. The service is unbeatable. The baked goods are outstanding. This is a must visit.

Average to poor experience. We tried to come in last weekend but there was quite a wait to be seated so we went to our usual place instead. I wish we had done the same this weekend. This time we were doing some shopping at the nearby plant nursery and I really wanted to try the bakery so we decided to stay. We were seated outside as there was a large group taking up the entire indoor section. The patio was nice enough with its flowers and set up although the loud country music was a bit "blah". Given the location, there isn't much that can be done about the noise from the nearby highway but the smell of the flowers in the hanging baskets was lovely. Now, the food.you are given 3 meat options with the classic eggs. Bacon, ham, or farmers sausage. The farmers sausage is the type of sausage you would serve on a bun- not links or a patty and it is incredibly DRY. The home fries were cold, gluey, unseasoned mush. The beans were flat out cold, and the toast was chewy and rubbery. My partner had the sandwich on their homemade bread which really is not designed or sliced to be sandwich bread. My eggs weren't seasoned at all and although I ordered over-easy, these were VERY easy, cold, and basically sunny side up- so I basically ended up eating slimy hot sauce on cold toast. Our food took twice as long as any other breakfast place we frequent but we didn't complain because we knew about the large group. Our food was just so tasteless it really wasn't worth the price or the wait. Our server didn't do a "spot check" for us to let them know and even so, hot flavourless food wouldn't have been much better than cold so we ate, made a bakery purchase and left. The server was friendly but probably stretched a bit thin. We could have eaten closer to home, for much cheaper, and received much better food. The butter tarts and pie we purchased were all very wet and soggy. Definitely not something I would go out of my way to spend the extra money for. Overall, very disappointing for a $50 bill.

Delicious eggs Benedict, very friendly staff, comfortable under the tent even on this humid day.

Great place for breakfast. Reasonable pricing, great food. Great atmosphere, lots of flowers around and stop over and grab an icecream.

This country location is located only minutes from Guelph and Kitchener and along with the superb food and friendly service is a large offering of home cooked pastries, pies and other delectable items for eat in or take out.
The breakfast is hard to beat and the highlight to me is the delishous summer sausage and real home fries.
Huge patio for warm weather dining!

I love coming here on a summer day and enjoying the patio. Food is great, the staff is awesome. Buy a pie while you're here ;)
