The interest rate was higher than other dealerships on used cars otherwise everything was good

Had an issue with my car and could have been stranded at work. So I diagnosed it and called the parts department right away, luckily for me they had the part on the shelf. Now being near the end of the day their delivery person was about to leave for the day. The parts guys asked if he could run this part over to me and he said sure no problem! Getting me out a jam I really appreciated it. I can’t say enough about the customer service today.

Thank you so much for getting me out of a jam tonight. I was able to get back home in time for dinner. Couldn’t have done that if it wasn’t for the parts department and a very kind driver who was about leave for the day but made one last run for me!

Had horrific dealing with East Court Ford Lincoln 2017 new truck purchase and tried again 4 months ago again.if your a contractors looking for a ford Truck run to Fraser Ford Oshawa for a relationship you expect when you spend tons of money on a new vehicle.

Bought my Ford Edge there. Had to call and leave messages "4" days in a row before I was able to speak to anyone on the 5th day. When you're buying, the customer service is great. The aftercare is horrible! Very disappointed!

Smaller Dealership with great sales and service. Come by and see Derrick! He is great and can help you get into a new car. Fraser specializes in performance upgrades so lots of nice vehicles in the showroom. Picked up our new Bronco. Great experience and thrilled to drive it. Picked up our Mache this week and are thrilled!

Disappointing experience with the service department. Booked a standard service appointment weeks in advance only to arrive and be told they are too busy to get the vehicle in.

No one in the service department seemed to care.

Very friendly team here in every department.

Great Service Manger Kim and Shop Foreman, we have our F150 in for Power Running Board issue. We don't care so much for the Service Advisor, he always seems very defensive when talking with him.

Rude customer service experience when we went last week to look for a cargo van. We were attended by an elderly sales person. He was very rude.

Very Unprofessional. I booked a service appointment for my vehicle 2 weeks in advance. I showed up on the date and was told they could not get to it that day. I asked, if I left it, when would I get it back? They said maybe we can look at it tomorrow. I then asked why was it necessary to make an appointment if they just checked in vehicles and serviced them when they fit in their schedule. I was told that's how it is. Have never had this experience at a dealership before. But I've also never owned a Ford before either.

Pre-owned especially Joey gives you amazing service. They email you all the time to come in and then when you reach out to them, they tell you that you have an appointment in 7 min. You reach back out that its too short notice and they then don't respond.

Rated 5/5 for being unprofessional, can't beat them emailing you and then not responding.
