So grateful to Dr. Clara Bureau for allowing me to walk-in 5 minutes after opening without an appointment with my cat who had become ill overnight. This was an overwhelming relief since my little guy was having some obvious discomfort and needed treatment quickly. He is now on the mend. Thank you/Merci beaucoup for caring for and treating Mushy Peas. =^. ^=

I have had very good experiences here. I have a very angry cat, and they were able to keep her calm during her shots and microchipping. I was surprised at how well they were able to work with her.

Last year, they were able to accommodate me with a late appointment for an emergency surgery, which was greatly appreciated.

Reasonably priced and no nonsense. I highly recommend this vet.

I bring both of cats to Dr. Bureau and team and am very happy with the care that they provide. I appreciate the “no nonsense” approach to the care of my cats and would highly recommend this clinic.

Umm so far I'm on the fence, I'm sure Dr.bureau has alot in her plate right now, how ever she didn't really take the time to get to know me or my puppy.it was just rush rush take it and go lol.didn't even listen to my pups heart or lungs, but again I'm sure she's really busy and could tell that my baby was in good health, and did notice an allergy problem and treated it. I look forward to getting to know her better as Dr.fraser was a great doctor and really helped me through some horrible times, sad he's gone and hope Dr.bureau and I get to the same place

Easy appointment and true opinion on my dog symptoms.

They always take wonderful care of my kitties. My cat Caramel needed stitches recently and the vets were very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm very thankful to have them so close by!

The new location is very clean and much brighter than the old one.

We've only gone once, and while it is true others may have had a better experience, we just felt that there wasn't a lot of communication from the vet. She hadn't really addressed our questions and concerns, but rather seemed to expect us to accept her answer and buy expensive prescription food without really explaining why. We found their COVID-19 policy was more minimal, and seemed to brush us off when we expressed concern about exposure. Also kinda made a comment because we'd gone to a different clinic before her? We wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, but it turned us off enough to go to another clinic despite it being further away.

Dr. Bureau and her team were wonderful. They helped bring my 16 year old cat back to good health. They were extremely responsive via email and phone. I am very appreciative for their services and kindness.

Their new location is also bright, clean, and modern. With an open exam room right at the front so you can socially distance well within the space.

If we could rate Dr Bureau higher than 5 stars we would! This clinic cares so much about fur babies. Dr Bureau is the type of person that clearly became a vet for the love of animals. She is compassionate yet also thorough in each visit.we did live right across the street from her clinic but have since moved almost 50 km away and we will continue to travel to her for our kitty Parker's care. She and Dom are great with animals and humans alike. Sometimes we as humans get more worked up about our babies and Dr Bureau and Dom step in to counsel! Cant possibly write enough good things about this clinic. The newer location they moved to, (basically across the street from the original clinic location) is a beautiful space! If you are looking for a vet you will be happy beyond words if you bring your baby here!

Why do you have to move to a place with that many stairs Thank you for your care towards my boy. I'm physically disabled and I can do 6 steps up max not your be 14. Can't just let him go up to the doctor alone. I'm his momma and he is terrified of the doctor lol (finger in butt and or leaving him alone in a foreign place) We have found a new GP for both boys in a more accessible location even though much farther down Bloor near Christie station.

I am posting to raise awareness about inclusivity of those who are young and disabled (me with a walker), elderly and/or limited by thiñgs such as stairs. For me your move wasn't a good choice in regards to accessibility and for many or us who have the above mentioned limitations called every day life then we should be able to include all customers everyday. Not mad just frustrated.

I started taking my savages to FMAH when we arrived in Toronto, a bit more than 12 years ago. John was truly kind when one of them became really ill. Sadly, John's no longer with us. The new owner of the practice - Dr Bureau - Clara - if you prefer - brings a level of compassion and expertise to the practice that very few can equal. Vets are all special people; Clara is a very special vet.

Fantastic vet who’s been treating our cats for years. Knowledgeable and pleasant staff and fair prices. Definitely a recommend for pet owners in Etobicoke!

Dr Bureau is great. She's cared for my dog & cat for years, and she's always been really responsive, gentle & careful. She also understands my financial limitations and is very kind about helping to keep costs under control. E.g. My cat was itchy. She said it was probably a food allergy and suggested we buy a bag of hypoallergenic food to see if that helped, as a cheaper alternative to testing. Problem solved. I recommend her & her staff without reservation.

Not impressed with the new set up - would have expected a renovated space that was better than the previous crumbling one. Instead it looked only partially complete. Didn't have a great interaction with the vet either. Sorry, but would recommend avoiding this clinic.

"I went to this clinic to vaccinate my dog for his annual shots. The vet received me very quickly, was quite friendly and managed to do the vaccines extremely fast with my dog not feeling a single thing. Everything was executed to perfection.

EDIT: I wrote a scathing review about this place but after second thought, I can't not give them a second chance. Long story short, I left without even seeing the vet. This place no longer exists to me but maybe others might have a better experience.

I hope your people step up the customer service and treat people nicely.

Our cat was not feeling well and having issues urinating, so we took him to see Dr. Clara Bureau. Within a few minutes of being in the office, she was able to diagnose the problems. Dr. Bureau kept him overnight to give him fluids and to monitor his symptoms, and we took him home the next day with a few medications. After a few days, Watson was back to his usual self. Dr. Bureau even called to make sure he was doing well - we really appreciated that.

Dr. Bureau was wonderful in explaining everything and she gave us recommendations on how to avoid future problems. All of her services were priced reasonably, especially for the quality of care Watson received. We highly recommend Dr. Bureau!
