We pre-ordered for New Year's Eve and there was a bit of a mix up with our delivery. I called and they made immediatelymade it right. The food came on time, was hot and delicious! Excellent food and customer service! Thank you!

Great place bear pizza in town. That stuttering drug dealer working there commited wire fraud to steal 500 from me. I was the girl beside laird. When i used to order.

My last couple visits I opted for pasta dishes, so it had been a little while since I had a pizza in the restaurant and it is still excellent. A solid crust without feeling too heavy or crunchy. Toppings with lots of flavor and a good size for the price. I gotta get back to Fratelli's to try more of their pizza options.

It was our first time visiting the restaurant. The food was great and the atmosphere was amazing. We really liked the restaurant and a pinch of salt on our pasta would have been great other than that it was a wonderful experience.

Fratellis is a good place to eat lunch and dinner. The Philly steak sandwich is delicious and with a house salad made my meal complete. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

A nice family restaurant with a few good options for food. The pizzas are great but the pasta, not so much.

Have dinned in as well as ordering take-out many times. A number of thier dishes were delicious and cooked well.

Great family dining place. We had a salad and pasta dish. It tasted very authentic and freshly prepared.like something your Italian nonna would make.

Have always had amazing food from here when visiting the Sault. Tonight, however, was not great. Pizza had very little sauce, toppings were bland and also bits of other not ordered toppings (mushrooms, some olive) also made its way on. Very disappointed.

They have some of the better pizza offered in the Sault.

The BBQ Bacon and Chicken one is where it's at. Nice to have a different option than the standard pep and cheese.

The wings are also good. They are large and not overly sauced. You actually feel like you're getting what you paid for.

We were directed here since Giovanni was full. The restaurant was half full and we were oddly welcomed by the frozen food near the entrance. There were a couple of waitresses but they seemed super busy on a Saturday evening however they were friendly and helpful. Our food came in quick and the fried ravioli was crunchy and tasty. The clam chowder was a bit too watery for my taste but seemed okay. The pizza felt fresh and the chicken was well cooked. Definite recommend.

The restaurant was so cold, we had asked if they could turn the air off. The response was "I have no control of the air my friend ". It was so cold that we didn't enjoy our meal.
The prices are a little high but not to bad.

We rolled into town late the night before a wedding and the bride recommended the Perogie pizza, and damn it did not disappoint. Fab crust, great flavour and the bacon was so flavourful it tasted like it was injected with bacon. We dipped the crust in some marinara sauce to experience the full joy. The house made cesear salad and cannoli were also excellent. Clearly if you’re reading this you should stop reading and start eating here.

Pizza was great as usual, waitress was a little abrupt for the 1st part and seem to be wanting to rush us. She lightened up somewhat at the end but she Definitely needs some training on customer service for sure. The the place was very busy which was good to see and everyone seemed to be enjoying their meal.

We picked this restaurant after reading the review. The restaurant indeed was a good pick. We ordered a Prosciuttto Crudo pizza, heard it was very popular.it was very delicious. We also ordered two pastas, Seafood Pomodoro and Spaghetti Alla Carbonara. They both were very tasty. The service was good. The server was very pleasant. We really enjoyed the dinner there, We recommend this restaurnat if you are in town.

Update: The food is always amazing. I personally love their pizza dough and can not recommend it enough! They are friendly and helpful. They are an amazing part of the community who did so much during the pandemic. Still no photos from me because I never am patient enough to wait and snap one before diving in. You will understand what I mean after the first bite. Personally recommend extra large whole wheat crust bruschetta pizza with pesto sauce and chicken, nice and refreshing for summer!

Picked up a large order right at supper time. Staff were well organized and friendly and seem to have a good rapport. Great food, everything was delicious.

This is the go-to for family dinners when going out. You're not getting anything mind-blowing when you're here, but it's always done well and there's never a thing wrong with an order here. Also probably one of the best pizzas in town as well.

The food is DELICIOUS and has a homemade feel. The two times we've eaten here, the employees have been very helpful and friendly. A new favourite spot.

Every restaurant in this city is terrible at consistency. I have eaten here multiple times before and can never tell where it came from since it’s never the same. This time I ordered the nachos. Haven’t had many places that can mess those up but yet I get stale/ soggy chips, dry tasteless chicken and cold cheese. Oddly there was shredded lettuce on top and a tortilla wrap underneath. A little odd but thought I’d try it. Unfortunately it wasn’t good I couldn't even stomach to eat just the chicken. Was a good size portion for $19 but not worth the taste.

My only regret is not ordering from here sooner! Some seriously awesome pizza. Lots of flavour, lots of toppings! So dang diggity delicious.

After two other orders of wings that were barely sauced, this is the last time we order. We even asked for the wings to be well sauced and tipped. Never again.

Traveling on business. Delicious thin crust pizza! Will return. My only suggestion is add more toppings like meatball or chicken.

Horrible soggy food. Pizza is slop and soggy. This place has gone so far down hill. I will never order from here again. Do yourself a favour and buy a frozen pizza from the supermarket. It will taste better.

I love to go to Fratelli's instead of fast food joints when I don't want to cook after work. Their hot wings and their penne are awesome. Not to mention, their prices are reasonable and their service is friendly.

Hands down the BEST pizza I ever had! If you want real Italian pizza you need to go to Fratelli's. The dough is thin but not too thin and chewy/crispy exactly as it should be. Toppings are fresh and they are generous with them. Service was outstanding as well! Only problem is I don't live here so extremely sad I'll be missing out on this awesome restaurant.

My go-to Italian place, in a city full of them, whenever I visit the Sault! The meatball sandwich is my fav. Order ahead online and drive-up pickup worked smoothly.

First time we've ordered from Fratellis, ordered takeout yesterday, I had the spagetti and meatballs, delicious, and my wife, who is celiac, had the gluten free penne with stir fried vegetables and grilled chicken, which she says is one of the best meals she's ever had, complements to the chef! Due to the covid lockdown, the system they had in place for takeout, was pull up with your vehicle, friendly staff came out and took your name, was done very well. We will definitely return!

I don't know how to start. The food here is tooooo good. The homemade ravioli here is just fantastic, pizza was scrumptious and the other selections of pasta were really good as well. Waited no more than 20 minutes for my food. Polite service and also very clean and they keep good physical distancing in the restaurant between the tables.

Food was excellent however they gave me takeout with no cutlery. So maybe make sure you ask for cutlery if you need it.

I am only reviewing their pizza, and what I experienced. The rest of the food might actually be decent or really good- and looking at the amount of reviews praising the rest of the good at Fratelli's I have to say giving this place a one star for just the pizza would be in bad taste.

So the pizza. I don't know if it was just an off day, or something but the pizza I got was barely edible- really crunchy, cheap sauce, bland cheese. Honestly it was like someone bought a cheap frozen pizza from No Frills and then just served it.

It wasn't the worst thing in the world. But it was absolutely not what I expected from such a well reviewed restaurant. Granted this experience was a few months ago.

We ordered a medium sized pizza the size was good but the toppings were skimpy and the taste was nothing special.

Poor covid procedures. Watched our server collect dirty dishes and then immediately roll cutlery, there times! Food was good though.

Everything was excellent. From waiting time to taste of food. Quick response. And one of the best Italian restaurant in town.

The pizza is really really good but only half of the time. It's a hit or miss, consistency would be nice. The owner is super friendly and such a good person, I think the place would fall apart if he wasn't there.

Delicious food as always. I had a philly cheesesteak sandwich for lunch and the bread was fresh and soft and the beef was tender and flavourful.

This was recommended to us by the people at the KOA. While it appeared to be a pizza place, they had much more with a variety of food. The wait was about 45 minutes but gave us an opportunity to watch as the food came out. We saw some very good looking food being served. I had the fish special which I thought was rather expensive but it sure was good. We also tried the poutine which we really liked. Would recommend this place highly. Our service was very good as well.

This is my go to place for lunch and dinner the food is amazing, friendly and effecient staff. My favorite is the gnocchi. They also give back to our community when ever needed. They had a donation can out for our Superhero Kayge Fowler that raised quite a bit of funds for the Fowler family

Good food. Place needs a little revamping but it's all about the food. Weekends can be a bit busy so may have to wait a little.

Fratelli's Kitche is an outstanding place for lunch or dinner. We have been there for lunch several times. There are many sandwich and meal choices. They also have delicious pizza. Eat outside if the weather permits. It is a casual atmosphere both inside and out. The staff is friendly. Great spot!

The wait in a Saturday night is well with it. Their pizza is the best we had since leaving Montreal in 79.

They have excellent customer service and quick to fix any issue a customer has. I ordered the whitefish special and although the fish itself wasn't to my liking the beer batter on the fish was excellent. They where very kind and understanding and gave me an order of the chicken strips which where perfect. The salads were very good as well. So I highly recommend this restaurant.

If you happen to be travelling through Soo Saint Marie you have to definitely check out this place. The food is fabulous tasty nice portions the stopper friendly it's clean and old did I tell you the food is great.

Had a wonderful meal here at the bar. Jenna was my server and she treated me like a king and gave an excellent recommendation. I needed comfort food and that's what I got. Baked tortellini and 2 meatballs on the side. Dynamite. I can see why this is a Soo fave. Thanks Jenna! My favourite pizza place in the Soo! The only place in town with vegan cheese as an option. They also offer gluten free crust.

I had the meat baked lasagna, very little meat an cheese, sauce poured on top none in between the noodles, asked for my bread to be made into garlic bread with cheese, came out as garlic bread, sent it back, by the time I finished eating my lasagna it wasn't back, got up to leave it arrived, was offered more coffee it never came, an I left still hungry, waitress was nice an kind but that's all that this place had going for it. Heard another table talking to the waitress about one person's salad had cheese an he ordered it with out cause he's allergic to dairy products.

The pizza was out standing. So delicious and great pricing for the amount you get. The ladies in the front were very friendly as well
