Fratellis Salon is incredible! My mom, husband, brother, and I have been seeing Danilo for years for hairstyling, cutting, and colouring, and we're so happy. This weekend, my bridal party and I had our hair done by the staff at Fratellis Salon, and we were all so happy with our hair. Nice place and friendly staff. Although it is a busy hair salon but I got my haircut on time with the owner Marco. I think I found my favorite barbershop in the area.

First time at this salon. Danilo took the time to talk to me and asked what I didn't like about my current hair. What a unique approach which led to a recommendation that I agreed with. Salon is friendly, you get a nice feeling from the atmosphere. No pretentions here. Wonderful experience, delighted with hair.

The staff is extremely professional and friendly and is always a pleasure to go in for a haircut as it’s an extremely warm and welcoming salon.

Cristina V.is an extraordinary stylist and has given me the best service that I've never experienced elsewhere, she is super friendly and professional with such a creative eye when it comes to hair styling as she gave me a haircut that I’ve never had before and I ended up loving when she was finished, Also gave me very good tips and recommendations on products I should use to maintain and keep my hair looking great and healthy for a long time!
I would 100% recommend getting a spot with her as she's an A1 stylist and clearly goes above and beyond to have her clients experience be a positive one along with all the other stylists in the salon.

Took my 6 year old son to get his haircut here for the first time and I have to say, it was a great experience for him and myself. I think Luca was the person who cut his hair and he was great with my boy. Reason for the 4 stars is that they didn't ask us at the end if we want the back lined, tapered off or anything and my wife was upset about what they decided to do. Otherwise, great experience.

I always come out of this Fratellis Salon looking and feeling great! Laura is my expert stylist who knows her stuff for sure: always on point with technique in colouring, cutting and styling. I have also had the pleasure of having Christina style my hair with great results. Booking appointments are easy with Pat (front-of-the-house), she is always friendly and accommodating. The owners are also stylists working in the salon everyday, they know all the clients and always make me feel welcome.

I had highlights recently and it went very dull and boring. I asked them to fix it. I paid for the service $300. The representative Pat left me a message on the phone that my highlights look good (I emailed them a picture).

I have to apologize. After few washes the color became wonderful! Probably it was issue with toner.
And the hair cut is great. Everybody likes it.

I've never had a haircut that I liked until I went to Fratellis. Every barber always told me what I wanted was impossible. At Fratellis they told me it was no problem, and I've been a better looking person ever since.

Danilo is a really great guy, very friendly and real. He's also very good with hair.

They are very professional particularly in this pandemic time. The owner spoke with me at length about the protocol he has in place to make his salon safe. I am a health care practitioner and I am satisfied with all the measures they take.
In addition I got a fantastic haircut and colour there from very courteous stylists.

I'm new to the Thornhill area and needed a much needed haircut after COVID closed my previous salon of 5 years and not cutting my length for 8months.
I'm quite picky when it comes to services and had high expectations. Fratellis Salon did not disappoint.

Having moved from Downtown Toronto where base prices are higher, I was pleasantly surprised with services between all levels of the Stylist team.
From the initial greet to the personable conversations to the final payment and pleasantries, the whole experience was amazing.

Danilo did an amazing job understanding my personality and playing that into the cut and style. He listened. Something so simple yet so important, Danilo was attentive and responsive every step of the way and I'm so glad I Fratellis a visit. This will be m place and I recommend it to anyone who's on the fence.

I booked two haircut appointments for last Sunday with Marco & Cristina V.for my daughter and myself. Upon arriving, I called the number posted on the door to let them know we were there. No just walking into the salon during a pandemic; great to see they're keeping that under control!

As soon as you step inside, you're greeted, sanitize your hands and have your temperature taken before proceeding. After the hair wash, which feels great, you're guided to your seat (everyone is seated at a good distance from each other.)

Both Marco and Cristina did an excellent job, were friendly, professional and made sure everything was clean before and afterward. We're both very happy with our hair cuts.

Fratellis Salon is clean, bright and buzzing with people and great music (alternative rock at the time.) There's more than enough space to implement safe distancing properly, barriers are set-up at the wash stations, everyone is wearing a mask, and areas are sanitized before and after use. You should feel comfortable here.

This salon has become our new place to get our hair done, and we both can't wait to be back in a few months!

I have needed a new hairdresser as mine moved to England. I had not had my hair done in a very long time. My hair was in terrible shape. Marco at Fratelli's was recommended by a friend. I went and felt comfortable right away. Their Covid protocols are fantastic. I felt completely safe. The staff is exceptionally nice. But the best part I must say is what Marco did with my hair. Firstly it's the best haircut I have ever had. I wanted a change as I've recently lost weight. Marco listened and did his magic. My hair never looked better. My husband loves it too. Even my 16 year old son commented on how great it looks. I will be going to Marco for all my hair requirements from now on.

First time getting my haircut at Fratellis Salon and it was great. Marco cut my hair and did a fantastic job. A very warm and welcoming environment. All the staff were super friendly and professional. I will definitely be back. They also did a great job with all of the COVID health and safety regulations - took my temperature, checked to make sure I haven't been experiencing any symptoms, made sure all surfaces were disinfected, everyone was wearing their masks, etc. Extremely clean.

They did worst highlights I have ever had in my life! Charged me money for highlights service but they just bleached my hair.looks awful. I will never go to this place

I tried this salon for the first time today couldn't have been happier. The COVID protocols in place far exceed industry standards and it is very clear they value the health and safety of everyone. Cristina cut my hair and did an absolutely wonderful job. I will definitely be returning!

What an amazing experience during Covid-19 at Fratelli's! Waited 4 month to see my superb hair technician Chandra! My hair looks amazing! Drove down from Richmond Hill to escape all the fade shops. Never have I received a better haircut - and I’m not exaggerating. My hair is very thick, dry and wavy; Saverio did an excellent job taming the untameable!

Let me say this: I am extremely particular about who cuts my hair and trims my beard. I take a lot of pride it and I need to look good. Munny is by far one of the most talented barbers I've had the pleasure of knowing. She's personable, professional, highly skilled and a genuine pleasure to be around.
