Fredericks Furniture Gallery

This was the first time we visited Fredericks. We found the selection of furniture stellar. They aren't kidding when they say fine furniture.
We had looked in other furniture stores but none could compare to Fredericks. Their selection is very high quality and price competitive for high quality furniture. The service we received was also top notch, friendly, helpful and unlike other places we were not trailed and hounded to buy things we were not really keen on. We were left to browse and they would provide guidance when we required it. We told them we needed to make a choice so we'd go off to lunch and decide. We did, we telephoned them advising them of you decision on what we were buying and we went back to the store and completed our purchase. Although their delivery can take weeks we explained that we had a guest arriving from Brazil and could they deliver on or before that date which is Sept 23. They went out of their way to ensure that we would receive our items within the next week or 2.
We recommend this store without reservations to anyone looking for top quality furniture.

Not impressed. 4k for a sectional. Was delivered and wrong orientation. We lived with it disappointed but that what it is. Sofa is wearing everywhere in 2 years. Looks old. All cushions are wearing (even with fluffing pillows) and rear of sofa fabric is falling away from frame. Frederick's is no help whatsoever. Woman on phone its your problem was attitude I got not helpful at all. Won't walk in their door again.

Our new sofa was delivered last week. It looks lovely and has enhanced our family room. The delivery personnel were the nicest we have ever had come to the house. Thanks to Gary and his interior design/decorating experience, the choice was made so much easier.

Our custom couch came sooner than expected and it is beautiful! The delivery team was excellent! Very happy with the service and product.

Really good selection, the one sales staff member was just a bit too in your face.didn't give me a moment to look around, just kept guiding me to certain furniture without letting me glance around. I am too nice to just tell them to back off and let me breath and look around a bit. Nice person.just a but pushy.

Fantastic place to decorate your home the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly, great sales and very high end nice furniture. Forever furniture not the kind that falls apart after a few years.

We gave a deposit before we finalized furniture order. The salesperson ordered some of the pieces in the wrong colours as they did not review order first. We lost both the deposit and the furniture due to break down in communication from the store. The store owner refused to hear our concerns. See Better Business Bureau if you want the full story. Avoid this business.

Went to Lens Mills which is just behind Frederick's Furniture. Got everything that I needed.
