Had bad experience at this location. The representative was not helpful at all and was unwilling to resolve my issue regarding the bill payment. I asked for other options and he denied to give any solutions. He simply replied for every enquiry that he wasn’t able to do anything. I was very disappointed and wasn’t satisfied with their customer service. They should listen the customer’s problems and should give appropriate service to resolve the issue in time.
At my last visit, the other guy said the different thing for the same problem and today, this guy is saying totally different thing. If you can’t solve the customer’s problems then why have you opened this “service centre”?
I wanted to give 0 star for their service.

It was generally a great experience as my questions were well addressed. I do however, have issues with the $50 deposit required before setting up my SIM because I don't have a credit history yet and I really look forward to getting my money back as they promised.

The owner off the start was rude and had bad attitude.he didn’t show us the phones for different options and didn’t let us speak when we wanted.we ended up not getting what we wanted and he ended up saying negative things about me and the people i came with.

The employees at this location are very friendly and welcoming i definitely recommend heading to this location:)

Yesterday I lost my cellphone number because the guy that attended me at store gave me wrong directions. Now I can't recover my number and it's a big mistake for me.

Worst experience ever with anshu and other employees. Don't understand the customer's queries and give us costly plans. Do not recommend to anyone. Bad customer service ever.

The guy I met at Albion mall location in Toronto on Feb. 18 2022 was super. Very experienced and respectful.

Very helpful polite both gentlemen, only thing was I was never told about a connection fee which the customer should be told but they agreed and will refund me the fee. Thank you I will send clients to the Albion mall location

My overall experience was good. They answered all my queries very politely. I'm happy with the service.

The staff member was extremely accommodating, he was more than happy to help and answer all my questions even though I went to the store 15 minutes prior to closing. Good customer service. Highly recommended location.

There was three guys in the counter when I walked in and all three of them was busy dealing with a lady only. Had to wait 5-10 minute before getting any help. Don't listen these people working here. They will just try to sell anything they can. The guy in the counter didn't even asked me and put screen protector on my new note10+ and charged me a good amount of money. Your customer will ask you if they need anything. Don't just put it on them. I am not going to let any of my known person to go on this location.

I went to this location as my brother was willing to take the phone.i told the sales representatives to call the customer service to confirm something about the plan but the manger of the store named Arjun Abbi refused to do so, i even told him three times to call but he said us to call by ourself.worst customer services ever.

It’s very cheap connection, good coverage in Toronto also.but I faced one problem with this, after I took freedom number I got lot of call from all world. I don’t know who they all.they asked someone who they knew, someone using the same number somewhere. I called to customer care, they told me u have to block all that number or change the number.

Mr Preet was very professional and pleasant during the initial call to source his store. Upon arrival, he greeted us warmly. This sounds normal to many. However, being Asian and dressed extremely casually, we are accustomed to people treating us with the bare minimum level of public respect. Mr Preet treated us as if we were wearing expensive suits. Then, after we informed him of our purchasing intentions, he made some excellent lateral suggestions. After almost fourty five minutes in his store of my wife and I Googling the specs of the three phones we were considering, we chose the one device he did not suggest. Mr Preet still treated us with equal respect and even did not pull customers who came in after us to jump in front of my wife and me. Mr Preet was very professional yet not a cold shoulder. He was still friendly and helpful and welcoming to his store.

We fully intend to return to this location for our next purchase in six months. This just became our new Home Store. Thank you VERY much for everything Mr Preet!

Good customer service. Friendly attitude of employees. They treat me really good. However, I have to ask them about the current offer. & One of their was keep arguing about those offers. I have to show that offer online to him just to convince him. I feel like he might be the trainee or the new employee. However, if one does not know about something s/he should listen what s/he wants to say or ask someone about it. Instead of keep arguing & Tring to give the regular offer. In the end, other guy came to help me & gaveme the best whatever he could do.

Recently got a IPHONE XS MAX service was amazing staff was the best of best! If your looking to buy a phone, go to this freedom mobile it’s so good!
