My eSIM suddenly stopped working so Kelly helped me switch over to a new SIM card! She was very helpful and super patient with me ╰ (*´︶`*) ╯

I just want to thank Cameron who was very supportive and help me resolve my issues.

Cameron was very professional, positive attitude and was an active listener.

I would recommend Cameron to a management position with Freedom.

The worst customer service I have ever received. Went in to pay my contract off and get a cheaper plan because I don’t need a lot of gigs. Moe G was his name refused to help us out, I told him I wanted the cheapest plan they had he did not want to give it to me when I asked why he started yelling in my face saying he has no services for us, called me multiple swear words to my face infront of my child and husband. This made me very upset that I am paying money to this company and not wanting to help me. He then called security which was pointless… they also agreeded with me. Moe G needs to be fired WORST customer service representative i’ve seen in my life time. Do better. Thank god my husband started recording wheb he got in my face, will be dealing with this with Freedom

A big shout out to the Mapleview Mall team.

Tristan, thank you for helping me out by making some necessary changes to my accounts and setting me up on my pre-order of my Google Pixel 7 Pro. Your advice and patience explaining my options was greatly appreciated.

Today I went in and picked up my new phone and had the pleasure of working with Mo-G to get everything all setup. Right off the bat you can tell that this is a man who truly loves and takes pride in what he does. He is very knowledgeable and like Tristan, gave me some excellent advice which helped me make decisions that I was sitting on the fence about.

I live less than a km from a different Freedom Mobile location but l always drive a further distance to go to the kiosk at Mapleview Mall because of their professionalism, and attention to detail. Great job team, I love my new phone!

Went to a different freedom in Waterdown first, was given terrible service went here and was helped by Pauline at Mapleview and was given amazing costumer service she for sure went above and beyond, won’t go to a different freedom from now on

The Mapleview location is the best within the Burlington area. I visited two other stores with my mother and was greeted with unprofessionalism. Coming to the Mapleview location was the best decision we made! We were considering switching companies until we had the pleasure of working with Kahleen. She walked us through the entire process on the phone and even told us the best way to enter the mall. The kiosk was fairly busy but she still managed to let everyone waiting in line that someone would attend to them shortly. She was very knowledgeable on every phone we asked about and even helped us set everything up before we left. My mother now has an updated device and protection and now feels confident to come back in to ask questions. If you get a chance to visit the Mapleview location ask for Kahleen she wonderful will make sure you leave with great deals and confidence to come back an ask questions.

I got an offer from Freedom Corporate to go back to them.

Went in picked a plan gave all my ID and Credit Card info. Was told there was an activation fee. Asked if it could be waived as there was no mention of this in the offer.

Young girl said she would ask he manager by email.yeah right!

Then she came back with her supervisor and said I had to go pre-paid and they would have to do a credit check and needed my ID and credit card again!

This makes no sense and is very frustrating.

All they did was hide behind "policy" and say " I am trying to help you".

I was obvious the girl didn't know what she was doing and the supervisor could care less if he got a new customer.

Try and help me by not wasting my time sending me a bogus offer and having to go deal with checked out incompetent kiosk employees.
