I can not say enough great things about Freedom Harley-Davidson. From the welcome desk that greets you as you walk in the door and offer you a coffee to the knowledgeable people in the parts department to the friendly people in the service department, everyone and everything is excellent.

Not plus size inclusive. Shamed a woman who asked for a plus size.leather jacket by telling her "no one is that size. Those sizes don't sell. " As the creator of a plus sized Ottawa community, I can promise this woman is wrong and she lost a lot of business today with her sour attitude. If a big man can ride a Harley, so can a big woman! Get a grip.

Can't ask for a better HD store I'm there so often its like a second home to me, all the staff are awesome. I recommend this HD to anyone.

When you expect to be treated fairly, you can count on Freedom HD. At the door, the greetings are pleasant. The Sales staff are relaxed, the parts people are informed, the service is accommodating, and the detailer (s) are very skilled.
My journey began long ago. I was dragging my heels on even going to kick tires because I feared pushy salesmen. So I made an online inquiry with chat, (late in the evening, well after closing) to have a sales rep contact me in the morning about questions I have about a new bike. Within a few minutes, I had a reply from Scott Gundle, who even though was at home off work was happy to entertain my inquiries. Though he knew I didn’t “need” a bike, he worked with me to at least lay out the options for me. Once I decided that I was interested in a unit, he made it available even though Ottawa did not have one in stock. I went in, still not pressured, sat with Scott, and we made the numbers work. The whole experience was pleasant.
Service is punctual, very informative, and not pushy. Their accommodation makes getting certified service work easy. Their pricing is better than other local HD dealerships too!

Needed brake pads and some primary chain case fluid for my bike, parts where in stock service was exceptional and friendly, and when it came time to pay I was given the choice to pay or I could use my accumulated credits to pay for the parts, I never had such great experience at any parts/service shop. I was there on a busy Saturday morning. I was looking for a difficult part for my 2003 fxd. Sandy at parts was going out of his way to really help me find what I was looking for. And we found it! We then ordered it and had it in the exact day he said it would be in. I couldn't be more happier with the service he provided. Thank you again!

I been to this store in January '22 to buy a pair HD Boot and they out of stock but the assistant manager, Darlene told me they will received a shipment in February so she took my name and phone number to let me know! They received the boot that I was looking for, Darlene gave me a call and the next day I go pick it up and came back home, I saw one of the boots have a defect inside. Next morning gave her a call back told about the boot and she was ready to make switch with another pair! Going back a the store the same day exchanged with no problem!

Everytime I been at this store, Darlene is ready to served you with a smile!

Staff were very nice a knowledgeable of all things Harley Davidson. The store was great, lots of stuff and well laid out to browse.

Have visited this Harley store twice and both times service was excellent and staff very friendly.

Ordered parts from these guys a few times during the Pandemic. Service has been quick and courteous and shipping has been fast! I am very happy overall and will be back!

From beautiful smiles and greetings and help with merchandise the lady staff give. To the knowledge of the guys in parts and service.

I'm really happy with these guys, one lady in particular, she went above and beyond to make me feel happy. I made a bad purchase and instead of being stuck with it I was allowed to return it without any issues, got bike parts:) thank you very much.

Love this dealership! I have owned a couple Harley's now, there is no alternative. I have bought lots of gear, clothes, parts and of course my last Harley from these guys!

I Had an issue with my bike, management took ownership of the problem and resolved it to my satisfaction.

Don't get me wrong this is a beautiful shop, but unfortunately I did not have a great experience, which is unfortunate as it was my first and will be my last time there.

Will not be a returning customer, seemed as if they were trying to take advantage of a young HD rider. Unfortunate given the great experiences I've had with other HD dealerships across Canada.

Riding across Canada needed all fluids changed. By far best service at any HD in my life bar none.

Excellent service from the Parts Department. Always answers the phone and always returned a call after they investigated for hard-to-find parts. Pleasant to talk to and seem to care about their customers!

Randomly walked into see what options they have. Spoke to Ali. He was Polite, Good customer service, and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Very convinced to get a street glide as my next bike.
