Went to the store with my family to get new numbers and new phones. The service provided by Paras was up to the mark. He explained everything clearly and did not hide any fees. Will definitely recommend this store if you want to get the best and most affordable deals.

I was not impressed with the service. I was interested in getting 2 phones switched over. The staff was dismissed and seemed too busy to help us so I walked out. I would avoid this location. The customer service is not good.

Didnt get anything but admired his honesty to best get a plan in sask for reception (sask-tel)

First time using Freedom Mobile because I just recently took over the payments for my daughter's phone. Very disappointed in the customer service. I will probably switch her over to another carrier.

Just got an upgrade, girls were great, fast and helpful and helped me cut my monthly bill and get a deal on a cover and screen protector, very happy

I would not normally take the time to contribute a review but I do feel sincerely grateful for how well Rabia handled my various issues which included a complicated changeover from a different network and also a different phone. She went out of her way to make sure I went thru the steps to qualify for the promo that initially brought me into the store.
Rabia has excellent people skills and technical skills and I will gladly recommend this location to anyone looking for help with an upgrade. Her co-worker (Shannon?) was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I came to the store to get sim card and girl helped me to setup my device. She is very patient and helps customer who is not techsavy. Explaination provided by her regarding plans and all is crystal clear. Thanku

Be careful, reps are scamming people.
I recently upgraded my devise and rep told me that it comes with free tablet, some cheap slow tablet that I don’t care about, what they failed to mention is that this “free” tablet is actually going to be on a tab.
After receiving my bill, I noticed that this line is charged $15 every month for internet, for which I received the sim for, but in a way as it is one time 4G data, again not monthly fee.
Contacted Freedom to cancel the line and guess what I now need to pay for “free” tablet $184.
Don’t accept any “free” stuff from them, you will likely end up paying more.

Helped changed my screen protector and worked with me to figure out the situation. Great people and very understanding.

I came today to get New phone and representative rabia helped me to set it up as I cannot do it by myself because I don't know these New phones. She is very polite and humble girl and deal customers with smily face.

Just the worst customer service I have ever seen. Not professional. Not even sure they know what they are doing. Would NEVER recommend this freedom store to anyone. I would give them negative if I could.

I needed to buy an iphone 13, but I wasn't able to get the right deal even from the BestBuy. Salesperson Shanon went extra mile to find me the right deal. She did not had the set in stock so she arranged for me to pick it up from another Freedom Mobile location nearby. Wait times were long as she was the only person, but service were absolutely awesome service and worth the wait

The lady that was working at the time did not know how to operate the P. O. S.and other systems, and when I asked for my plan to be switched to a post-paid plan for the promotion that was happening, she instead lied and said I wouldn't be receiving any promotion and that there is none. I believe she just doesn't know how to do her job, and did not pay attention to her training. Terrible service, undeniably terrible worker I would give 0/5 stars if I could.

I've known that I've had to update my phone for a while now but was trying to put off for as long as I could. Finally it gave out and I had no choice but to get a new phone ASAP. I'm usually someone who can't make a decision on the spot, I need time to analyze everything. Dilpreet was patient and kind and went through all there was to know about the various phones and what would best suit my lifestyle. She worked hard to get me something within my budget and I couldn''t be happier. I would definitely reccommend this location!

Really bad service I got a screen protector a case and headphones for $130 extra and now my screen protector is falling off and when I call back to let them know they're telling me I have to pay extra to get a new one

I went to stockyards Freedom Service for the first time about a year ago and the young lady Kiran at the service desk was really very helpful. Answered all the queries and very cooperative and above all very respectful. Thank you for her service! Since then whenever i need phone plans or data plans i just go the same shop.

Yesterday I got my new i-phone from this store! I got nice discount and good offer from Dilpreet. She was very helpful because she was very patient with me by writing on the papers to communicate because I am Deaf and fluent ASL user. I highly recommend this store to anyone if he/she needs to get new affordable mobile phone. I am satisfied 100% with this store. One little thing I don't like about this store is waiting a bit too long on a lineup. This is main reason for respecting the 6 ft.physical distancing. The store only allows up to 3 people coming inside as maximum. That 's it! There were several people waiting to get their new phones outside of this store. It is quite popular store!

The lady who works there is rude and like to swear at people. When you are waiting outside she just looks at you without giving you help

Worker at this freedom (Kiran) was very nice and very friendly. Made the process very easy and answered our questions. Gave us more to our plans and even worked overtime for us to make sure we were all set. If you get this person to help you, you are gonna be happy with how nice she was.

Big thank you to Kiran! She solved the issue I was having with my data in 2min after I spent 1 hour on the phone with Technical Support and they couldn’t resolve my issue. They told me to get a new SIM card. I went the Stockyard location and Kiran took a look at the phone and within 2min she fixed it without having to replace the SIM card. Greatly appreciate her knowledge, professionalism and pleasantry.

I went to this store because my phone was not working I met kiran she was such a nice person she helped me and make my phone working am so glad that I met her thanks kiran.

I stopped by Freedom Mobile at Stockyards on my way home from work, since I decided to get one of the newest phones and to switch over to Freedom from my current provider.
Upon entering the store I was told by the sales person that I had to leave as she was on her break.
Very interesting business practice and stellar customer service Freedom Mobile! Considering that I just finished a shift of (physically demanding) healthcare work (and without any breaks) I felt very turned off from ever going back to any Freedom Mobile location or ever becoming a customer of such company.

I had the worst experience I ever did with any service provider, the associate Kiran was extremely rude disrespectful towards me she made many mistakes and didn't own up to any of them this is the worst customer service ever and I've been told so many different things from different reps there.never again with this company

Terrible experience with Kiran she is extremely disrespectful and arrogant after my experience with her in store I have decided to switch service providers. I only contribute to business that’s respect me as a customer. Sad part is an official complaint can not be made by Freedom Mobile according to their customer service representative. Unbelievable!

Just switched over to Freedom and purchased an iPhone 11 pro. I had a great experience at this location, Rabia was fantastic. She was very polite and informative and I am overall very satisfied with my new phone and plan. Thank you!

Best location i went there on saturday needed some help and she helped me no nicely and patiently she was really polite i must say best customer service ever.

I was here to get a new sim and inquire about a number. I was then explained by Kiram that for the price of one option I could get a new line and start building credit with Freedom. I have been in sales for years not once did I feel was this selling anything but informative and helpful to me as a future customer.

Such rude customer service. Was getting talked back by a rude employee. I was trying to pick up something I was told it would be here today and she told me it wasn’t there. I tried to ask for a refund and she refused. Called Customer Service and reported what happened. Don’t trust them at all

Convenient location and not as busy as other locations. Had a great experience with staff here. Knowledgeable and friendly. Ended up getting a new phone and plan for a great price.
