I don't know why they open their store there's nothing on it. I have waited more than half an hour and didn't receive what I needed.

What a waste of time and disgusting experience at the Freedom kisok. The guy Named Mohamed was very rude. The way he treat customers is super disrespectful and frustrating. Due to this guy, my perceived brand image of freedom has altered upside down. My father just ask him a quick question. He replied in such a way that he rule the world

Guy name Mohammad is a Gem.
Excellent service. He is the only reason I am staying with Freedom.

Arsalan went back and forth to port my number from a different provider, i was stressed but he helped out, he is the man i recommended him highly.

The man named Mohammad has a bad attitude when it comes to serving. He does not like to be asked or inquired about what one is going to buy, he does not like people to delay. Advises people poorly. The experience at that kiosk was as if I were going to ask them for alms and not buy. I don't recommend that place at all.

Those 3 people standing there is useless. Don’t know anything about a SIM or phone. I had to activate my SIM card and they said you have to buy a new sim, this one will not work. Always on the phone and talking Hindi. It was the customer service who directed me to the store to make a payment and they were behaving rude. Later I went to another store and they done it for me. Such useless guys… have a life

I signed up a contract for $30 plan (it’s $35 but when u pay by auto pay it’s digital disconnect $5 off) but I getting bill for $35plus tax, so employee at the kiosk has no knowledge about plan and contract even I showed up the contract (it’s clearly states $5 off for auto pay) he still doesn’t have any knowledge about the contract he said go talk to the guy who signed you up the contract. WHAT A JOKE! Stay away

I bought a mobile from here last week, the guy, Arsalan, was super friendly and knew what he was selling. He offered me a good deal with the SIM card too. Definitely recommend it!

Went in two minutes before close time just to get my account number so I could pay my bill. The agent refused and said he closed everything. I know he can easily re-open the page and look it up in about a minute. Whats the point of a close time if you close earlier than the time given? These people will setup your services, and act very friendly and helpful. But once they’re done selling to you, they will treat you like nothing.

I was here yesterday and had a very pleasant, very easy experience. Gursharan was personable and was able to answer all questions that I had, and was very knowledgeable. Considering that it was around closing time and there were two customers waiting behind me, the whole transaction did not feel rushed - it was very professional, and friendly, too.

I highly recommend this location for all your Freedom Mobile needs!

I visited this place before as well but today I met a new girl working here named Jyoti. Her customer service is excellent. She is so polite and humble.

This place was very helpful. The guy was very very helpfull gave me so many discounts and was very patient with me, we need more guys like him. Thank you once again for the help. His name was PRABH

Take my advise and avoid this store. The employee who also calls himself manager, is a crook. He would not honor a return of phone because it was missing the small piece of wrapping paper that comes on the charging cable. Even the corporate store employee from Scarborough Town Centre called him and try to explain to the so called manager's that the there was no reason not to take this phone back, how would customer try a phone without taking the wrap off the charging cable. The words from corporate store employee to him were you are just giving people hardtime for no reason. His reply was I don't care. I have escalated to freedom already. I suggest anyone else with similar experience call freedom and escalate. They have a process for filing a complaint. I am baffled on how people are putting fake reviews on here. Word of advise if your wish to get customer service go to the corporate freedom mobile store. Avoid him at any cost.

Wonderful service by gurpratap, he helped with the phone and the whole setup! So patient, and they are even open in these rough times! So grateful

Honestly the best quickest help ive ever recieved from a phone supplier. It took less than 30 mins to hook up 2 lines. Saadat, Shanila and their co worker were amazing instant help! Total customer satisfaction:)

Terrible service. They tried to rip me off by saying that a 60$ phone plan was 75$ plus another 12$ for the SIM CARD which is ridiculous. They're also very greedy for money for example demanding 75$ NOW and that was just my personal experience although, I did think some people there were decent human beings but there was this one particular guy trying to scam me.

All the reps at this location are very knowledgeable. Went there twice, first time saadat and gurpartap helped me and the second time sapinder and ridhi hooked me up. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service. I must say people working in this store have all the knowledge. I went there last week to get a new phone and was quite confused by the plans after checking them online. The guy there, Gurpartap, showed a lot of patience in showing me all the devices and plans and helped me choose the best one for me.

Full marks for customer satisfaction from this store.

I always prefer this location for any of my freedom related concerns. There is one guy named Gurpartap, he always finds a way to solve any of my issues in fact whole team is awesome. I always recommend my friends to go there.

All the staff working here have wonderful customer service skills especially Mr. Gurpartap. I was having some trouble with my account but this guy was able to solve it in a minute. I will highly recommened this location.
