Simran, be respectful when you talk with customers. I do not take such taunting words from anyone and you are no way special but still I let go this time. If it was my phone today, I would have canceled whole deal and escalated to highest level in Freedom.
Thanks to Taniya, we got everything soughted for my friend.
Simran has no proper knowledge nor positive tone towards customers. Really unacceptable.

Purchased a Freedom SIM, ported my number over. I was then told the mastercard I used to purchase my SIM online with is not accepted to pay for my plan. I am now left with NO cell and data services that I rely on for my job. So far choosing Freedom has been a massive mistake.

Came in to get a prepaid sim and new number, Methab was very helpful at this Rutherford and weston location, within 10 minutes i was done and activated. Got home put the sim in phone an was up and running. Highly recommend thus location.

Awful service, lied to multiple times. Don't believe a word they say, there are better locations of Freedom avoid this one at all costs. Theres an older gentlemen who barks orders at his staff and they all jump. They often don't speak english around customers and we had to repeatedly tell the sales person to fix their masks as their noses were constantly exposed. No hand sanitizer anywhere in the store. Associate lied to us numerous times, made 5 trips to pick up one phone!
