I'm giving a 5 star rating solely for the amazing young lady Sage that works at the Streetsville location and also for the FACEBOOK customer service team.
If you have ANY issues at all I highly recommend messaging the FACEBOOK team as they are capable of doing WAAAAY more than the customer service team @611. I was able to get much MUCH better help.they also informed me that they were able to do far more than the 611 customer service as the rules and guidelines are different.
If you're looking for someone to explain things properly, have patience, provide excellent customer service (excellent is an understatement) give you the best options, be truthful and not push for a bunch of extras and someone with a huge amount of empathy and compassion.then you need to see Sage at the Streetsville location. Without getting into personal detail. Sage went out of her way to comfort me while I was having a moment in the store. She didn't take it as an opportunity to throw *deals* at me. She broke down what was happening, what I needed to do and then was able to help me navigate that in the store and was able to get me a better financial deal with my phone and bill. She recognizes me every time I come in and is such a pleasure to work with. 5 stars for the FB team and 5 stars for Sage!

I’m leaving the review for Faez, he’s absolutely awesome! I tried to switch my current plan to another special offer for limited time and neither the online chat nor the reps over the phone were helpful. Faez was able to explain things in detail over the phone, checked to see if the phone I’m ordering is in stock, and offered to keep the new phone for me until I can drop by. He highlighted all the important conditions when I signed the paper. Faez also kindly offered tempered glass and a phone case for the new phone at a discounted rate. Unfortunately the case was not available so he refunded me the full amount, basically applied the tempered glass for me for free. Thank you for much for your help!

After six months of arguing and coming to tears with freedom customer service, I finally found an angel in Simran! She empathized with me and got my bill cut in half, and solved other frustrating problems I was having withsupervisors. Simran is almost too good to be true! She is truly an angel! Simran, was extremely helpful and was able to comprehend and curate the best possible mobile plan which suited me.

Simran was good. I was reluctant to buy a new phone. But simran was good in showing me I need one and finally switched to Samsung. I also got nice case and glass.

Hi I had a very good experience with Siman. She promised to call me back on the first day I was at the store. She did the problem didn't solve but she explain in details every step I had to do on my end and it was clear to understand having no phone /tech knowledge. We should have customer support like this from the back end office likets. I appreciate

We were at the Freedom Mobile shop to purchase a new iPhone. We had a very nice experience. Simran was very helpful and provided detailed answers to all our queries. Definitely recommend this location.

Went in to this Freedom Mobile location looking for a long overdue upgrade.
Was served by Simran and a trainee Associate, very sorry, I forgot the trainee's name.
They accessed my account, analyzed what I currently have and what I was looking for.
Currently have a Samsung A50 with a North America wide calling plan.
Simran agreed that the plan should definitely be kept.
She also found me a promotion to add 10Gb to my plan's standard 8Gb, 18Gb a month, not bad.
The phone i chose was the Samsung Galaxy A53-5g.
Simran proceeded to transfer all the data from the old to the new phone.
All this for only $10 per month for 24 months and i now have a quite expensive phone.
All told a very pleasurable and beneficial transaction

Amazing customer service! Was looking to upgrade my phone and Nav and Deep made the process so easy. I went to two other freedom locations before this one and had bad experiences. These two were very knowledgeable and super helpful. They answered all my questions without hesitation and truly wanted to help me. Whereas at the other locations, I felt like I was inconveniencing the employees. I will be definitely making this my home store, thanks guys!

Not handicap friendly at all no ramp stairs to climb no handrail no guidance nothing very dangerous steep stairs no assistance whatsoever. Staff also not that friendly to the handicap felt I was in a third world and they treated me as such because I show my disability and I'm unable to walk or stand they didn't even offer me a chair to sit in while I try to do business I have to ask for it twice just a bad store bad taste in my mouth plan on canceling my freedom service because of this location only. Freedom head office, does not care either all they could say after hearing me complain with sorry you're not ready or able to do anything I even asked them to change the website just to give people a heads up that it's dangerous and there's no access for handicap they wouldn't even do that so please keep that in mind when you deal with freedom in the future they don't really Care

I came to this location because of the good reviews, and my experience with this Freedom Mobile location was absolutely abysmal that I will never visit here again. I was expecting to walk out of this store with an iPhone 12 Mini 64GB, and they didn't have it. I was told to go to the Westdale location, which is ridiculous. Instead, I went to Square One. Moreover, it seems like they don't take COVID seriously. When I was at the store, a man came into the store with his daughter and guess what? He was getting too close, and I had to be the one to let him to back up because he was getting too close. He also wasn't wearing his mask either. What kind of an establishment is fine with that? Thanks to my horrible experience, I will not be visiting this location anymore. This will be my first and last time that I visit.

This has been the best experience and the best customer service I have received in years. SAM truly loves what he does and goes above and beyond for the company he works for and for his customers. Worst customer experience in a while. Showed up to the store at 12: 30, the door was locked and there was only one customer being serviced and there were two staff working. They looked up and completely ignored me. I saw that there was a VIRTUAL like via QR code or text so I scanned and joined, waited 1 hour and no response. 4 hours later got a txt saying you have been removed from the line.

Seriously considering cancelling services based on the experience alone.

I have purchased many devices from this location, but yesterday’s experience was great as Sales representative “Smriti Arora” was so helpful and honest. She helped me alot to select the perfect phone in budgeting price.

Came in today wanting to upgrade my device, sales person refuses to wear his mask over his nose for fear of his glasses fogging up regardless of the covid 19 signs posted on the store window to keep masks on. I too wear glasses all day and wear my mask to protect others

Quite nice service, especially dealing with the current pandemic, the salesman lock the door once there is a customer in! Needless to say that only one client is allowed in!

Excellent Service compare to couple of Freedom stores I visited in Mississauga. I upgraded the Note 10 plus with trade in option and Nijam/ team explained all the options. I highly recommend this store.

Went in on Saturday, June 1st to upgrade my phone and got to deal with Savi. He was so awesome! I was torn between which phone to get, whether or not to change my plan, and had questions about how to go about selling my old phone. He had all of the answers. He's super knowledgeable and friendly and provided me with great customer service! Thanks Savi!

I had a great experience here. Two gentlemen, Mateen and Shubah (I will find the correct soloing and update the name) were very helpful.

They were thorough with respect to phones, features, rate plans, plan features and the return policy.

He walked me through the right accessories to get for my phone to help protect it.

And the process was fairly quick as well.

I would recommend this store for your next phone.
