The employees keep the door locked so you have to knock to get in, which is as welcoming as it sounds. Be prepared to be questioned about the amount you wish to put on account. If you point out incorrect change, prepare for a less than stellar experience.

Amazing experience after going to this location. Somya was really patient and very knowledgeable with helping me with all my questions which helped to choose on proper device for my usage. Previous seeked help from the customer service and the location on Queen and lansdowne however both experience were the worst. Had to wait 20 minutes outside (due to covid19 restrictions) to learn that they can't activate plans on unlocked phones in-store. Unable to do basic tasks that others do (activate unlocked phones you bring), charges fees to activate online (others don't), and network connection was so terrible I would receive txt messages from my boss hours after he sent them. The only good thing is that their discount plans are cheap. Their premium plans are ripoffs as the amount of data is low considering it says Unlimited (20-30 gig range what a joke, one game d/l is 50 gigs for me and Windows, drivers, phone apps easily can use 10 gigs or more), then it switches to useless 3g for "Unlimited" blazing slow performance. Considering their phone plan for unlimited data cost more the wireless home internet with actual unlimited high speed as opposed to metered after 20-30 gigs, there is no point for paying for data.

Went to this Freedom Mobile location today to activate an additional phone line. Melissa Rodrigues was extremely helpful; greeted me with a smile, very knowledgeable regarding the different phone plans and very professional in her conduct. I highly recommend this location!

Had to knock to have the door unlocked and the staff member locked the door when I came in, I had to unlock it myself to leave. Very messed up.

Went into the store as i lost my phone, i was worried about all of my data but i really appreciate efforts made by gaurav to retrieve all of my data and i started shop around for new phone and trust me gaurav hooked me up with best deal and gave me bonus data as well he was having good patience answer all my queries he has full knowledge about mobile stuff and he taught me soo many new things how i can use some of phone features in daily use effectively!

This is cheat place. I went there for the new iphone xs max. I called for them before I came there. First time they told me I can get my phone tomorrow, then I told me again like I have to wait one week and I am ok with that. Finally, they just told me like they don't have phone and they can give me. No more solution. I tried to call their phone number but they blocked my phone number. I cannot call anymore. Get far away from here
