A very patient employee, Anmol, spent time on the phone with me answering all my beginner phone questions, as I have never owned a mobile phone before. It gave me the confidence to come to the store and meet the rest of the team (that same day) Sean and Phillip, who were both excellent. Thorough, transparent and "going that extra mile" are the words I would use to describe the experience. Both Sean and Phil were patient, professional and personable. They worked with me to determine my exact needs, all with a sense of humor, grace and respect. Then they did everything they could to ensure the right device and the right price. What stood out most is that they acknowledged and recognized Anmol's work with me on the phone prior to arriving at the store. Even though Anmol had gone home for the day, Sean and Phillip credited the sale to his name (fine by me!) while complimenting all his hard work.

Ridiculous Customer Service, both in person (Rideau Ctr, Ottawa) and over rhe phone. Would not recommend 'Freedom' Moblie to anyone.

Very dishonest company, after my 12 GB full internet ; I can't use the service at all. The worst company in Canada with restarted technology.

I am so happy with my experience at this location. From calling ahead, to following health and safety protocols to customer service— it was all top-notch. Munir was super helpful, explained everything clearly and gave me so much confidence in my phone plan.

My experience here both times at the Rideau location were excellent. First time I exchanged a phone and they were really helpful.

Second time the manager Luke, did the impossible for me. I truly appreciate what he did, thank you! You don’t find honest, sympathetic people like him anymore. I don’t know about other people‘s experience there but in my case. I can’t complain!

If u are thinking to get anew phone don't change your plan. Old plans better than the new plans

For sometime now I’ve been searching and shopping around for a new plan and have been continually disappointed with other services. It wasn’t until I recently went to Freedom mobile at rideau, where an employee by the name Christian help me find the best plan for me, he was patient, understanding and showed me that he really cares about his customers! Best experience by far!

I had a great experience at freedom kiosk store at Rideau on the main floor. All the employees were amazing and very helpful. Big difference from the customer service agents I talked to when I call the 611 number. Amazing service from Omar. He was on point and he just started 2 weeks ago. Great employee he needs a raise.

Terrible customer service though. Just received email they lost my data, their solutions suck and basically told me there's nothing they will do for me to.keep.my business.

Ask them for anything, and they will tell you to visit their bigger store. I am not sure why this store is opened still?

Freedom mobile in Canada is simply the best. Their customer service is awesome and amazing. I was there today and l met two handsome gentlemen, with amiable characters Christian and lbrahim. I wanted a new case for my lphone X, l wanted the particular one l had before (Puresear), Christian checked the system and found out that one is still available but upstairs. He directed me upstairs, and l met Ibrahim who immediately attended to me to help me get it, he went twice to check for it but couldn’t find it. He saw my countenance wanted me to go for another case but l insisted that l wanted my old type. He then told me he has same on his phone, if he offers it to me will l accept it, at first l thought he was joking, he immediately removed his phone from it and gave it to me. I immediately popped the question “how much” he said it’s free that l can have it. I couldn’t believe it, today is my birthday, he’s unaware of it and he gave me one of the most beautiful gift for my birthday today. I just want to thank Freedom mobile for employing such modest and awesome staff in the likes of Christian and Ibrahim. They are both great and should be awarded staff of the year. Thank you so much. Freedom Mobile is pretty limited in their services. They offer great deals, but if you leave Ottawa, you're kind of screwed. Even within Ottawa, the service isn't all that good.
They do offer a lot of data though which is nice, but when you can't send a text message or your call drops every once and a while, it's frustrating. Good service for someone on a budget who isn't leaving Ottawa.

Always having good deals throughout the year and good plans compared to other companies but limited range to use your data.

The front line staff are top notch and make you feel welcome. They get it fixed when you have a problem no fuss. Highly recommended.
