Meenu is really helpful. I came there to quit my phone plan but she gave me some better options instead.

My husband was switching his service from Chatr to Freedom and we had a great experience. It was very quick, less than 30 minutes. The staff were very kind and fast. So far, he loves the service and is happy he made the switch to the prepaid year plan

Three ladies there was working there and didnt even attend to us while they saw us waiting at the line! Instead they assumed we were with the other asian ladies. ASSUMED. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If you guys will go to a freedom mobile store go to Lawrence Allen Center and look for Dhriti. She’s working there every weekend. She’s very nice and accommodating. She will answer all your questions/queries and most of all she knows what she’s talking about. I really recommend her 101%!

The service at this store was simply awesome. Called in the morning to see if there were any 14 Pro Max available, they didn’t but they grabbed my phone number to let me know. This lovely girl Meenu called me in the afternoon because they had one in stock and I ran to buy it. Excellent service and thank you Meenu, you saved me from paying the $100 waiting list fee!

I highly recommend this Location and Shiesta is very accommodating and knowledgeable. She answers all out questions promptly. We are very happy with the service and we will definitely go back in this store!

I needed a phone right away on a Sunday.after going to the first store that opens at 10: 00 on keele and Wilson and no one was there to open it 15 minutes after 10.i left to go to the next closest store.well this store says they opwn at 10: 00 as well but when we showed up it was still closed the employees were outside waiting for the manager to open the store.so at 10: 45.45 minutes after they were supposed to open i finally got in and the managers attitude made me want to leave this store after waiting forever.if i didnt need a phone asap i would of taken my busines elsewhere and i will very soon. So unprofessional

Amazing store! I came in with my boyfriend for his phone upgrade on August 24th. All the employees there were nice and welcoming. Especially Shiesta was excellent and very helpful. We were unfamiliar with all the phone plans and upgrade stuff, but she went through it step by step and made it more accessible. That was the best experience at the mobile store ever in Canada! Thanks to Shiesta for assisting and the amazing service that made us smile the whole time. Actually, I’m planning to come back for my phone upgrade today!

This is our go to Freedom outlet. Shiesta was astounding. She gave us a five star treatment; as we came to a decision on which phone to get. She and her manager are great professionals. I highly recommend them.

Good service by Yash. Although I could not get the promotion that had just finished a day before, he was very professional and gave me other add ons and discounts. I would recommend going to this location.

I went to two other Freedom Mobile locations to get a phone/plan. The other two locations were less than helpful.

When i got to this one they were very welcoming as soon as i walked in the store. Sumi was the one who helped me out explaining everything to me in detail. She quickly figured out what kind of phone and plan I needed which were both cheaper for me.

The Manager that was in the store at the time was also very pleasant to talk to and was able to answer a couple of questions that I had while Sumi was setting up my phone for me.

I would highly recommend going to this Freedom Mobile store.

Sumi was amazing so make sure to find her.

For those people out there who like to slam the network quality that Freedom Mobile provides i'd just like to say that so far i've had no issues with it. I've been outside the zones and had to use Freedom Nationwide with no problem.

If you want to save some money and get more for it you should give Freedom a try.

And, yes i was very skeptical at first. Naysayers were wrong.

I have been with Freedom Mobile for many years and my experience at this location has been outstanding. High quality customer service, knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. Whoever their boss is needs to know he /she has superior employees.
I used to go to the location on the south side of Lawrence and Sumit was always very helpful and fixed whatever phone issues I had. When the location changed to Lawrence Square Sumit was again very helpful.
When I had a bigger problem with my contacts etc. Rachit was there and talk about service with a smile, kindness, patience and extremely helpful, that's what I got from him along with Abhinav. Abhinav was busy with other things in the store but also played a part in my wonderful experience that day. I had problems with that phone soon after I bought it and it continued to the end. I now have a new phone.

The new location is amazing. Excellent customer service by simran! She knew very well what she was doing. Took her time to explain everything about all different phones that they had to offer. Very knowledgeable and vast understanding. I had only gone there to window shop honestly but she was still attentive and got me as well as my boyfriend to upgrade our devices. Very happy so far with her recommendation and their freedom phone service is also so much better now. A 5 on 5 for freedom mobile and an extra for simran! Kudos!

Had a great experience at freedom mobile at Lawrence square mall, Pawan and Sumit helped me get my brand new Samsung Galaxy s10 for amazing deal! Would definitely recommend anyone looking for good plans to visit them.

I just bought 2 iPhone X here, after we went to several stores. Undoubtedly the best customer service we had had since we got in Toronto one year ago. I strongly recommend this store.

Freedom mobile is one of the worst cell phone providers in the city of Toronto. When I visited the store the chap that was there didn't even understand his own system or how it worked. He gave me the wrong information for areas of inquiry. He was absolutely useless when it came to helping me out. Also too they keep billing me for something that I paid already 10 days ago and you just can't get through to their Back Office division in order to resolve issues. They took money out that was due from my Visa debit that I have a confirmation number on and it's been 10 days and I can't get them to resolve anything. It looks like it might be going to small claims court. They keep constantly sending me text messages that I haven't paid their bill yet I have documentary evidence to prove that I have paid it You figure it out. You should also be aware of that when they check your credit they arbitrarily assign a credit limit to your account. I was assured that I could get a new phone and that my credit was okay. As it turned out I can't even afford to get a flip phone from them. Caveat emptor!
