Never ever buy phone from this store. I tried to return my iPhone 14 pro Max within 15 days which is eligible for buyer's remorse policy and they are not taking it back by giving irrelevant excuses. They are very rude as well

Sales person has no knowledge on the current plans. Made me travel for 3 hrs to and fro and wasted 1 more hr by giving false information. Tried to sell me the charger and phone cover for $70 dollars saying it will reduce the one-time activation fee of $45.

Pawanpreet (I think is her name I don’t remember sorry) is such a lovely person. So so so patient and kind and funny. Like I am so thankful to have had her help us today. I literally keep telling ppl about how great she was lol

I went to the store for information and booking for new phone and i told the representative i need iphone 14 pro max and gave my details after that he just want me to pay $100 deposit without giving me any information what it is for and what will my plan be he said plan will $65 but i told him i want to keep same plan then he said you will pay extra downpayment but that is okay for me. It was so unprofessional without giving me any information on plan or any other detail he just want me to deposit money.

Waited 25 minutes in line with only one other person being served and was then told they couldn’t order the phone and I have to drive to another location.

This freedom mobile location wasn't all that helpful. When. I asked what other stores had the phone I was looking for he didn't care to assist me. When I dialed out myself to speak to another store they were more than helpful and helped me look around the Hamilton Burlington area with ease.

I called this location in the morning on a hope to find a device for my wife for Christmas. Satinder was able to hold the device for me for the day until I could get there. Once I was in the store he was able to review my plans and find multiple savings. Highly recommend reaching out to Satinder for all your freedom mobile needs

Jeet was absolutely superb in resolving our issues. Before today, we had been back and forth with Freedom customer service on the phone, via the internet, as well as in person at the Milton location. They had us spinning in circles and wasting literally 15-20 hours of our time over a three week period. Jeet, on the other hand, was very cordial, professional and polite. And although it took some time, he got the issue resolved and was able to set everything up for us with no further issues the same day. We cannot thank or recommend him enough! Freedom needs to hire more people like him! Although this location is a bit further away from us, we will not be going to any other Freedom locations besides this one from now on.

Harsh is very helpful guy, he helped me to get best phone plan at freedom mobile with great discount which is almost impossible for other provider, so I highly recommend this store for get best phone at best price. All staff members are very helpful and polite in nature.

Jeet is so kind & helpful! I went to one Freedom’s and they tried to give me an iPhone with a scratch, so I came to this location and he explained that I would need an adapter for the new iPhone plug. He also helped to explain my new billing. AND when I had an issue with my billing, I went back to see him and he fixed it for me. Thank you again Jeet!

I have been with this for past 2 years and Harsh and Isshan has always offered me great deals. I have never had any issues dealing with the store and also with any agents. I will always recommend to visit this store. I don’t believe any other store would have gotten me such great deal. They have always been polite and respectful also have answered all of my questions very patiently. I really appreciate n respect the services provided by Harsh and Ishaan.

Extremely Unprofesssional. Denied request even it was showing online. Better to close the store than treating people like this, easily we can go other store to be served better but you are representing other company, they should take the liscence from you. Shame on you!

I went there with my friend who was new in Canada and we went there. This store is wonderful, awesome fantastic. Ishan helped us a lot and he made sure we walk out working and we get total satisfaction.

Beware! They illegally set up account in my name. I have to file police report for fraud against freedom. Tech in Burlington mall set up an account illegally. DO NOT TRUST

At first I was a fan many years ago, however it’s not a service I can use where I live. This service was great when I lived in Toronto and could use their unlimited service (when it existed).
