Forgive me for not remembering your name, but the gentleman that was working at 6: 30 PM on the 2nd of November was an absolutely great guy. Was able to get me setup within a few minutes, and had a phone transferred from another location because this store was out of stock.

Not once did I feel like I was being pressured, it was an overall really nice experience & people like this man (again, sorry I forgot your name) deserve to be appreciated and have that 5 star rating. Thanks for getting me set up with my iPhone 14 Pro Max!

THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STARS AT ALL! I called in to what time they closed person who answered the phone says 6pm when it clearly says on the freedom website that its 7pm.then i asked if i can pay in cash for my phone bill and person says no just credit or debit.and i said why and he hanged up the phone.purely unprofessional.no training in customer service at all.why are you even in business i dont know why.i will be filing a complain to consumers board and we shall see how this people make up an excuse for some very poor judgement on their end.

Staff is very supportive, they explain every aspect of customer benefits, I recommend this place to everyone to save their monthly mobile cost.

Its been over 90 days and still haven’t got the refund in which they took from my account before giving me the sim.
Left a plenty of missed calls and they haven’t shown the audacity to give a call back or update me.

UPDATE.

SO I WENT TODAY on Leslie freedom branch.
The Agent there was so understanding. And she even rechecked and confirmed my situation which is i didn't make any late payments as your agent said. She did a credit check and was approved for the brand new phone. Please educate your agents and if they don't know about something they should refer you to someone who does. Am out.

Please find somewhere else to get help not this branch. The customer service agent trys to be helpful but then lies to you if he feels like he doesn't get his way.
Am supposed to be getting a new phone now. He asked me if i ever delayed a payment and i said no.i have never delayed any payment

He then asks to see my freedom account to see if that entirely true and i don't know why you need to see my freedom account from my phone while you have access at your end.

Anyways. He goes through my billing and payment history and says i didn't pay on time 2 out of the 7 months i have been with them. Which isn't true.

I don't know if this happened to someone else or its only me. I make alot of international calls and that adds up the limited amount of balance in a single bill cycle and automatically gets disconnected from services when i reach $150 per month even before the bill cycle turns. Which its gonna show up as another payment out of the usual date. The agent didn't even bother looking that up. Am Done

I have a very good experience with this store the person from pakistan he helped me a lot and he is very respectful person I appreciate for his costumer service.

I’m leaving a review right as I’m standing in this store. Horrible, absolutely horrendous customer service. We came at around 6: 50 (their closing time is 7: 00) and they refused to let us in until we took a picture to leave a review. As he unwillingly let us in, he starts arguing with us about how he had another customer he was helping and due to that he couldn’t even let us into the store for us to at least ask for the reason why we were locked outside. This wasn’t the first time that we came here, we visited this branch a week earlier and they were letting in people past 7 as they were helping us. He talked about how it was thanks giving week and the time was extended but that was a lie. When we first visited (a week prior) we came back minutes later to ask a few more questions and was refused sine they told us it was past their closing time (7). This is just ridiculous, completely horrible customer service. Visit another branch if you have the chance.

Extremely terrible customer service. We came here for a simple return. We arrived in front of the door at 6: 50, they closed at 7pm. We couldn't go inside because the door was closed. The sales was helping the other customer so we waited outside for a moment and he just kept ignoring us. When I knocked the door, he then said they were closed and refused to open the door for us. We had been waiting outside for a minute until he finally let us in. He soon started to argue with me with a bad attitude. His name is malik.

Been to many freedom store but this guy is amazing. Great job Danny. He is a real asset for Freedom mobile.

Sketchy pressure sales similar to a bad oil-change place. Really different from the Freedom Mobile experience that I've gotten at other locations.

Rather than giving you any kind of customer service to inform your purchase decision, they instead use old sales tricks to try and manipulate, scare and pressure you into buying plans and accessories you don't want or need.

Don't go here.

My husband and I purchased new phones at this location. Sales person Karan was very helpful in offering best plans and products. The process of switching from my previous provider to Freedom Mobile was seamless. Since we came to the store not long before closing, Karan stayed past store closing time to assist us. Although as many sales people he was a bit pushy at times, but overall very helpful, patient and friendly. Good experience.
