Jonathan was great, stayed well over 1.25 hours after closing to resolve my issues. Took care of me very patiently and was smiling till the last minute.

I wanted to personally given Warren and Victor a 5/5 review here. They helped us out today and went above and beyond to fix an issue that multiple other Freedom stores and associates could not. I would highly recommend this store and team for anyone who wants a good deal, great service, and caring team members - thanks again guys, you really saved us!

I went to store to by a new divce they told me if I going to up grade my plane for 5$ IN 2 YEARS term the divce will be free and there no charge extra, today I received my bill and there was a $35 connection fee while I am for 10 years costumer with this company, and the freedom has no service just out of GTA. Don't recommend.

There was a line up today outside, just needed a sim card replacement. The gentleman at the door was kind enough to bring one outside for me so i didn't need to go in the store. Saved me some time!

The store manager Warren is totally a racist guy. No professionalism. Drunk like attitude scary.

Terrible company i switched to bell and they are still billing me for freedom service that they switched over themselves i told them to prove they have my number by suspending my account and they didnt.terrible company scammers

Alpay is the best. If your ever needing to go into the store ask for Alpay. He is very kind and knowledgeable and will assist you with anything you need. All the staff who were working there that day were amazing and had amazing customer service.

Here they won't tell you of hidden charges. Will sell you the phone but no mention of other charges on your bill.

This kiosk location is O. K.but the Freedom's phone service in Scarborough is a complete garbage. Even the calls from one Freedom customer to another are not connected and you need to restart your phone multiple times during the day to get back on the network. DO NOT GET FREEDOM MOBILE!

Typically have a good experience here with many of the staff members over the years. The staff ice interacted with have always been helpful, kind, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable about devices, plans, etc. Whoever trains them is doing well at their job. I've had many issues with phones just breaking down on their own (the motherboard in my one phone had to be replaced once and they got it fixed and working), having software issues and more and they've always helped then having my phone either replaced or properly fixed. The workers here help with anything. Good location, tends to be busy though as people know it is a great one to go to.

Some times it just better to call customer care rather than visit these stores because it seems like the Rep cannot help. At the time of this review I had to call in to fix a problem. I felt like the store was just for display and nothing else

Be careful to give your phone to Golden Mile Branch associates. My phone was totally massed up by the the Associate, I was unable to call anyone.

I wouldn't recommend Freedom Mobile to any friends or family. If you're looking for reliable phone service that won't give you dead zones IN the coverage zone, dropped calls, this isn't the phone provider for you.

Another issue I wonder is more widespread is the quality of their phones. I've had two phones go for repair multiple times! My first phone from Freedom was a Sony Xperia, I had that phone repaired two times under warranty for faulty charging ports that wouldn't hold wires in tight. It happens the third time a month after the warranty period expired! The fact that this company didn't give me a free phone for this lemon was a joke. I moved onto the LG G4, also sent out twice for repairs. That phone also conked out and is in phone heaven. Next up: LG V20 and the story continues. All repairs were sent out from this location. I was to the point where I even wondered just what the hell are they fixing if the phone keeps ceasing. The price increases at Freedom make it a negligible with some competitors if you know where to look.

This company is right for one thing: when you leave them you will have Freedom!

Not a busy location, so the staff are happy to spend time with you to help you find exactly what you need.

I went in near the closing time and Andro was very welcoming, patient and listened to understand my needs for a new phone, cheaper plan and great features. He was very charismatic and made the process of finding a good phone worthwhile! You’ll have a good laugh with him but he’s also professional and knows what he’s talking about. I had a really great experience; I got the best phone, a great plan within budget and great service. Overall I’m glad I switched over to Freedom!:)

I’ve been here a few times. I once came in with my phone, and Warren showed me a simple fix instead of trying to convince me to buy a new phone for which I was grateful. I have bought several phones and have always had good service.

I had a great experience here, Warren helped me pick a new phone and set it up. I was really impressed by the customer service.
