I needed to return an item I purchased yesterday and buy a new phone case. I asked Yasir if he would put a screen protector on my old phone and my new phone. He took the time to clean both phones and be so very careful installing the protectors. He was kind, patient, and helpful.

Dude was super chill and helpful, I was always afraid to upgrade my phone because I might be pressured in to a more expensive plan, but he actually got me a better plan with a new phone and a GLORIOUS clear case I can put all the Rarity stickers I want to on it. 11/10.

Always call before going to this location. It says it opens at 10AM, i was at the door at 10: 10am along with another costumer.the door was locked.waited for 10mins and the worker pulled up in the parking lot at 10: 20am. Same with the Meadowlands location. Thanks for you inconvenience.

When I wanted to pay off my tab balance to freedom, so that I can change my contract, I tried to pay three time with three different card, and all three time money get deducted from account and didn’t show up on my freedom account. I had to call my bank to file a dispute complaint for the same and it took forever to get that money back in account. As per my bank, this is a very common issue with freedom. I had to borrow money to even pay my rent because all my money got stuck.

It was the worst costumer service experience I had face!

The store provides very good support, Anurag was an excellent representative. He is knowledgeable and provided detailed explanations of plans.

Service was satisfactory. I actually take pity on the lone worker who has to work at these offices and face angry customers.
