Best customer service rep at the Freedom Store i have ever came across was Bhavleen.help full and patient! Kudo

Service was very bad, thru just want your money and don't care if you are getting proper service or not

I had to wait for a long time when I went to the store. It happened to me not only once but couple of times. Bhavleen who’s working at the store is too slow and her customer service is also the same. Even though she’s nice to everyone but get ready wait for a while!

The nicest and friendliest customer service I ever had in a freedom store. I was really delighted.

In pandemic time store keeper accepts 1 person thats ok, but he took 2 hours to solve one customer problem, that’s pretty annoying

Bought samsung ear phones and the cord came apart 2 days after I hought, when I returned them the person questioned my use, care and storage.for 2 days? !? Proceeded to call "the owner" and spoke in a hushed tone so I couldnt hear or understand. I will be sharing this terrible experience

Had a positive experience here. I came in and used their power plug and they didn't mind. Purchased a phone plan and they processed it so quickly. Very friendly experience.

This review is for Bhavleen at the Parliament location. She was very professional and stayed past closing time in order to sign me up for Freedom with new a phone. I’ve been to other phone stores and she was the most accommodating and kind by far. Thanks again!

If I could give Bhauleen 10 stars - I would! She is so patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She answered all of my questions, helped me pick the perfect plan and guided me through the set-up and installation (I'm not very technologically sound)! She is an absolute ray of sunshine and Freedom mobile is lucky to have her as an employee! Because of Bhauleen, I would never think of going anywhere else. Thank you!

As I respect to Freedom mobile, We put a Star.concerning the issue Last week, I took a plan of 60 CAD and got iphone 11 BUT they charge separately for charger and head phone, later i knew that my friend got everything free in same plan.doubt on packeging as they provided.what a shame
