Minhaj helped me out and was fantastic. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Made the whole process easy to understand. The store is also the cleanest Freedom I've been to. I'm only going to this location from now on.

I had the best customer service experience with Minhaj. He was very knowledgable and kind answering any questions I had and was quick to help my family set up our phones on our family plan. Hands down the best customer service experience I've had out of all the Freedom Mobile stores I've been to!

Absolutely worst experience. I wanted to switch to another carrier so i had to Give my phone back but Sale rep whose name is Guri made it as hard possible. Definitely don't recommend this location if you have to deal with Freedom Go to another store. It's a total waste of time. For one hour he purposely worked as slow as possible. Just one small detail If 5 people are waiting A sale rep shouldn't put screen protectors or chit chat with them. During my visit many people came and left due to slow service. After 1hour 30 minutes it was my turn.

The Keele/Wilson location was very helpful. Guri was patient and offered great service!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Went there to pay my phone bill but they seem to unenthusiastic with helping people. When you’re a person of colour, better not go here coz they stereotype you according to your skin colour. They didn’t stop watching me since I came in and walked out

We went here to get my sister's phone number. He gave me his phone number even though he had my sister's ID. Because I showed the phone they sent me before and it activated the phone. These are scammers. They lie and cheat people. I have been using freedom mobile for 3 years and I regret it very much.

I had a great experience visiting this location of freedom. Minhaj is very good at communication, specially his fluency of English language. He made it very easy for me to understand everything.

I went there today and this guy took for ever to help me and when i got to talk to him he wouldn’t want to sell me a $192 dollar phone outright he said that he only could sell me the phone if i get a 2 year contract on a 192 dollar phone really lol just go to other freedom branch trust

I went on Boxing Day and it was very busy and there were only 2 people working. Given how busy the store was I understand the long wait times. I, however, did not like that they wouldn’t completely finish with me before moving on to different customers. I had to wait while they assisted 3 different groups of people during my transaction. Otherwise, the service was ok.

So i needed a phone right away on sunday. This store opens at 10: 00 according to their website and sign on the door. I was there at 9: 55. I waited untill 10: 15 and still no one was there to open the store. I called incase someone was in the back, no one answered and their phone says they dont have voicemail set up.really a cell phone company that cant even set up their voicemail. So i switched carriers dont even care anymore.

Honestly this location is the best. I have been using them for years and travel in from Mississauga anytime I need to make changes to my plan. Great staff, friendly and always honest.

These guys are the best always willing to help they always take their time unlike the yorkdale location and make things happen for the customer

Very helpful. I was undecided and he let me decide if I wanted to upgrade without trying to convince me to do so. Lots of covid measures, ppl talking and I couldn’t hear so he purposely spoke louder, leaned closer, took the time to answer all my questions. Nice guy

They charge double for apple product accessories (went to buy lightning to headphone jack adapter which costs 10 bucks and they asked 20 and when i showed them the price…they were rude and told me to buy if you wanna buy otherwise buy from the apple

So so so happy! I was hoping to get what I needed and I didn’t know if I would be able to due to the timing I arrived at freedom but Guri made sure that he exceeded my expectations. He really took the time and was very pleasant/polite. A very respectful guy, nothing but good words to say. Got everything done in a timely manner and I was just really happy overall with my visit. Definitely make sure to do business with Guri as he will make everything at ease with no hassle:)
