Really liked the service in store, Veron was the specialist over there he guided me through the whole process very nicely. Overall highly satisfied.

Today i switched from Chatr to Freedom.
I found Freedom representative named:
DEEPTI AHUJA VERY helpful and knowledgeable on the subject.
Based on that, i would like the manager of 747 Don Mills road branch to recognize DEEPTI for the prompt and pleasant service to Freedom customers.
My thanks and appreciation to DEEPTI and the her Manager.

I came into the store as a loyal customer and will never ever come back to this location again the rep named ayesha was very rude, and her English was very poor. Zero customer service skills. She refused to help me at my time of need I was disgusted by her manner of speaking. I will contact head office about this and transfer over to rogers or bell and cancel all business with freedom.

Be careful with what the representative promise. The woman Nehchal said she would waive the connection fee (she also writes in the agreement), don’t trust her!

She said I’ll receive the credits back in a few months but it never comes. She’s lying just to get customers to register with freedom from her.

I had a very positive experience ar 747 Don Mills store. The young lady, Nehchal was extremely helpful, explained everything clearly, and was very pleasant. A fine Freedom representative!

Very helpful & friendly staff. Affordable tarrif plans.
P. S. One disadvantage: relatively weak signal. When we travel within Ontario, my wife's Freedom Mobile loses signal more often than my Bell.

Nechal was very knowledgeable and assisted with my question promptly and guided me to setup new phone connection with thebest plan that matches my need in no time. I would highly recommend this location.

I became a new Freedom client at this store, and Nehchal helped me navigate through the unique services of Freedom that I was interested in, primarily Wi-Fi calling and texting. For questions she didn't have answers to, she called the back office to find out the right information. Furthermore, simultaneously as she helped me, she also assisted other clients who came by the store for payments and other small transactions, thereby demonstrating a superior level of multi tasking skill. She also provided courtesy help to elderly persons with apps and software issues, again demonstrating a superior level of care, dedication, and patience towards clients. For such an exceptional level of customer service from associates like Nehchal, I would highly recommend this store to friends & family.

Nehchal from Freedommobile outlet at at Don Mills and Eglinton has the best customer service I had experienced so far as of now. She has a lot of patience in dealing with customers and very knowledgeable. I recommend this store to my friends and family.

Great experience visiting this store and all kudos to the associate working here by the name Sridevi. It looks like she has answers to all my Freedom related questions. Pretty much relieved when leaving the store yesterday! I will be coming here more often, will definitely recommend everyone to visit this store.
