Excellent Service at the Highland Road branch. Dhiraj and Avdeep were simply amazing. They guided us appropriately towards purchasing a new mobile device, and were extremely professional, friendly and supportive. We will definitely be returning to this store just because of these 2 amazing staff!

Went into sign up for a prepaid account and was told they're not able to do it. Convinced them to call their manager and made it work. Very unprofessional. The worker could have been also more apologetic. - served by Dhiraj

I am an existing Freedom Mobile customer and I love the pricing and options they offer. However, some of my previous in-store experiences have not been good. I thought I would try a different location to help me upgrade my phone and plan.
I received the best service from Push who was thorough, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and very friendly. Both he and Kay, made the entire Customer Service experience what it should be and I highly recommend visiting their location for any of your cell phone needs.

Deals were amazing and staff was really good, really appreciate their efforts. I rated 4 because They didn’t gave me call back for the stuff I ask them they told they will give call back it’s almost over 1.5 month still didn’t got call

Visited this location and got the best deal for adding line on my account. Khyati helped me here. Before this, visited the fairway mall freedom but over there the staff is not helpful.

Showed up at 7: 26 pm today even though they close at 8 pm. They did not let any customers in even though people were waiting outside and no customers inside. I ended up going elsewhere for an upgrade. I would be very unhappy if I was the franchisee with loss of business.

Their cheap and you get what you pay for. The customer service is terrible. As far as the service it is good but not great.

Horrific Customer Service. Essentially CRIMINAL. The store manager refused to accept the return of my less than 48 hour old iPhone 8. It had never even been plugged in. He claimed it was scratched and just flat-out refused the return. I had the phone inspected by Apple and a representative from Apple confirmed the phone was 100% fine and should be accepted for return without question. The rep went as far as to call the Freedom Store and speak to the manager on my behalf. They told him the phone should be accepted. He still refused. Freedom customer support online and via are completely and utterly useless. I have been put through the wringer for over a month now, either being ignored completely or told that the store manager has final say. Ridiculous. This "manager" can straight up cheat people, unchallenged. Phone support tells me it has been "escalated" and someone will reach out to me in 2 business days. Well it's been a month, and I still have yet to speak to anyone. I've called back in several times, to be reassured by some liar that "this time someone will call for sure". No one calls. Same thing online through Facebook messenger. I have a pages long correspondence of lies from Freedom reps. I will be sharing all of this information with Ontario Consumer Protection this month. They promise a hassle free return policy, but it's no good if their franchise managers are lying criminals. Stay away.far, far away.

Service was great! Feven handled a huge lineup like a champ! Only one person for the whole store. Whoever is staffing is making a big mistake placing that many customers on one person. Longgggg line up waits. Bad scheduling. Pay another person!

Female customer Service worker, looking to be Indian, was very unhelpful and unqualified. Went there to buy a phone on a contract couple of hours ago and she made up assumptions as to why my credit card wasn’t working as she would like to. I don’t even know the is exactly the issue. She told me to call Freedom next day morning because the line is busy in the afternoon. Called on the spot and got connected to one without a wait. And they spoke to each other and the worker tells me to call Equifax. She doesn’t even know what’s wrong. She doesn’t deserve to work in this position. She should be fired. I hope the store manger sees this. Thanks.

The two gentleman working in the evening at that location have very poor technical and customer service skills. I waited for almost half an hour to have my phone checked, and at the end, one of the agent simply told that they don't fix technical issues with phones, and I should visit another freedom store for that purpose. I told him that I talked to the agent who works the morning shift in this store, and she said they can help me but I need to bring my phone to them (I didn't have my phone at the first time). He rudely insisted that I should visit the store at the mall for more help, ignoring the fact that I waited for almost 30 minutes for his assistance.
I truly wish that Freedom would hire more component people in their branches.
Very disappointing!

I was here since I had a problem with my old phone. SHAAD who works here put me on a new plan and got me a really good phone. I am really happy with the service here. Highly recommend!

Not good. Poor coverage, week signal, you receive notifications that someone called you yesterday! You call customer service they put you on hold 45 mins exact each time you call. Is not worth paying full price for a service that you occasionally have It.

Do not shop here. Routine mismanagement in this dealer network has led to the theft of employee commissions and other shady business practices. Commission theft and unlawful termination has been recorded over 10 times in numerous Copticom owned stores. These stores give freedom mobile a horrible name. Corporate should look into their deplorable business tactics.

Great prices. I was with them for 2 yrs.service good.coverage needs to be extented. I'll go back when service is extended.
