I had a really great experience at this store. I as a customer was handled really well by their sales team member Nehchal. Was able to get all my information and got the best plan as suggested by her. Happy to recommend this store to anyone.

I will say my experience overall was pathetic and unfulfilled commitments were made. Initially they promised us to give specific phone with specific plan and mentioned we need to wait for a week as phone is not in store. Naitik asked to sign the contract and wait. We kept waiting for the phone and No one reached out for more than 2 weeks, finally We went to the store and checked and Naitik said they have phone but not the plan.he said if u need phone you need to take the expensive plan, I felt on the first day he was just trying to make as much sales as possible for being a black Friday deal irrespective of phone being available in offer or not and later he made us take expensive plan. Upon multiple complaints he given some discount and reduced the plan stating it will be same for the lifetime but now after 4 months, Freedom informed that it was only given for 4 months and I am back to my expensive plan now. Be aware when Naitik is promising something as he is not keeping his words and not very professional.we had a very bad experience and all these positive feedback about him doesn't seem right as he has treated us.

Naitik is really a professional down to earth representative. I would recommend him anytime at freedom.

Recently visited this freedom store. Bagged a great deal on iPhone 11 Pro Max and an employee name Naitik assisted me very well and set me up with Great deal. Visit to get your deal! Yay!

Most of the time employees are on their personal calls and ask customers to wait. If its not a sales then they will say we can't do it here you have to call customer care or do it online.

The customer Rep (Naitik) as extremely helpful and knowledgeable to our requirements. The showroom is covid compliant and has social distancing in place.

After waiting 45 minutes after a long day with no service and almost no acknowledgement, I left. I will not be returning to this location and would highly recommend staying away.

When I walked in, the attendant was assisting a group of customers while enjoying a conversation apparently based on similar background. Nothing wrong with that. However, I was not acknowledged or given a wait time. After about ten (10) minutes, I asked if they had a particular phone in stock so I wasn’t wasting my time. He (Sohil) said yes, checked another location only to confirm he had both phones I was interested in at the same location I was already at and then went right back to saying nothing.

I waited and waited until he finally asked if it was a bill payment. I mentioned I was adding a line to my account. He said okay. Still nothing about my time.

I asked later about stopping by another location, he said there was no need. It would only be 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, he said it would still just be another 5 minutes.

I finally left at 8: 00 (after arriving shortly after 7).

Absolutely the worst, most clueless experience I’ve encountered in customer service.

I needed help to get my sons phone sorted and Saniya helped us tremendously. She was so polite and kind and provided us with great customer service. Saniya thank you so much! I will be back to see you in August or September to get help for my daughter. Can't wait to see you.
