Worst customer experience ever! From the moment I approached her for assistance, it was clear that she was more interested in redirecting me to call their support line rather than helping me directly. Despite explaining to her that I was informed I had to handle the issue in person at a physical store, she made me wait for about 30 minutes only to inform me that the system wouldn't allow her to update my card. She suggested texting 611 instead, or to come back the next day because she was eager to leave and go home, even though I had already informed her earlier that I was specifically directed to visit a physical location for that particular service. It really seemed like she simply didn't want to put in the effort to assist me. I came around 30 min before closing.

The female employee there is lazy and silly. The store hours are listed to close at 7: 30 but she closes the shop early and turns me away. So I leave and call the store from my car to ask my account question as it was still within store hours. She answers the store phone as if the store is still open, asking how can she help. She then lazily directs me to call *611 and takes no accountability for closing the store early. If you are closed, actually be closed then, why answer the phone as if you really care to help customers. Silly worker and a waste of space.

One of their younger, female employees was less than helpful and suggested I call their phone support instead of doing the thing I asked her to, in the store.

Great service from Guarav.excellent work.he explained my plan well.showed me the best options and even put in the Sim card into my device.whole transaction took max 10 mins. I live in Oakville and come all the way here as this is always my trusted location! I will definitely recommend friends and family here! May I also add that the store is very clean and odor free.amazing.

Worst customer service ever. I simply came by to ask a question and the man came to the door and flipped over the sign and pointed to it at 7: 25 and the sign says 7: 30…. And turned off the lights and walked away. I will be cancelling my service and switching to another company when my term ends next month.

Wprost store to visit. The employees arę rude and don't listen to customers or tryb to help.
I just wanted to do SIM change from 1 phone to other and they didnot help and was very rude to talk.

Bought two phones from here. Both were damaged. Out of the box. I've been cheated by this store based on the terms and conditions. Given damaged devices and then they don't replace it even if the terms and conditions state buyers remorse. Do not buy from THIS freedom store. Any other freedom store recommended.

They have really good prices and I can definitely see they are trying to improve their data signal strength. They also are the only network with data signal in the subway and it's very convenient for me!

Aman and Gaurav were a great help. They were very patient in answering my questions and Aman went out of his way to resolve the issues I presented. I highly recommend this store.

My experience with Jyoti Sehgal was very pleasant. I bought two sims with two accompanying lines and Jyoti was very helpful in the process. She explained all the details thoroughly and was respectful throughout the entire session. I would definitely ask for Jyoti's service the next time

Came to this store to get another SIM card for another family member. Expecting nothing but reasonable good service I was still impressed by customer service of a store assistant. So, that after a while I literally had to call him by his name, Aman. As it wasn’t routine depersonalized assistance anymore, but true above and beyond customer care. I got fast service, clear answers to all my questions, reasonable suggestions regarding my account and advantageous updates, as well as positive attitude. Thanks again, Aman, you are not a random person there!
