Freedom Mobile

Store isn't opened during posted hours, they must have closed early. Called numerous times, no response. Probably because they closed early. Phone voice recording doesn't advise public of early closing times. Store requires you to present I. D before entering, says sign.that's extremely weird, I was sent here from a online freedom specialist, because I required prompt important service for my business. I have pictures of the store locked up, My call log with history of trying to contact, picture of the time and sign advising of inadequately and falsely identifying individuals in order to serve the public.

I got there late so the promotion was gone, but Nadia helped me to get an acceptable plan and a good phone, I appreciate her help and definitely recommend her service at Freedom, Aurora.

Owner didn't tell me about the fine print when asked and now I'm going to go cancel my plan because of it. All a bunch of scum lovers.

I bought iPhone from that store and found scratch. One the next day, I brought the phone back and in the policy it is written you can bring the phone within 15 days and wind wind Aurora location where I purchased.they didn’t want to take back. I am very disappointed. I will never come to this store again.

Just walk in to this store at 7: 01 pm and the web site says open to 7: 30 pm. I just wanted to pay my bill. He told me he just shut computers down but he does everything on his phone but couldn't help me. Might have to change plans and company. I

Garbage customer service, called and asked to check and see if they had a phone in stock.instantly told me they did not have it without checking or anything. Started speaking very aggressive towards me, what a terrible company in general, ridiculous

I have been with Freedom for a very long time and this location has the best customer service by far!
I didn't get the names of the two men who assisted me but I just want to say Thank you for going above and beyond customer service.

Sales Rep Abi is very nice and helpful. He help me to get a right plan and phone which was right fit for me.and he is right i love this phone and its feature. I will refer my friend to this store.

Not great service. Everything wasnt explained to well. Save your time and head up yonge to upper canadas freedom mobile amazing service. Ask for Anthony if hes available.

Had a great experience with Abi. He was very professional and helpful with my mobile needs. Would highly recommend to visit this location as I felt I have received the best service location amongst the location located in Aurora/Newmarket.

This could be more of a review for Freedom Mobile in general rather than this store. I bought a plan here back in May that I was told is going to be $40 per month (a $55 plan minus $10 bring your own phone and $5 auto pay promo). They set everything up for us. I noticed recently though that Freedom is being charging me the original $55 each month. I ended up calling them back and spending more than an hour on the phone with an agent. They will only refund me the $5 and not $15 for no reason.

Don't fall for this scam please!

Had poor customer service at this location from a salesperson who didn't quite seem fully trained. Was not aware of company trade ins, return policy etc and he was unable to help another customer with a tech issue. I'd suggest visiting a tech support location, usually the ones in a mall.

I recently got a great deal on two phones for me and my daughter. Abi was so patient and helpful; set up everything for us and explained clearly. Highly recommend!

Excellent deals at Freedom mobile, got 25% off on accessories and got a Samsung S10 under 90$/month. Guy at the shop helped me a lot with switching my line to Freedom, it took just 15 min to do all the work

It was hard to find a phone provider at first as all the logistics can be very confusing for a person buying a phone plan for the first time by themselves. However I was certainly swept off my feet by the level of customer service that I have received at The Aurora freedom mobile location. In particular there was a very informative salesman named Felix that went out of his way to really make my experience more beneficial, and easier. I was able to get a brand new iPhone XS zeroed down with a great monthly rate. This is very affordable for a student buying there own independent plan. If you’re looking to be not only sold a plan but also sold an experience, go to Felix at Freedom! I am definitely going back for future purchases.:)

I was helped by a salesman named Felix and his service was exceptional! He helped me find the best plan and was able to explain all of my options in depth before I selected my favourite. For anyone going to this location I would recommend personally asking for him!

anyway the only issue here is the sales people are not empowered or authorized to do anything.for everything they need to ask Manager

I have 3 lines with freedom and asked for a free SIM for my fourth line (something at all the other locations usually do on the spot). He had to ask manager for $10 discount.

Nothing against the sales guy as he was extremely helpful and very good customer service, but I'll be going to other locations in the future
