Gabriel is amazing and one of the best I've seen. He made my experience a wonderful one at the freedom mobile store in 1660 Eglinton Ave West. I recommend everyone to go there

Had a disappointing experience at this location. During a visit, we were charged a $45 activation fee by a salesperson named Gabriel. He informed us that this fee would include a free case and screen protector. However, we later discovered that the activation fee was supposed to be waived as part of a Boxing Day promotion, which makes me question the necessity of the charge.

When we addressed this issue with Gabriel, he explained it was a misunderstanding, stating that the fee was actually for the case and screen protector, which he then mentioned were non-refundable. This was confusing and not clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

We attempted to resolve this matter by contacting the manager. Despite leaving contact information as suggested by another representative, we have not received any follow-up call. This lack of response has been frustrating and is not the level of service we expected based on my previous experiences with Freedom Mobile.

The price is more expensive than Fido and other competitors.
The reception is slower than what you can get in third world countries.
Pathetic beyond belief.

This is by far one of the worst customer service I've ever had. I went to store to buy an apple's earphone, the seller offered me an "apple's earphone" costing 35 dollars, when I denied saying that I could buy one original from their website for 25, he decided to sell me for the same price. I asked him twice if that was apple's original, he said yes. Turns out it was fake and he said I couldn't ask for a refund when buying earphones. I contact freedom costumer service in the same day and guess what? They said they have a Buyer's remorse policy within 15 days. Don't get me wrong, freedom has a good service, but the service of this store is one of the worst I've ever seen! Be extra careful when going there

I had a great experience with James, definitely recommend anyone to him. He gave me the best deals, also very friendly and polite.

Abena is the most gifted girl to deal with the client. I am grateful for her separate and help the day visit the store. The service and the manr she has is extra ordinary.

I went to the store on August 6th and Ella was amazing. She went above and beyond to assist me and she even stayed after her shift to complete my request. Freedom, Ella is an asset to your team.

said my old charger would not work with the new phone that a got which is a LIE I'm using it, also they offer a deal for charger, case and protection for 130 dollars store that is super overpriced, the averege for those at Samsung website would be 60 dollars total
and the store has no ar conditioning and get super hot inside

I just went to Freedom Mobile today at this location and was helped by Ella- she was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend asking for her if you have any questions or need help with upgrading your phone.

We've been with Freedom since it was Wind Mobile, and most of my interactions have been online. HOwever when we went to upgrade a phone, Abena provided excellent service, finding us a great plan and the best way to save money. She is fantastic and the service in store is great. Thanks Abena!

Glthe guy helping us was very unhelpful, he kept trying to just sell us on a more expensive plan instead of trying to assist me change my phone plan to a less expensive one. And everytime I refused just insisted we leave the store and call 611 instead.
